Wow...if you want a thorough, deep clean for your car, come here! Its more expensive than Crew, but its worth every extra dollar. The wash is gentle, it goes slowly, and people hand dry your car when you come out!I got the Elite Wash today. So they cleaned the entire interior of my car too. While they clean the inside, you go into the lobby which is super nice. Comfortable seating, tables, and most importantly, very friendly staff!Anytime I have some extra money, I will definitely be coming here instead of Crew. The old saying You get what you pay for definitely applies here. So much better than Crew, but its definitely more expensive. Especially if you tip the guys who dry your car, and the people who do the interior clean.

Needed to get our car washed as we were traveling and this car wash is very well managed. The attendants were efficient and friendly!

Took my husbands work truck in to get detailed, when I picked it up several things had been missed. Spoke to an associate who didn’t originally complete the work (black shirt & shorts, I so wish I had got his name, he was working on 9-11 in the evening around 6:30pm) As soon I expressed my concerns he immediately jumped in to take care of it, redoing the work himself to ensure it was done correctly. He overly apologized, and even offered me a free additional car wash for a later time. I didn’t accept that but did accept him making it right, and thanked him for his great work. We’re all human, mistakes happen, the world is hectic right now, everyone is short staffed & stressed out but this guy, the guy dressed in black went above & beyond, his professionalism & service were top notch! Thank you again for the great job!

My new Tahoe was damaged they said they were not at fault which i check everytime its washed. Im lucky its probably fixable but i definitely dont reccomend anyone with a newer vehicle using them unless you want lawyers involved.

I tried your car wash for the first time today and came in for a simple exterior wash since I like to use tire spray myself.Guy at the front suggested the $17 wash and I said no, since the tire shine always comes out horrible at other washes. He assures me it is hand applied, and I saw his bosses watching him pitch me so I gave him the opportunity to earn my business and said yes.Afterwards I asked the guys who dried my truck to confirm tire shine was applied and this is how it came out (attached)Plus the wheels are still dirty (other washes spray them down before entering).I did email the manager prior to my review and the only response was him asking me what location messed up.Total waste of money. Will not return.

Today was my first experience at Prime. My car was not clean afterward. Many bugs still on the front grill. The people wiping the car off afterward did a hit-or-miss job. Same experience on the interior clean. I ended up having to vacuum the rear mats and clean the rear window after I got home. My favorite was, when my car was done, the guy walked into the customer area looking for the owner of the gray Hyundai SUV. I later went out to check to see if my car was done. He asked if the gray Hyundai was mine and pointed to my car. I said, you mean the gray Toyota. He said same thing. NOT EVEN CLOSE. Ill stick with Crew though it takes longer.

Daniel the sales manager is one of the most professional people I’ve ever worked with, he definitely knows how to take care of his customers! Evan is also one of the best detailers I’ve ever let touch my car!! Thanks to these two guys I’ll come back!

I did not have a great experience. They did not clean the inside of my car well. Came back and next carwash was the same. They did offer a free service.The area was obvious. Charged me for unlimited service after I cancelled the service. I am still waiting on refund.

Paid $27 for a car wash and a spray of a quick wax or something, but it looks like that’s a waste of money. Leaves your car all streaky and looks even worse than when I took it in. Avoid any upsells at all costs and just pay the $12 for the regular wash if you come here. I’m not coming back for sure.

Went there after my jiffy lube oil change got 5 dollars off they pre rinse the car before going in the was I was impressed crew used to but they just hold paddles so I’m switching to prime

Service here is hit or miss when it comes to them drying your vehicle off. On multiple occasions I have had large sections of the vehicle not dried off or no one is even present too dry the vehicle off.

Probably one of the better primes I go there once a week. Better then crews by far!

My first visit through I didnt know what to expect and even after I agreed to do the free 1 month I still didnt know exactly what all is included. Car wash is average, I love the giant cloud bubbles that come out at first and the lights throughout it but it barely dries at the end and then the staff hand dry it more but still left lots of water places. I left it in line to have it cleaned inside and when I came back out when they said it was done I pulled out before checking it and at the light realized it was barely cleaned. I drove back and asked and they apologized and took it back to clean it but all they did was vacuum out the back section. Needless to say it was not whati thought. I went back once more during my month in hopes to have a better experience and the only thing that was better was the young man who called me and had me check my escape out before I left. He was very kind, friendly and genuinely cared. I canceled my monthly subscription bc I dont think itll be worth the fee.

I came through earlier today to get my car washed and I was more then impressed with the quality, and the professionalism! Scott was on top of it and did an amazing job at making sure everything was done according to the company standards, and even went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect before I left today! By far the best experience I’ve had so far with a car wash! They’re the best!!

