Works exactly as advertised. Be aware that you will have to hand dry your vehicle, but that comes with nothing literally touching your vehicle. It does the job very well so long as you have the time and patience to wipe the car down after you’re done. Do not go in there at the expected that it’s going to get a completely clean, but it is fantastic For what it’s worth

Great value for the price and if you’re in a time crunch. Bring a few microfiber towels with you to dry off your vehicle. I’m a frequent flyer here.

Expensive $10.00 for touchless wash and left very noticeable white residue on jeep. Would like a refund but not sure how to even attempt to get one. If it were only $5 I probably wouldve taken the loss without giving a one star review. Crew offers $29 unlimited washes. Not touchless though.

I had my car washed here for $10, I suggest every one not to go for automatic wash as my experience was really bad. Most of the time I visit Crew Car wash, but I felt like trying and this is how it ended up, you can notice lines drawn with my fingers on the body and the glass. which shows the dirt accumulated is not cleaned. Crew car wash is $9 and if you are not satisfied with the wash you can turn around or visit a different Crew car wash show the receipt and it’s free the same day. Hope this helps.

Not impressed and will not be returning. I have been to other touchless car washes in the past and this is the worst. I paid $10 and would expect to at least get the dirt off. When I got home and looked back at the car all it did was rinse some of the dust off. Didn’t even touch the bugs. Along the foot runners and back bumper the dirt dried back on the car. And when I ran my finger along the back bumper my finger turned black. I would have been better off to rinse it off with a hose.

Great locally owned car wash! Attendant asked if I’d like my windows scrubbed before going in the touch-less wash and I very much appreciated that! They don’t have to offer but it adds to the service received. He thanked me for my business and that goes a long way. If you like laser wash then you should check this place out!

Do NOT go through the automated, touchless wash unless youre feeling lucky! I paid $13 and it stopped on me halfway through the wash with soap all over my SUV. So then I had to pay another $3 just to rinse off my car in the self wash (good thing I had cash on me), and dry the car by hand. A 5 minute car wash turned into 30 minutes. And of course, no one was there so ai couldnt get a refund.

Purchased the absolute option to knock off as much winter grime as possible. Car looks well cleaned after. The dryers arent very focused and have difficulty getting all the water blown away. Good option for the winter for touchless wash.

I visit Sunwest regularly as it is the only self-wash that has an accommodating truck bay. I’m a field consultant working for many upscale neighborhoods around Fishers, Geist, Carmel, Westfield, etc. so keeping my truck looking great at all times is a must. Without a doubt they have better value, and cleaning options than others; who else has a conditioning foam or engine degreaser?The best Self-Service Carwash on the North side. And regarding the disgruntled reviews regarding the touch-less auto wash, keep in mind it’s a touch less wash. It won’t wash away harder excessive grime or road salt, especially if you opt for the “basic wash”; Indiana isn’t a “basic wash” place to live.As someone who washes their vehicles weekly, I couldn’t recommend a better place.

This was the best car vacuum Ive ever used! The nozzle was small to get into cracks and the hose was durable and not stiff like most other places and only $1.25! I like this locally owned location and will be back.

Better hope you do not have dirt on your carpet. For a $1.25 you might make it to the other side of the car

I went through the car wash yesterday and my car did not come out clean. There was writing with a window marker on them that I wanted off, which is why I went to the car wash. I can still see all of it. I will now have to pay to have it a washed again. I will not be returning to this location.

Nice to find a touchless carwash in Indy. Does a pretty good job for light dust and dirt, but will not remove heavy road film. Crew Carwash damaged two of my cars and left scratches on my paint.

This is the worst car wash I have ever been to. I paid 8 dollars to have water splashed on my car, and there is still dirt covering my car. I have an outdoor cat, so the sole purpose of me getting a car wash was to remove the cat prints on my car, and 8 dollars later- it truly looks like I never got my car washed.Not to mention- the dryer doesnt even work at this place, so you leave and your car is complete soaked.I would never recommend this place to anyone, and would suggest driving the 4 miles to Crew Car wash on 96th. Id love to get my money back but there is no attendant at this place!

I drive over from Carmel to go through the touchless bays. Wish we had touchless here! It doesnt do as good of a job as hand washing (nothing will) but its the best and safest automated wash you can get. Will never take my GTI through a regular automatic car wash again after I ended up with paint swirls (scratches) from Crew.

Wont scratch your car like Mikes. I had Mikes carwash unlimited pass for a few months. I found a lot of scratches in rhythmic patterns, as if a rock were caught in the fabric of their machines cloth.This place doesnt touch your car with anything but water. I didnt find their drying system to be all that great so I keep drying cloths in my hatch as well as carnauba wax so I can do it all right there.

Does Touch free and Do it yourself bays.I Came by after a group of raccoons decided to relief themself and have a party on my Supra. Some awful human being decided to rinse 30 pounds of mud off their stupid 95 gmc whatever and muddy up the Super Bay. I needed to use the super bay because i had cards and nothing smaller than $20’s on me. The attendant told me it would be about an hour to clean up so he turned on a regular bay for free. That’s why small business is awesome.The bays are awesome and numberous different options to take care of every part of your car. It’s actually a lot of fun.A lot of people are complaining about the laser touch wash because they dont understand what a touch free wash is. It’s not made for your 2003 Impala. It’s meant for cars that cant afford a scratch on them from a automated Mike’s car wash kind of wash. It isnt possible for it to get your car 100% clean.I’m also suprised people are expecting an attendant at a SELF SERVICE CAR WASH.I’m a customer for life at this place.

The only touchless car wash near Indianapolis metro area. Washes car pretty well - the only quirk is it takes forever to process a credit card.

I paid $11 for the laser touchless wash and still had many small dirt marks left on my car. I wont be coming here again.

Do it yourself or TOUCHFREE automatic. Which is hard to find in Indy. I only come here to do my car if I cant do it at home.

This is normally my go to car wash. I went at night and the next day I noticed an odd feel and look on the roof of my car. Later that day, as I was driving, it started raining. I had to pull over because I could not see out my windows due to a whitish film forming. It smeared and became worse when I tried wiping it with a paper towel. I pause for the maximum wash.

Anticipating the car wash upgrade. I forgot how long it takes to detail cars by hand.
