We lived at Liberty Ridge for two years before moving out, and we loved every minute of it! The staff was always friendly and attentive. Maintenance requests were resolved quickly, usually within 24 hours. We loved how quiet and safe the community was, and the property was well maintained. We only moved because we purchased our first house, or we would have continued living here. Highly recommend!

I have lived here since 2017 and think it is a great place to live. Now that all the construction is complete it is a nice quite and secluded place. Easy access to interstate 75 and near shopping and restaurants. The staff is there when you need them and any issues are fixed with in a day. The complex is well maintained and when it snows they clean the driveways and sidewalks quickly. The townhomes are nice, decent sized and constructed well.

The Townhomes of Liberty Ridge was an incredible place to live. The properties are all well - kept and the maintenance workers were all very helpful. Management were all very kind, helpful, and supportive as well. They were there to help with anything I needed!! There is a really nice patio area that is enjoyable in the summer, and a fully - functioning gym. I couldnt have been more pleased with my experience here!

I have lived here for over 2 years now and absolutely love it. The staff / owners are very accommodating and understanding. The homes are amazing and very secluded, not to mention the sunsets are the best you can see anywhere around! There is also a gym and game room that is at a short walking distance from any of the townhomes which is very convenient. Everything is always clean and never over crowded. I also have pets and my cat loves looking out the window at the pond and my puppy loves playing in the dog park and walking around the complex! I wish I could pick this townhome up and move it wherever I live in the future because it is truly the perfect home. I would recommend living here to everyone!

Moving from Kansas back to Ohio, the townhomes team made it easy to transition into our new space with our 2 young boys. Maintenance staff was always pleasant to work with and the amenities (weight room, clubhouse) were always a + for our family. No matter what stage of life you are in, the townhomes are a great landing spot for short or long-term living space. Huge bonus is that they are located in the highly regarded Liberty-Benton school district which is a big bonus when considering school districts for kiddos in the area.

We didn’t rent one of these homes but we rented another townhome from them. They were great at first but then towel rods kept falling down, handles were loose, our bedroom door never shut completely. Two months before we moved out the garage door was loud and messed up, and the blinds for the sliding glass doors broke, we told the manager (Kelly) and she didn’t send someone out to fix it.There was a couple times we wanted to talk to the owner about issues going on, and she told us we weren’t aloud to because she was the manager.People spend a lot of money to live in their properties and they don’t care how they treat you. Wouldn’t recommend.

The owner is actively engaged and takes time to consider as well as resolve tenant issues. Its one thing to make a plan but an entirely different one to take action. I can safely say the owner of The Townhomes of Liberty Ridge does both and is a man of action.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience living here after our house sold. The property is just as described and was in impeccable condition upon move in.Mr. Yates was extremely pleasant, punctual with responses, and made the move in/move out process effortless.Liberty Ridge is one of the few places in Findlay that allows for shorter leases and two pets, both of which were necessities for us.We could not have been more pleased with our experience at the Townhomes of Liberty Ridge.

Matt and I have had nothing, but great experiences here! It’s our second year living here now as we hope to continue living here we are excited to see the townhomes get filled! Mr. Yates has welcomed us in from the military with a beautiful townhome that suits our upcoming family and our two doggies. Besides one of the neighbors being rude to us, we really enjoy it here!

Was lied to on day one, I was really excited to get into this home they looked good at first. We were told they were virtually soundproof as we work nights. We were told $1500 a month and it would be no problem going month-to-month Barb called us back and said it was going to be $1800 unless we did more than 3 months we are contract workers and didnt know I talked her down to $1700.. the work is very low class on these nice looking places Hardware falling off the doors, big hole cut double the size for plumbing never even caulked.. dryer lint blows into both of our bathrooms from the ceiling down into the shower, never seen that one before!!!.. I asked about the fireplace outside and inside.. was told they are working on it should have it done by 1 week when I asked about it again I was told to contact management and leave maintenance alone even though maintenance contacted me on my telephone and looked it up through the records very unprofessional.... And someone had to sign off on all of this work!!! Next time dont lie to people they are paying a lot of money to stay in your homes and work out of town away from their family and all they hear is construction hammering pounding equipment all day long...

I have lived in Pittsburgh, Nashville, Washington DC metro area and as a working professional relocating from Cleveland to Findlay, I was seeking luxury rental townhome living. I stumbled into Liberty Ridge Townhomes and it is a true gem of a find. Everything about the location - nested just past another subdivision, easy access to the freeway, easy access to downtown Findlay, perfect for young families. They had me at hello.....

Nice Townhomes! My wife and I have been a resident of these Townhomes for one month so far, and could not be more pleased. The property is as described, and the service has been top notch. Anyone checking them out will see the flurry of construction signs, a required cost for the benefit of growth. From our initial calls to explore, to moving in, to requesting help on a minor problem. All have been handled professionally and as hoped. We are enjoying our stay and will be sad when we eventually leave.Keith Kettel

The owner of these apartments has no respect for the neighborhood that he built them in. During construction he has constantly lied to the housing association. He has now bought a lot in the development and is turning it into a street to move heavy equipment in and out of his construction site. Creating an eyesore and noise level increase while leaving mud and stone all over the public streets in the neighborhood. The good old boy township trustees have been no help to the neighborhood but dont seem to mind letting them get away with it. While raising our taxes. I couldnt sell now if I wanted to.