I am overwhelmingly disappointed by Prime Car Wash. I went through their tunnel for a wash and they offered me a trial membership. I accepted and upon exited the tunnel and vacuuming my car, my wife pointed out that there was damage to the vehicle. I asked to speak with a manager about it and the manager on duty acknowledged me before going into the office. He then left out the back door and began working on other customers vehicles. Me, my wife, and my infant daughter were left sitting there for about an hour total.The manager told me that ever camera that was on that side of the car (4 or 5) were all down. But every other camera was fine, and he could file an incident report for me. I waited for almost month and have not been contacted back, so I decided to reach back out to cancel that trial membership (i had never used it and it was before the renewal date). I was then told that management was not made aware of the situation even though I watched the manager take photos of my vehicle and send it to his boss. (I have the whole encounter on video)They then told me that they would be charging me for the first month of the membership anyway and that they would try their best to figure the situation out.I paid 50 dollars total, for 1 car wash that left damage down the driver side of my car. Prime Car Wash does not care about customers, or their business; just about their money. I guess, bigger names are better sometimes.

Normally a big prime fan but this location was all about getting me in and It did not receive towel dry If and asked specifically for a couple places to show detail on and they did not Not very good quality

Don’t expect any refunds if you’re not satisfied with an annual plan. I guess small claims is the only recourse since neither the franchise location or corporate will address.

Best automated carwash for the money! Free vacuums. Hand drying is included in basic wash. They actually prewash BOTH sides of the car. If you have lots of bugs on windshield they have a special prewash to get them off. I love my annual pass.

Machine does good job cleaning. Hand dry after machine. Free self vacuums. Offer detailed service.

We’ve been getting our car washed regularly here pretty much since it’s opened but since we got a new car about a month ago we decided to go with the membership program and we couldn’t be happier! The staff is always super kind and my kids really enjoy the “show” in the wash itself. I was actually there today and had an emergency with my infant and had to pull him out of the vehicle when I was the next car in line to go through the wash. I felt a lot of anxiety about holding up the line and holding my infant in a more busy area and I told the wash attendant what was going on and he was gracious enough to move my car for me (per my request) so the line could keep moving and I didn’t have to rush my baby back into the car. As I got my baby calmed and back in his seat, the guy that scans you in (I don’t know what his position is called) came over to check if everything was okay. I know it’s just a car wash and you wouldn’t expect to feel any type of way about the service, maybe. But I definitely feel like a “valued customer” more than just a car passing through. Oh, and my car is always super clean...way cleaner than it gets from the nearby competitor’s wash! The towel dry is super awesome and I always feel bad I never have cash to tip. 10/10 would recommend!!

Best detail and team in town. Scott was looking my truck over and found a few little things he didn’t feel were perfect(that I didn’t even notice), and jumped on it without me even complaining. He wanted to make sure the work was exceptional - this is why I come back.

I feel that their business model is dishonest, and I wont be returning. There were no clear signs with pricing, just a pushy sales girl. I was told that $17 was the best she can do for me. I later found out that a car wash is only $12, and the upcharge was for a hot wax treatment on the tires.

I went there for pet hair removal. This is a time consuming process. They had my car finished in 5 minutes and refused to give me a refund. They had the nerve to charge me $65 and removed no pet hair. Very disrespectful management. Dont go to this car wash. Very bad!!!!!!

The services are great, but Im not really happy how they do my door jambs. They always miss that everytime I get my car worked on, I told them thousands of times dont forget to wipe down my door jambs THAY NEOVER DO it!!!!!!!!😡😡 this is unacceptable. I would hate to cancel my membership for somebody who is not doing their job wiping the door jambs down, unless they can improve in the future.

This place would not replace my wife’s mats that they didn’t put back after we had the interior done. I asked them to look at the video of that day and they wouldn’t. I said plz give me credit on car washes for the amount of the mats $140 bucks the COO according to manager said no. What kind of service is this for a monthly customer?

The thing I hate about carwashes is theyre a business that takes what should be a really simple transaction and adds salespeople that work on commission, and that just makes the whole thing feel slimy.We pulled up, saw no signs with services and prices, and asked the woman for just a carwash, and she said something about how the best she could do is $17. That, simply put, was a lie. Their services start at $12, and we were never told about it, and would never know any better if we hadnt verified it later. That just feels like skeezy to me.

Always get the car clean. Only use the self service aspect of the business, their free vacs are great!

After sharing issues I had with the service I received at this location, Thomas (TJ) worked to make it right. He notified his team of my issues and offered me a free Elite cleaning. I appreciate his efforts to fix the problem. I do recommend calling and speaking to Thomas directly if and when any problems arise. He will make sure to take care of you and the issue at hand.

