Over $1300 for a 2 bedroom. You can get a mortgage on a $500000 house for that much. You need same good credit score for both... Poor value.

I moved into the neighborhood in February. Maintenance has been extremely helpful. Michele is very nice and answers all my questions. The neighborhood is very clean compared to others I have viewed. The neighbors are really friendly.

We just moved into our apartment here at Redwood and we could not ask for better service. First, the place is beautiful and is everything we were looking for. Not only this, but the manager, Michele, is always responsive and keeps us informed on everything we need to know. Throughout the process, she has been there for us. We could not be more satisfied!

Nice community to stay. Only, childrens play area is missing. There should be a play area, at least a small one for the childrens to play. Apart from the play area, the community is a great place to stay as it is nearest to Tiffin avenue.

The maintenance team at Redwood is always very responsive and very professional. These gentlemen are polite and respectful of my home. Highly recommend Redwood as a place to call home.

The property manager was wonderful and very communicative. The property is nice, quiet. It was very clean on move in.

Manager was friendly and helpful she went above on her communication and was awesome. I am disappointed that everyone leaves their garbage out in view, by front doors. This may have actually been a deal breaker had I known. We viewed on a trash day so I didn’t realize. Nice looking property, nice lawns and landscaping and then everybody’s trash is just sitting on their sidewalks in front of their front doors. I will put mine in my garage. But, detracts greatly from the look of the property.

Michelle is very professional, very reliable as a manager and great help making sure the renting process was easy and efficient. In addition to impressive management, the property is clean and the apartments are great. Overall very positive experience.

Just moved in 3 days ago.. so far Maintenance has been excellent in response and repairing some of the things past renters left behind. Apartment was very clean and very up to date. Love the place so far especially the garage to keep my car out of the snow.

Nice location although not in love with the floor plans

Safe and secure facility. The apartments truly have a feel of home. Michelle; in the office was very polite and provided answers to some of the most small questions. The maintenance crew also was quick to make repairs and conducted quality work. I truly enjoyed my stay at Redwood Apartments.

I would highly recommend Redwood if anyone is looking for a place to live! Between the landscape, excellent service and management, apartment layout and overall community atmosphere it is very hard to top it!!!

We rented here for 15 months before we bought out house. The apartments are very clean, the neighbors are nice and overall a very nice place to rent from. Michele is an awesome property manager (I believe that’s the correct term). The maintenance people here are top notch. Whenever there was an issue, they were there right away. By far a very good place to rent from.

I was sent an email by the manager that I should be able to login to my account and pay the first month rent. I tried numerous times and could not find where to setup payment. I told the manager several times over several days that the written instructions were not working. So we agreed on my move in day that we would work together to get it done. When I got to the leasing office she said she had to move me in electronically. She had not completed the steps to make my account active, so I could not do what she thought I should be able to do.So, I spent literally hours trying to find what to do, but the payment system was not ready for me.I would appreciate in the future that the manager would question herself, instead of assuming I was stupid. She was a bit condescending as well.

Property is good but No fitness center or pool is a huge disadvantage. plus rent is little bit higher than other community compare to what they offer. Leasing manager is OK, could have been a better and faster person. Maintenance guys are cool and quick on response.

Staff was friendly, and always right on top of any maintenance or other needs. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Great place to live in findlay

Most professionaly run leasing office Ive ever visited. Property manager was very polite and professional. The property itself is also beautiful. If youre looking for apartments in the area I definitely recommend giving this place a visit.
