Nick arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He quickly installed a new water heater replacing the old one without incident. Nick spent time ensuring there were no leaks and instructed me on how to change the temperature if ever needed. Nick cleaned up the work area and left the area as he found it. My god, NEVER ever use this company, they ripped me off for $2,200, didnt fix the problem, wanted another $1,900, I called Roto Rooter, they fixed the job in 30 minutes and charge a very small amount, please people dont use this company who ripped me off, and probably others.

The technician came to my residence between 7:30 and 8:00 as expected to loosen a gas line from my old stove and install it on my new stove. However, there was made a discovery: the gas line could not be removed easily from my old stove and installed on the new stove because the lines coupling to the stove was corroded and the same coupling would not fit my new stove. Therefore, the technician had to drive to Lowes to buy a new gas line. Despite that, the technician provided quick service. However, there was only one problem, during the time that he was trying to remove the old gas line, the technician used the f word. Other than that, the technician did mostly a professional job.

Our water heater was leaking and flooding the basement. Siferds was the only crew that could respond same day (within 90 mins). They had a new tank in place within 45 minutes. No mess. Great service. A lot of good attitudes.

We hired Siferd to fix our ancient mini-split air conditioning units, which had up and died the preceding week. He arrived on time and was kind enough to not ring the doorbell (per my instructions) since my daughter was napping. He was unable to save the ancient units, but he tried for at least two hours before giving up, and then felt so bad about not being able to save them that he knocked a significant amount off the bill for me. Very professional and courteous. We will definitely be using them again!

Chris was here Monday and diagnosed the water heater as needing replaced..it was 17 years old and leaking.Scheduled a simple replacement for Tuesday to do the job since it was in a concrete floor basement. Not an emergency at all.I changed my plans and went from gas to electric and asked to have it moved to the other side of the basementThey did not seem to mind at all, and had everything completed today.

Siferds installed a new furnace and ac unit. They did an excellent job- our home is older and I know some of the spaces were hard to work in. They were easy to work with and I would highly recommend them.

We had our furnace humidifier hooked up. When we purchased the house, it was not hooked up. We were unsure if it was because it didnt work or other reasons. We had Siferds inspect it and hook it up. Because it was a simple job, they did not charge us!

Installed new central heat and air conditioning with duct work, will always call them for any future work. Highly recommended, thanks Steve

These guys are terrible. They dont know what theyre doing. They messed up a lot of things with our furnace install that others have had to come in and fix. They dont stand behind their work.

They came out expecting to install a sewage clean out, but took the extra time to locate and dig out an existing one buried in the yard. Saved me about 600 dollars and got my sewer working again.

These guys are great, we discovered a leak on our water main shut off valve on the 4th of July, I started out calling down the list when I searched plumbers in the area, I called 6 others who were all closed for the holiday. Chris came out within an hour and made quick work of fixing the issue, price was a little higher due to it being a holiday but we were happy to have it fixed. We will definitely call them for future needs. Thank You!

This guy is a hack!!! He has a bad habit of collecting money and not finishing the job. He is an alcoholic and has a bad gambling habit!!! I gave the guy $7000 grand down to put a furnace in and never got it. Google his name before you decide to use him to see his past. I would recommend All star or Yates and Young. I repeat do not use him he takes half down and does not complete the job!

This company is horribly ran, customers arent getting their work done because he cant afford to buy parts! Multiple credit cards are declined daily, down payments from one job to finish other jobs. A family has waited over a month on a furnace they prepaid for but its NOT coming because he cant afford it. He charges customers for parts then has his contractors due minimal work even though the customer paid for more. He has a gambling addiction and hes an alcoholic. My comments are for the owner and company in general, those working for him are doing what they are told Im fear of loosing their pay(if there paycheck doesnt bounce) because he only has independent contractors although he pays them as such he apparently demand their loyalty to only him.

I hired the owner as a General Contractor to build on an attached 2.5 car garage, replace all siding, install a complete central heat/air system, and install new windows.The owner quoted the project at $28,000 and asked for 50% down. Because he was a friend of a friend, I agreed and paid cash.It took him over 3 months to even start. When he did, he would start and leave projects half complete for weeks at a time. When attaching the garage, he cut concrete inside our existing home, and left concrete dust all over our personal items like electronics, furniture, etc...When replacing a downstairs window, he removed the old window and HEADER, and installed the new window without a header. Within days, the wall began to sag and shattered the new window.The AC/Heating system he put in emitted pungent fumes throughout the house. The roof he installed on the garage, he used way too thin material, and cut his cost by spacing the trusses much farther than maximum specifications. After the first six months into the project... with much work yet to be completed... and fixed correctly... I began to have strangers show up at my door demanding money. It turned out the owner told his subcontractors to collect from me because I had not paid yet. I showed each subcontractor the signed agreement and cleared check / payment paid to the owner. They then went on to say, this happened often when working for Siferds.Eventually, I had to hire a new Contractor to fix the many problems and finish the project because I was promoted to a new position out of state with my company, and had to sell and move.I filed a lawsuit and won a judgement, but never could collect because of my out of state situation.I highly warn against using this contractor. No character or ethics. My entire experience was terrible! From the beginning I was misled, scammed, and my kindness taken advantage of.It was a learning experience. I have since been very thorough when dealing with Contractors... background checks, detailed contracts, and payments after suitable services.

I give these guys no stars!! They charged me $265 dollars to replace a wax ring on my toilet. They said I should have gotten an estimate. Next time I will,from another plumber!!!!!
