I can unfortunately not recommend Kings Cleaners. I have a really nice down comforter that I bought just over a year ago and wanted to get cleaned. I chose Kings because they were really nice on the phone, were an inexpensive option, and its close to home. My husband dropped off the comforter and we picked it up about a week later. When we took it home, all of the filling was displaced. It has squares each containing filling to make the blanket warm and fluffy. Now one side of the blanket has no filling at all. When we took it back, the lady told us that just happens when you clean these types of blankets. We were obviously upset so she offered to try to fluff it back into place and we could pick it up 5 days later. We doubled checked online and the instructions specifically say it is a dry clean only item. When we picked it up, she said there was nothing they could do and the blanket is as is. My husband asked her if they washed it or dry cleaned it and she said they had washed it. The tag clearly says dry clean only. Our blanket is ruined - and may I add it wasnt even fully clean when we picked it up - because they didnt bother to clean it properly and then tried to blame it on the quality of my $130+ comforter. I was actually going to take my wedding dress to get cleaned and preserved here as well, but after this experience I would not trust them with my expensive beautiful dress.

Very pleased. I had two skirts hemmed. Beautiful workmanship. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Items were ready on date as promised.

Just moved to fishers from Baltimore, md and i had an amazing experience at kings cleaners! The owner of the store is so friendly and nice, she made me feel at home. I took 26 pieces to her and she got them all done in a day and the price was great! I would highly recommend using this business!

The only place I’ll go. I bring them all of my suits and other shirts and I always am pleased. Price point is more than competive. They are always happy to see me even though I bring them tough stains, bulk jobs, specific deadlines, etc. The few times they couldn’t help me with an issue (this situation has been very rare) they always let me know and explain the problem with me. I have trust in them so it’s a no brainer for me.

So bad service. I don’t recommend this Kong’s cleaner at all. I gave them my brand new pant to be shortened and they gave it back to me dirty and has grease on it with yellow spot as well. When I talked to the owner and told her she was very rude and she said that the pant was already dirty and what I have to do is only pay and leave.It is weird when you see such a bad service like this in the U.S!
