The Wellington is absolutely amazing. Our coordinator was Holly and she was phenomenal. We could not recommend the Wellington enough. Holly was so organized, knowledgeable, helpful, sweet, and easy to work with. We knew that our wedding/reception was in great hands with her and the staff at the Wellington. Honestly I have to say that I don’t think we paid enough for everything we got at The Wellington. Their pricing cannot be beat, not to mention Holly is the best coordinator a bride could ask for. Highly highly recommend The Wellington to anyone looking for a venue for their wedding/reception, or any other even that needs to be hosted and catered. You cannot go wrong with The Wellington!

This venue was amazing!!! My husband and I had the most absolutely perfect experience at The Wellington. Holly is exceptional at what she does! She helped us with so much, including the DJ, our dessert vendor, the makeup artist, etc.! Not only is she helpful, but she is super honest with how your decisions may impact your budget and/or your experience! She knows what she is doing and kindly shares her professional opinion! Along with everything be perfect, the communication from Holly was on point! I am definitely someone that emailed/contacted my people everyday, and Holly was extremely efficient with responding back. Since the wedding, I have had a ton of guests mention how fantastic the cocktail hour was, how delicious the food was, how organised the event was, and how fantastic our late night snack was(chicken fingers...highly recommend). My husband and I knew we needed a venue that could help us with the small details and contact our venders due to our time availability and The Wellington did not fall short. I have recommended The Wellington to anyone I know getting married because we had a marvellous experience and could not have imagined our day any more special. My friends and family mentioned that it was their favorite wedding of the season and I truly believe that it had to do with The Wellington itself and Holly!

No need to look further for a venue to have on your special day! Holly and Cami are AMAZING and helped make our day sooo special. Our day was small due to COVID, but it was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. We are still receiving compliments on the food we chose (definitely chose the chicken satay for an app) and how friendly and responsive Holly and her team were during the ceremony. We recommend them without hesitation!

My experience with the Wellington from beginning to end was phenomenal. I planned my wedding over the course of a year and the first thing I looked for was a venue. Most of the venues I came upon were well outside of my budget. Until I found the Wellington Of Fishers, which is reasonably priced and they cater your event too!!! The food is delicious and the chef is accommodating to any dietary restrictions and preferences. My wedding coordinator was Holly and she is AMAZING. My guest count was over 100 people and she and her WHOLE TEAM handled my event with grace and high standards. Every single person that attended truly enjoyed themselves. Holly is organized, knowledgeable about the wedding industry and will go over and beyond to make sure your event is just the way you want it. She is like a one stop shop when it comes to weddings and she has relationships with other vendors that accommodated some of my other needs (DJ, Hotels, Florist, Photographers, etc). Major shoutout to Holli, Cami and the whole Wellington staff for making my wedding day unforgettable. There is no other venue I will choose in the future for any event but the Wellington!

The Wellington was amazing and helpful from the first day we met them. Holly, the wedding director, sold us on the space and her services within minutes of meeting her. She took care of all vendor communication and timeline organization to deliver us the PERFECT day! We had a lot of family from out of town and The Wellington is located between multiple hotels which offered us room rates for our guests. The venue is beautiful and everything we ever imagined for our day!

I had my wedding at the Wellington in December 2019. The service was outstanding and Cami and Holly were incredible to work with. We had a few menu changes at the last minute and they were more than happy to help us make sure that our friends/family with dietary restrictions were able to enjoy their meals as well! Holly is incredibly organized and we could not have pulled off the most perfect night without her! Pricing was very reasonable and parking and accommodations are so easy with two hotels sharing the parking lot. I would recommend The Wellington to everyone!

