Excellent work from Superior Bath! We got our master bath shower redone and it is GREAT! We LOVE it!! My husband has disabilities and the grab bars and fold down bench seat are a life saver for him! No I dont have to worry about him falling in the shower. I LOVE the rain head and settings on the handheld wand. Best money we ever spent redoing our shower! We interviewed other companies and Superior Bath was the best price knowledgeable and showed us samples of the materials. Brian who did all the work was the greatest he explained everything and kept the area clean despite all the dust from removing the old shower. Brian started on time & finished on time just like he promised. 5 star company all the way and I highly recommend using them!

Converting a tub to walk-in shower in the guest bath was not part of the 10 year plan but circumstance have a way of changing that plan. After talking with multiple companies, Superior easily came out on top. We are very pleased with the finished product. The installer was conscious, respectful, and professional. The technician installed a new shower stall in the master bath. This involved removing all of the existing tile, revising the plumbing configuration, adjusting drainage and disposing materials. He was diligent and friendly. He left the bathroom cleaner than it was when he came. I used the shower after the established silicone curing time and everything works very well. I am completely satisfied with the work. The sales personnel had also been attentive to my interests in the design, recommending safety features for age in place options. They also described ways I could reduce the price if desired. All of my interactions with this company have been positive. I can highly recommend them.

I replaced my shower and was expecting 2-3 people on the job. But one technician showed up and did an amazing job in 2 days. Because of COVID it took almost 10 weeks to schedule but the wait is worth it!

After an emergency caved-in ceiling in my shower, I was able to quickly get Superior Bath System scheduled to come out and replace the tile and drywall with all new ceiling and a complete unit for the shower walls that connected with my original bathtub, which was very cost effective. Our installer did a great job, and we would definitely work with this company again. After a couple years, everything still looks brand new and works great!

Our shower had 5 different shower heads, one on the ceiling and 4 on the two adjacent wall. Thanks to a previous owner. Resulting in an amusement park amount of water with all the water coursing through the walls. Leaks developed before we arrived and were undisclosed by the previous owner. Superior took the walls, ceiling and flooring off and discovered structural damage from the water.Superior bath did a great job for a reasonable price! We are glad we chose them and highly recommend them!! We can only imagine how bad the results might have been with a less skilled team on the job.

We had Superior Bath replace our very old shower in our master and replace it with a beautiful acrylic installation (used to be tile). I was expecting a small crew to do this over a couple of days and one person, Keegan, came and did the entire job by himself and did an awesome job. Before hiring Superior Baths, I had a terrible contractor who tiled my entire shower only to have water intrusion in the foyer. So, Superior Baths came out quickly to handle the problem. They completed a beautiful shower stall with freestanding glass in just 2 days!

Two gentlemen came by our house to provide a quote to renovate our master bathroom. After an hour of them being in our home they said they needed a 3rd person to come by and look at the space before they could issue a quote. This 3rd person wasnt available for another week. We set up a date and time. A week later, no confirmation email/phone call and no visit after we had set aside the time on our calendar. Dont bother wasting your time with these unprofessional people. Extremely disappointed.

Rob Edwards came to my daughters today for a tub estimate. We had another company coming later today. She didnt want to do the paperwork today but he practically insisted she do it today. Told her he would hold on to the paperwork until she called him to confirm the sell. She decided to go with the other company. When the saleswoman called to process the paperwork it wouldnt clear because he had already submitted Superiors paperwork. It was a real mess. Thank God we were able to run under my name. Now my daughter has to cancel w the financing. Not a great experience!

We had a full guest bathroom and a partial master bathroom remodel done. The staff at Superior Bath was superb. They addressed all of our concerns and were super nice. The project ended up taking quite a bit longer than expected but was all worth it. The end results are beautiful and functional. Beth, Brian N, Dave D, and Steve were all a pleasure to work with.

Only use Superior Bath Systems if you don’t care about how long it takes. Our shower replacement was quoted to be finished in 1-2 days with a start date in 10-12 weeks - maybe earlier since it was a small job. We did not get any updates unless we called them and only occasionally got return calls. It took 18 weeks for the base than another 3 weeks to finish - 21 weeks to install a shower! Terrible customer service.

This review is based on multiple different interactions with Superior Bath inquiring about an estimate for bathroom renovation. On our initial phone call my Wife was asked multiple times if I, her husband, would be present for the estimate. I was present for the phone call, which became pushy with them asking my wife this question multiple times. Given this was only once interaction we went ahead with scheduling an estimate. Steve from Superior Bath was prompt with coming over for an estimate. On meeting him, he immediately asked my wife if we, my wife and I, were on the same page with the bathroom remodel. At this point, I had enough with perceived sexist comments towards my Wife and asked him to please leave. He further argued that the comments were not sexist and became upset. Even if the comments were not sexist by his definition, they were definitely felt as such, which I believe is more important. We are not only looking for a quality craftsman for our bathroom, but also someone who would treat us with respect. My rating is based on their interaction with customers and not by their work as I have not seen their work.

Superior Bath recently replaced our old tub with a walk-in-shower. It turned out fantastic, and its super to use and its beautiful. The workers very clean, efficient, punctual, and courteous. We just have one small issue with water running out, and they are installing splash guards for us. We didnt realize you will need those if you are using a curtain instead of a door. The follow up is excellent and they want to make sure you are a very satisfied customer. Beth, the office manager is a gem!
