It looks fabulous!!I appreciated their honesty when they said the outcome would not dramatically change the look of a pair of chairs I had asked about cleaning.They were on time & finished quickly & efficiently. From the first we met Jeff for our quote we were shocked. The prices were great and then he was extremely personable and we had a great conversation. He knew what he was talking about and explained the process very simple. Then we had Tim come out to do the actual work. He did really nice job and he was just a personable as Jeff. They were on time and got to work quickly. They were professional and thorough. In an hour they had done a great job on the carpet and two recliner chairs. The carpets were a little wet when they were done, but in just a few hours everything was dry and clean!

We had an excellent experience. The service technician came on time and asked me to show him all that needed to be done. He did a high analogy job on all areas rigs. Carpets and upholstery. We would definitely use them again.

Tim was amazing! He came early for us, and went above and beyond! He helped me move furniture when he saw that it was just me doing it, and put the protection under it. The lady he came to help is 88 (I work for her) and she basically lives in the living room. So he helped set it back up for her, for nothing! We had Smith-Mathis come in to re-stretch our carpeting which had buckled throughout the house, and then to clean all of the carpets. Still drying, but the carpets look great, and the service was very professional and conscientious.

This business lied. I was told they would clean my carpet on April 5. I woke up at 7:30 AM, had my furniture arramged for them to work. I stayed in my apartyment all day, blowing off a doctors appointment to be here when they arrived. Did they phone me offering me a window when they would arrive? No, No phone calls or messages from them all day. They claimed they came and the cat was out. Yes, since I was home the entire day, I didnt feel the need to restrain the cat until they arrived. There was no knock at my door. Since this business has a contract with the Glick Property people, I will be speaking to them tomorrow to report this experience. Ive never heard of a carpet cleaning business with such shoddy customer service. The fact that the cleaner made it a point to contact my apartment complex to lie about the about the circumstances is completely dishonest. At this point, I wouldnt trust these people to clean my carpets. No pjone call--no heads up--no window of time to be there, and I wasted an entire day on these people. After this Ill clean the carpets myself. Complete dishonest workers who probably got paid to do a job, lied about it an took an extra long break. The G;ick people will hear about this.

Tim was great! He did an excellent job and was quick. The cost was exceptionally reasonable for the service (much better than I’ve been quoted lately) and they got the pet stains out. I’ll absolutely work with them again.

I was extremely happy with the service I received. I had tried to do some shampooing on my own and my machine broke, leaving such a wet mess. I was in a panic because I am trying to sell my house and had an open-house scheduled. I thought for sure I would have to replace the carpet.I was referred to Smith-Mathis and they were able to fit me in right away. Tim showed up, assessed the mess I had made, and went straight to work. I told him to just lock up when he was done. The next day I came back to the house and I was truly amazed at the work he had done. Not only was he able to get rid of the mess I had made, he removed stains that previous professional companies had been unable to get rid of. Everything about Smith-Mathis is high quality. I scheduled with the same employee as before, who does a magnificent job stretching and cleaning my carpets. He arrives on time, explains what he will do, and does it. When I had a question about my bill, the manager responded quickly by phone. My friend in Florida wants to know if they will travel to her house!

The quality of work was great. Could not have asked for better quality. Was bothered that he didn’t have a mask on when he initially came into our house. He did go to his truck and got a mask after I asked about it.

Im extremely disappointed in this company. After speaking with the representative on the phone and explaining my situation in great detail to her, the company rep showed up (he was prompt and friendly) to basically tell me that what I was told wouldnt work. After 15 minutes, he provides me with a new quote - like 5x from what I was expecting. After I declined was still made to pay the service fee. Doesnt feel like service at all.The situation would never had happened if I was asked the right questions over the phone.This really feels like a money grab. Go out there, hike up the estimate and collect the service fee.Be very careful with this company.