My daughter and son in law were married December 14 and their reception was then held at the Wellington. As parents of the bride we could not have been more appreciative of everything the staff at the Wellington did to assure her a perfect day! The staff was engaged from the moment we visited the venue until days after the reception, making sure all items brought in were handled with care and returned. The evening of the reception, the staff were overwhelmingly polite, prompt, and ready to serve. The space was fantastic and the decorative touches in place by the Wellington made it a story book evening. I cannot thank Cami, Holly, Cheryl and chef Paul enough for all they did! If anyone is looking for a venue to host a reception, party or a business event, the Wellington is amazing!!
Everything was nice neat and clean
We had a bridal shower for my niece at The Wellington on 8-25-19. From the very beginning, Cami, the owner was wonderful with the planning and all the way through the event. We went in thinking we would have 50-75 people. Cami assured us that she would set up the room accordingly. And that she did! The room was beautiful. She helped us with picking linen colors and the menu, and made the shower so incredible for us. We have done many bridal and baby showers in our homes, and have always gotten a lot of compliments on our food. Well, after the shower yesterday, as one guest put it, “Your food at the previous showers has always been excellent, but Cami knew how to take it to a totally new level.” The food she provided was amazing!!! Beautiful and incredibly great tasting salads, chicken, salmon, fruit, risotto, cake pops and shooter desserts. The staff at Wellington was very friendly and helpful. The venue is very clean. If I needed to host another shower or event, I would definitely reach out to The Wellington again.
Wow! Wow! Wow!I attended a bridal shower yesterday in this amazing venue. It is a facility that one might think is too big for a smaller event. The Wellington can accommodate your party size according to the size of your party. Coming from a very large family, we are constantly attending baby showers, wedding showers, and weddings.I felt as if I was at a 5-star restaurant enjoying the atmosphere, food, and service. It’s not always easy to get all three of these when you attend events.I’m not one to write reviews usually, however, the entire experience was so perfect that I felt anyone and everyone should be know...If you book your next event at the Wellington, rest assure, you will be highly satisfied.

We had our company holiday party at the Wellington. Sheryl and staff were amazing from start to finish! Sheryl was so helpful in getting me started and all through the planning - even my little hiccups didnt phase her! The food was wonderful and everyone was very accommodating. Its a beautiful space to have a party and was decorated to the nines. We were able to have Santa come and hand out gifts and he talked to the kids while he sat by the beautiful tree in the seating area. Dinner was hot and tasted fabulous and everyone was impressed. Each time Cami and her team have been outstanding with the attention to detail that they put into any event. Camis staff is very well mannered and is very eager to help in any way they can.The building is very big and spacious that seems to be able to hold many people without a problem. The building and grounds are also clean and well maintained.
Cami and staff were some of the most helpful people to ever work with. They helped make our dreams come true for our wedding. They made the process of having the venue and food in one place made things so much better. The food is fantastic and the services also. Our Company had a Workshop at The Wellington which was a two day event. Five people hosted the event for 65 attendees. Breakfast and lunch two days and dinner on evening one were provided by by Chef Paul at the event center. I scoured the Indy area for a place that could accommodate our event which my company does 250 such events a year. Cami and her excellent staff made my event a complete success. I have already scheduled two more events at The Wellington and hope that I will be able to have many more at this great venue!
My wedding reception at the Wellington is on Saturday and I have no doubt that everything will be flawless. Cami and the staff have been absolutely incredible to work with and have been extremely accommodating to everything I have inquired about. The Wellington facility is amazing and it is very affordable. It has been an extremely busy year and everyone at the Wellington has offered graciously to help with anything that I need. I will be having my wedding reception at the Wellington. They have competitive prices (food, drinks, rentals) and the price for the room rental was one of the lowest we found for a ballroom. Cami is always energetic and happy! When I was stressing out over wedding details, talking to her and her excitement for my wedding helped my stress fade. Cami was also very accommodating to my schedule for setting up our meetings throughout the whole wedding planning process, even meeting with me outside of business hours which was an extreme help. I cant speak to how my event actually went yet; however everything has been smooth with the Wellington so far and I cant wait to see my vision come together on my wedding day!
I was there for a work conference, the rooms were clean, nice looking, the staff was very attentive. The lunches that were provided were delicious as were the mid morning & afternoon snacks.
Wow! What a hidden treasure I have found in Fishers with convenient access to I-69/96th Street. I attended an event at The Wellington Banquet & Conference Center recently and it was so refreshing to not be walking in to a hotel conference/banquet room. The Wellington is a stand alone facility with beautiful rooms (adjustable to the size of your group), high ceilings, clean carpet and contemporary restrooms.The food was delicious with options outside the normal hotel catering menu. The staff was professional and friendly. I will definitely use The Wellington for my next event but it should be given serious consideration by a range of users from wedding parties to meeting planners.

