Great customer service! Very helpful.

Easy access from Allisonville road, plenty of free parking. Our travel agent was knowledgeable and listened to our ideas and helped us formulate our trip to Italy. She is currently working on flights and hotel accommodations for us.Not pushy, she made a suggestion for less time in a city, but we really wanted the extra day there and told her so.I suggest having a basic itinerary for your trip before you see a travel agent or you may end up doing their planned vacation as opposed to one more tailored to your needs and ideas.

Quick to take your money, but not helpful in regards to getting money back due to the cruiselines poor policies surrounding COIVD. Slow response time in getting any cruise questions answered. AGENT DID NOT WANT TO DO HER JOB! I felt like I did more the work myself than my travel agent. Will NEVER use triple A again based just off this first experience.

This is a horrible excuse for a AAA. My elderly parents and I had evacuated Florida (due to Hurricane Irma) and we were hoping to get a Trip-Tick for our return drive back home. The people working at the Fishers branch could not have been less caring. They told us (and the person at the desk next to us who was also returning to Florida) that they would not do a Trip-Tick that day but that we should come back in two days to pick one up. When we explained that we were leaving the next day (as was the gentleman seated next to us) they said they were too busy to help us. I am used to the fabulous service of the AAA here in Fort Myers, Florida and was appalled by the Fishers branch complete lack of service and caring. During an already physically and emotionally draining period, this was a complete waste of our time and energy.

I got my international driving permit.

Too long ago but remember I got what I needed.
