As a contest winner via the South Bend Tribune, I was excited to convert my 1960s cast iron tub and tile shower into a modern shower! The initial consult with the salesman (whom I dont recall) helped choose the pieces to create my vision, however was rather misleading on the bottom line cost. The gentleman seemed new to the trade, or perhaps was the stress from the onset of COVID-19 and the challenge that has been for us all. After we settle on specifics and price ($5k winnings and still $2k out of pocket for the basic version of the upgrade), the order is placed and we wait until materials arrive to schedule. I will gladly say the approximate timeframes for shipping, as well as install times were very accurate, and Bee Window customer service were a real pleasure to work with in keeping informed on the status of this project.Once the install began, Joe and Omar were nothing short of amazing! In a world where exposure and using masks and gloves, and adapting to the challenge of all this and having to enter private homes and perform construction work, Joe and Omar were true professionals. They did their part to minimize their footprint in the house, as well as respecting my wishes on the situation. They kept me informed throughout the process, and the finished product speaks for itself! Thank you Bee Window and the South Bend Tribune, but most of all thank you Joe and Omar!

I called and requested a video consult. Of course I got a call from Phillip, he left me a voicemail and told me to call if I had any questions. Within less than 24 hours Phillip called back 3 more times. This reeks of desperation and is non professional. People work have thing to do before returning voicemails or having a video consult. Even after sending him directly to VM he still would not let up. This is why I will not be using them.To the owner, I would check you employees methods from time to time, this just cost you multiple bathrooms.

The shower is fine, and the installers were great. Whoever is running the show at the office however, seems to be dropping the ball quite a bit. First, we were given a date for the install, then the night before were were told they had just checked our stuff and what we had ordered wasnt in there. About two weeks later the correct stuff had arrived and the installers went to work. They were very careful and their work was fine. However at one time when I walked in, I saw they were installing a new toilet, which I did not order. I guess I should have kept my mouth shut and Id have had a free toilet. But I asked about it, and after several phone calls they decided it was for another job. So they uninstalled it and put the old one back in. There were no further incidents, and the final product is great. If I could split this rating up, Id give the installers 5 stars, but the the front office 1.

I am so impressed with Baths by Bee. Our shower installer, Fernando, was excellent. He was punctual, polite and cleaned up all the mess. He knew what he was doing and our shower looks beautiful. Excellent craftsmanship.

They came in and did both our bathroom, they did an absolutely outstanding job, Omar & Joe were both friendly, polite and answered all our questions..they cleaned up after themselves and were very conscientious about their work, itwas the best experience Ive ever had with a contractor, I would highly recommend them..we are completely satisfied!!

Installer was very professional. I enjoy the built in shower. It is a beautiful product, good quality.