I have received both the 360 and 180 service and was not impressed. They did not do a thorough job and left water spots on the outside of my vehicle. They also did not fully clean and vacuum the inside with the 360 wash. It is too much money to spend for low quality service. I tried to cancel my monthly membership and was denied a refund. I was told to send email to district manager Thomas but 5 days later have yet to receive a response.. Overall customer service is lacking and would stay away from this location!

Visit 1.16.2020. Disappointed, I have 2 360 memberships and I usually go to the location off of 37 but decided to try the new one. The lady had a problem getting her receipt machine to print at the start. Then I got stuck sitting on the track at the entrance of the car wash and could not move. No one updated me or said anything about the status or gave me the opportunity to leave. After 15 minutes with no communication the guy before me left and so did I. Teach your people how to communicate

Stay FAR away from Prime Car Wash. Terrible service and despicable conduct by leadership.Regretfully, I decided to try out Prime Car Wash for the 1st time today and it could not have been a more disturbing experience. I regret not reading the reviews on Prime Car Wash PRIOR to my visit as doing so would have helped me avoid a terrible experience and kept my car from being damaged. I also researched Prime further after this evening’s unpleasant experience and the number of lawsuits filed against Prime Car Wash by former customers is a multiple of the number of similar lawsuits filed against its largest competitor even though the competitor has several more locations and clearly does FAR more business than Prime Car Wash. This experience has made me appreciate the other car wash chain (you know who I am referring to) even more!!!I made the big mistake this evening and took a gorgeous near collector level car to Prime Car Wash and they scratched it. Making it even worse, they insulted me and behaved in a threatening manner when I brought it to their attention. I was hoping to make a difference by trying out a new business and got burned for doing so.I initially spoke with one employee who then brought out “TJ”,who immediately said it “looked like a door ding,” when it clearly does not and is not. In addition, the Prime Car Wash policy seems to be to bring a “crew” in an attempt to intimidate any customer brave enough to point out problems as right after I spoke to the first employee, two additional employees came up and just stood there, arms crossed, while “TJ” performed his “not our fault” act. Having 4 employees, with three just watching “TJ’s” tough guy routine, makes it clear that Prime Car Wash is not afraid to use tactics of intimidation in their attempt to dissuade customers from complaining. “Thuggish” is the only word that comes to mind to describe the behavior of Prime Car Wash today. Disgusting. These guys should be shut down for their effort to use thuggish behaviors in an attempt to discourage complaints. This is something I would have imagined to see only in a movie or in a very different place other than central Indiana. Prime Car Wash Is definitely a place I will NEVER go back to and I hope you read this before you make the mistake of going to Prime Car Wash.Keep in mind that the several scratches (10 or more) I pointed out to “TJ,” the supposed General Manager of Prime Car Wash are, in fact, parallel scratches over a three inch (vertical) area of the door that proceed for a few inches. He said “these could not have come from the car wash.” When I suggested they may have came from the towels the 3 guys used to dry the car after the wash, he said “that was impossible” and then said, “have a nice day.” I responded with a not so nice retort and departed, but it was a terrible experience all around.Please save yourself serious frustration and STAY FAR AWAY FROM PRIME CAR WASH. If this review is not enough to convince you, research the number of small claim actions filed by customers that have had their cars damaged. Disturbing!!Note: shortly after posting this review, a reply from “ownership” was posted asking me to contact them via email. Why would I? You think I want more abuse at the hands of a business that allows “TJ” and his “crew” to try to intimidate? This is just how Prime Car Wash treats customers. Period. I have never been treated this way at the competition and I should never have even tried Prime Car Wash. As long as this company employs people like “TJ,” it is clear Prime Car Wash will not improve as my research reveals this “TJ” character appears to have the title of General Manager and appears to have been with Prime Car Wash since 2016!! Therefore, his confrontational, dismissive, thuggish, and unprofessional conduct is a clear sign of the culture of Prime Car Wash. This culture issue is also supported by the number of lawsuits that have been filed against Prime Car Wash. I fully intend to add one more lawsuit as a result of the damage done to my car by “TJ” at Prime Car Wash

Was part of their monthly membership. Went to get a car wash and cancel for the next month 2 day before the end of the month. Was told if I was canceling I couldnt get a was using my membership that was supposed to be good for the entire month. Im not understanding why I cant get a wash on a membership that still has 2 days left on it just because I didnt want to pay for an additional month.

Will not come back!!! Cashier coughing while I’m stuck in here waiting for a detail. $150 mind you!!! I had a spill in the car and $150 was my only option. So I paid it. 15 minutes after being here no one is working on my car even though i said i was on a time crunch. So basically they are telling me they can get a full $150 car detail in 45 minutes! NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL! I’m sitting outside in the freezing cold because coughing cashier said I’m not allowed to stand in garage. But I’m not sitting in lobby with her germs. And to top it off, someone from corporate prime walks up. I told them how frustrated I am. They are all about excusing away things. Done!
