I have been with Mike Kleine - State Farm Insurance Agent for more than 25 years. My main contact there is Darlene and she is one of the main reasons this agency has had my business for so long. They are friendly, attentive, and very helpful getting you the proper coverage you need. If you need renters insurance, through auto, or property insurance (I had all of these over the years) - call and ask for Darlene. I would expect youll be as happy as I have been for all these years!

I have been with State Farm for 18 years now. I have primarily done business with Mike Kleins office, as my family utilizes them as well. I moved out of state for 3 years. When I moved back I contacted them to transfer over, as it makes sense. The quote they came back with was double what I currently paid, or have ever paid. I have no claims, or accidents. I asked why my insurance increased that much, and was told that varies by state. I asked to check for mistakes, I was talked to like I was wasting time, and that my business did not matter. I did a search and came across another agent Brandon Libunao, without telling him what happened, he gave me a quote that was only 7$ over what I was paying down south. Definitely will not use Mike Kleine as they are over priced and one of their customer service agents is rude.

Mike Kleines office deserves 5 stars on all levels, extremely personable and knowledgable staff allow you to have great experiences no matter what the issue.Everytime I call its similar to calling your good friend, they take care of the issue and make it feel like your own luxurious company at your fingertips.