I recently attended two events at the Wellington. Both experiences were amazing! The first event was an all day workshop and reception. The staff did a great job taking care of the trainers and the guests. The food was spectacular, and the reception was fun and engaging. The second event was a simple lunch for 80 guests. The room set-up was perfect. The food went from spectacular to AMAZING!! The staff was very flexible and made some last minute changes to make sure our event was perfect.I highly recommend the Welling Fishers Banquet and Conference Center for any event you may have in mind.
We used the Wellington for our wedding reception venue. They were amazing! Cami is fantastic, so personable and easy going. Shes willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and within your budget. Lisa was also great to help with the little details that were important to us. Their prices are great for the amazing food you get, the bar is filled with exactly the liquors you would prefer, and the venue is spacious, clean and looks gorgeous with the extra decorations they have available. Great service! Great People! Great Experience! We recently had our wedding reception at the Wellington. The building went under new ownership after we had already booked the venue for our reception, which could of been a disaster. But the new owner honored our previous set date and pricing for our reception and actually lost money when the past owner kept the $500 down payment.Not only that, but they were always quick and responsive when communicating between the two of us, which is great when youre on a tight wedding planning schedule.The location is also great because it is right next to the interstate, which makes it easy for out of town guests to get to. And also, there are lots of hotels to choose from for any guests that may be staying over night before or after the wedding.
Reception room. It was nice having our sales person go over all the expenses. Very sweet asking and probing questions. Very nice etiquette. Only downfall is they charge to use a screen, and the projector. Just so many little charges
Amazing! Walked in and immediately felt welcomed by the staff. They went above and beyond to make my family reunion one we’ll never forget! Chef paul prepared the best meal and we got creative with my 70s theme with all sorts of fun dishes. Couldn’t have asked for a more convenient location surrounded by hotels and accommodations. Highly suggest giving them a try for your next event

Owner should not have blocked the drive through for a disability night.Very small plates for the price of the food. Food was good, just very limited on portion size.
Attended conference in which the audio system kept cutting out throughout the entire day: apparently a short in the connection to the microphone. One would think sending someone to the Frys across the street might be a simple way to resolve the problem; even if just for a temporary fix. Parking is also horrendous. This is the second conference Ive attended here. Generally not impressed with the venue. Not terrible, but not phenomenal either.

Skimpy snacks, intolerant rules about outside drinks even when attendees have medical issues, was rude when asked to provide ice for drinks, and then rude when asked to replenish said ice... no healthy options for snacks, no options whatsoever for attendees to choose for snack options regardless of dietary restrictions... you basically better not be diabetic or have any food allergies or medical requirements because they don’t care...
Cami and Sarah along with their staff were wonderful to work with pre-event and during the event. If you are looking for superior customer service this is the place for you.

I attended an event in September and it was poorly put together. Stains were all over the seats. My food was bland and the chicken was pink. The staff talked about each other. The kitchen staffed talked so loud it was distruptive to the event. I could go on and on. Dont waste your dime and time here. Clearly unprofessional!

Camille Keys and her team of Amy Ellingwood, Megan Ellingwood, Lauren Ellingwood, Adam Frye, Austie Meyer, Khristopher Moore, Robin Keys, and Courtney Keys did a wonderful job and met all my expectations for my engagement ceremony. Camille & Austie were very responsive to every email and phone call, which made my day perfect. The team works with you to create your vision and customized specific things for my ceremony. Cameille gave us a variety on contacts for decorations, food, and any other hospitality. There is nothing I would change and I will definitely pass my positive message to others in the future.
