Worst experience ever. Good luck trying to cancel your policies and getting a refund. The amount of time I have had to call and be in the phone for more than an hour is a joke. Extremely unhappy with my experience here.You are kidding right? The cancellation document I signed was June 10th and you are blaming a storm from this week for your terrible customer service. even on June 10th I was on the phone for more than an hour. I cancelled both auto and home insurance June 10th and was still charged 6/28 and now have to wait until 7/13 to get a refund for a charge that should have never happened and to make it worse it can’t be refunded to my bank account it’s a check being mailed on 7/13 making it even longer for me to receive my refund!!!I asked to talk to a manager on June 10th because the person I spoke to sounded like she had no clue what she was doing she said no manger was available and someone would call me I have yet to hear back from a manger. But ok blame a storm that had not even occurred. This again goes to show what kind of customer service you all provide.

Brightway Insurance was recommended by my realtor, who spoke very highly of the service and insurance policies they had to offer. Their quotes were some of the most competitive Ive seen myself. Not only were their policies at great prices, their customer service was unmatched. Especially Bailey, who handled all of my requests with such professionalism and my best interests in mind. She provided me quotes on multiple properties I had put offers on and even though some of them didnt close, she still provided the best service anyone could ask for from an insurance company. I was also able to get an umbrella policy covering all of my rental properties for a great deal. I highly recommend this insurance company!

They are difficult to get in contact with. When I was in an accident that was not my fault, they did not support me when I approached the insurance company. The owner of the agency sent a patronizing letter suggesting that the judge would not consider my issue. This was just the last straw. In the short time that I was with the agency, they also mangled every attempt at making my policies right. I spent hours on the phone with simple requests - like dropping my ex-husband from my car insurance (at one point, they dropped MY car instead of his from the policy). Safeco (Liberty Mutual) is a terrible insurance company, and Brightway has horrible customer service on top of that. They are a prime example of why we dont need middle men in insurance. I went straight to Root for auto, and got a significant discount. Im with a local agent for my homeowners insurance.
