I waited three weeks for this. I asked for hem. What is this?! I will never visit this place again.

Price was reasonable and the staff went above and beyond to make it right when it didn’t fit the first time. They stayed after close to fix it and ensure it was fitting right. Great experience!!

She did an amazing job! I was in a time crunch, but she was able to work with me to get my alterations done fast. My dress fits good now! 100% will go back to her for any future alterations.

Went in for 2 pillow sham zippers for repair/replace. $22 per pillow. Order would take 10 days, on 10th day items were not ready. They asked for more time, I would give them more time for a discount. They agreed and on pickup tried to give me a gift certificate for a future use. a $5 gift certificate. Usually I come here with no issue, work is done timely and is reasonably priced. I did not feel it was reasonably priced and the work was not done on time. Shop has seemingly declined in service.Full disclosure: there is a help wanted sign in the front, they may be short staffed.

Victoria and Gracie helped me with altering the cuffs on my pants and sowing the pockets closed. They were both helpful, kind and cheerful to deal with. The store was busy and they were professional handling everybody. I will come back next time I need something tailored.

The got the job done in a timely manner. I feel like it could of been a little better because I can tell where they did the work. Im actually not sure if its possible to look store bought. Ive never sewed or had anything altered before. So I be judging to hard but I will use them again.

I went to have 8 pairs of jeans shortened and they did a great job. There were two that had to be shorter than the others due to rips, but they called and communicated what the issue was and gave me options on how to proceed. Great service!

I took 6 curtain panels to be hemmed. The curtains were 108 length and I needed them to be 95 length. It was a tricky alteration because the top 3/4 is a geometric pattern and the bottom quarter a solid gray. So to shorten them would mean it couldnt just be turned under; they had to alter them so the bottom quarter was solid gray. I couldnt be happier....they are perfect! Would 100% recommend Express Alterations.

10 Star Service in a Wedding Day Time Crunch!I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while now!I got married last October and found Express through google! I had 3 months until my wedding day and had gained (sadly) a lot of weight. The ladies at Express were able to take my once too tight wedding dress and make it fit amazingly on my big day! This dress was a fit and flare, very form fitting wedding dress and they had the task of taking out about 2 dress sizes worth of material, hemming the bottom all the while keeping the original style and shape. This type of alternation would’ve cost me what I paid for the dress anywhere else and they were able to do it for half that cost!I can’t thank them enough and almost a year later, I’m looking back on my wedding photos and loving what I see! I highly recommend them!

I am editing my original rating of 1 star to 5 stars because less than 24 hours after posting my review, the business owner reached out to me directly and apologized for the experience I had, assuring me that it was not their normal quality of work. He encouraged me to purchase new shorts, for which he reimbursed me. When I came in, he was there to personally apologize for the craftsmanship. His wife/business partner personally fitted them to me and did the alterations herself in time for me to wear them to my event (less than 24 hours from me dropping the new pairs off). The shorts fit me PERFECTLY and the craftsmanship was amazing. I really appreciate that the business owner was so committed to turning my experience around, and they will definitely receive repeat business from me in the future. In such a congested digital age, I really appreciated the business owners attentiveness and personal touch to remedying the situation.------I brought in two brand new pairs of shorts on Saturday with tags still attached. I needed to have the waist taken in because my hips are so much larger than my waist, so I have to size up. The person who assisted me marked them and said the alterations would be done by Wednesday. When I came to pick them up around 6:30pm as I was instructed, they werent ready and I was told it would be ~15-20min. I did some grocery shopping and returned 10min before closing. They still were not done when I arrived. At this point, I wasnt upset because I would still have my clothing in time for the event I needed to attend later this week. When I tried the shorts on, they fit in the waist but I noticed that the pockets where basically touching in back!!! And on one pair, the seam was not centered and the pocket was noticeably crooked. I asked if there was a way to fix the pockets because they looked really bad, and the woman told me to just wear long shirts. Uhhh, what? They look terrible and were not tailored correctly. Not only am I out $36 for the tailoring, but I now have to spend $70 to repurchase both pairs of denim shorts to have them tailored by a business that knows what theyre doing. This was my first experience and I will NEVER go here again.

This place is great. Started a new job with pants I needed done before my start date and they help me so much and did it fast. My pants ended up fitting exactly how I needed. So this is the only place I go to to get my pants or anything else done.
