You can’t go wrong with Plan B Cleaning. I’ve been using their services for about 2 years. The cleaning team is professional, on time, courteous and hard working. I have confidence that when the cleaning team leaves my home, it will be clean. During this pandemic they are taking precautions to keep themselves and their clients as safe as possible (which I’ve really appreciated). I hired Plan B cleaning last month and its been one of the best decisions Ive made this year. They start off with a consult and discuss all the details. Ben came to my house with his mask on and he walked me through his crews processes. He let me take him on a tour to talk about all the problem areas in my house so that my clean was exactly what I wanted. He wasnt pushy or salesman-like which I greatly appreciated. I felt like he listened to me.The first clean was A LOT of hard work. Dezaree and Alana were my first cleaners. My husband let them in and they worked tirelessly getting our first clean done. I had discolored handrails and doors from constant traffic that they cleaned thoroughly. My master bathroom looked so much better after they dusted and cleaned. My sink was cleaned well and I could tell they cleaned behind some things to get the nooks and crannies. Everything in the house was shiny and it simply looked great. They were good with my dogs, too!I especially like that they ask me how the cleaning was after each clean. I get phone texts and emails from them notifying me of the upcoming clean. They communicate well. Debbie is who I spoke to on the phone and shes very nice. It was worth every penny. I just had my second clean yesterday (same 2 cleaners). Same excellent results.I also like that they give back to the community. All around great company. I am very pleased.I highly recommend Plan B cleaning!

I called Plan B to come clean my in-laws house that cannot do it themselves. It’s a huge house but was in desperate need of a deep clean. The team arrived promptly and worked hard. They were professional and kind. They did a fabulous job on everything. The kitchen and bathrooms are gleaming! The floors have never looked so great. Thank you so much for the hard work. This was a job well done! Thank you to Ben for making it happen within a few days during my visit to Indy. He found us an opening while I was visiting. This group does a fabulous job of listening to what you need and working on what you ask them to do.

I love my plan B team! Yesterday, I had the opportunity to observe my team cleaning as I was in and out of the space they were in, which normally I move to a different area when they are here I observed polishing my stainless refrigerator and cleaning the inside door edges. My glass tops were spotless with no traces of little finger prints, the chairs were moved away from the tables in order to sweep/clean under them and my sink drain was shiny and not coffee stained. I mention these highlights as examples of the quality and attention to detail my Plan B team provides. I highly recommend them!!

Very little to no training offered, extremely toxic work environment, and VERY high turnover. The company is virtually run by its two worst managers, and the owners Ben and Debbie are very inconsiderate of there employees . Stay away . Very unprofessional company !
