I have a ventless free standing LP fireplace I needed checked out after in barn for a couple years. One company picked it up, only performed light exterior cleaning, after 8 days in shop, not checking out how it worked, I went picked it up. Once home, I immediately googled plumping co. saw Jacobs 5 star rating, I called, Sara understood how important it was for wife and I to have our fireplace working for Christmas. Chris able to come out same day and even though this is not the type of item he normally works on, took great effort to check it out thoroughly, took apart - cleaned internal components, found old spider nest that hindered gas flow, checked all other gas lines and fired it up. Now wife and I have our romantic, cozy fireplace flames toasting our toes and with stockings hanging from our new mantel above the fireplace, the setting is perfect. My tenant called late 1 evening stating AC is not working, I contacted jacobs around 8:00 pm, and they were onsite 8:30 next business day. They accessed the situation and had to get some parts for this dated ac unit and had it running the following day. Pricing was more than competitive and response time outstanding.

I called when they opened because of issues with my water heater, they were able to get Dylon out to my house that afternoon to figure out the issue. Dylon was very knowledgeable and professional and took time to explain the the problem. I would highly recommend them.

In December our system was not heating correctly, we had just had it installed by someone else, however they were not able to come out in a timely manner, from recommendation of others we called Jacob’s they came out that evening, and knew exactly what the issue was had the part on the truck and fixed it that day.They were professional, timely, and very efficient. Customer services met and exceeded our expectations and we haven’t had any issues since.Highly recommend.

I cant say enough good things about Jacobs. Our furnace went out on the weekend and I called early Saturday morning and they fit me in between calls the same day, and no extra charge for coming on Saturday! They worked hard to find the part locally so that we wouldnt have to wait to order it and their office staff even called and offered to let me borrow some space heaters while they got the part. The office staff was great and kept me informed every step of the way and the technicians that were in my home were so polite and kept everything so clean and took such care with everything they came in contact with in my home. Ill definitely be using Jacobs for all my heating and plumbing and also to install a new air conditioner this summer!

We are selling a house and needed a plumber to take care of a repair. I saw the 5-star reviews online for Jacobs, and decided to take a chance. These days you dont know if someone will do a good job and/or if they are going to be honest. They were willing to help us and they were able to come the same day! Very helpful replaced several valves in showers on 2 of our properties and a toilet and wax ring on a toilet at a 3rd location. Price very fair priced and cleaned up after very excellent service and extremely polite and helpful. Our shower faucet broke and we thought we had a bigger problem then we could personally fix. I saw the 5 star rating and decided to give them a call. Has been my go to for HVAC for the last few years. Started with a service call on a holiday weekend. Was nice to find service that did not charge extra for service call on a holiday. Always super friendly and professional. Very flexible to work within my schedule. Now that my furnace is beyond repair. They are installing my new HVAC system. My central air wasn’t cooling our home properly and, with it being the middle of summer, I assumed we would have to wait several days for someone to come out. I found Jacob’s Heating on Google and they had great reviews, so I called them up 1st thing in the morning and they had someone to my house in less than 30 minutes! He was very polite and very knowledgeable and had the issue fixed within 15 minutes. I know it may not be typical that someone is out to my house that quickly, I might just have gotten lucky that particular day, but I will definitely be using Jacob’s for all of my future heating and cooling needs. Even the person that answered the phone was very friendly as well and I was able to conveniently pay over the phone. Normally A/C and heating issues are huge inconveniences and headaches, but this was the easiest and quickest transaction! I definitely recommend this company!

God bless Jacobs heating and cooling! The Friday before one of the coldest weekends of the season is never a good time for the furnace to quit. Although it was only a simple part needed to fix it, finding one proved to be nearly impossible. After trying several local vendors and coming up empty, we called Jacobs heating based on their 5 star rating. They were a godsend! They went out of their way to help us, not only did they locate the part, they made sure we got it before noon. They were truly more interested in helping us out than making a sale! You dont see that everyday! Hope my furnace and a/c keep working, but if not, we know who to call!

This company is AMAZING. The woman who answered the phone was knowledgeable and got someone to us within a few hours on a Saturday. The technician was personable and was able to assess our issue quickly, and fix our problem within 45 minutes of being here. We will 100% use this company if we have any issues again!

My heat went out and I had called a company in town that I had used before and after charging me $160 for a consultation and the information that my entire heat pump and air handler needed to be replaced. Their salesman showed up, sat at my dining room table, and proceeded to tell me they could do the job for $11,200. After I kindly told the man that I would be getting other quotes, I called Jacobs.They sent a guy out the very next morning and he told me that not everything needed to be replaced, just my heat pump. After the relief, he told me that they would give me a quote later that day and it was $3,700. They were honest, very professional, here on time, and I didnt felt like I was getting robbed. I will recommend Jacobs to anyone who is in need of hvac or plumbing- they were absolutely fantastic to work with!!!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company! Our heater went out at 6am when my husband was out of town. I chose to call Jacob’s heating because of the great reviews. I am sure glad I did! I called at 7:00am and the receptionist (Sara) was very kind and said she would send someone out at 8:30am so I didn’t have to be without heat all day. These guys are awesome!! I have used Jacob’s Heating Cooling and Plumbing a few times now, first for a hot water tank issue that happened on a Saturday and just recently for a water leak that was coming from behind a sealed wall on a Sunday. Both times Jacobs Plumbing came out to my residence to fix an issue they were on time and very professional. Neither time was I charged a high premium for a weekend call. Who does that anymore? When I received my invoices for the work Jacob’s plumbing did the amount was much less than what I was expecting. I totally recommend these guys for your plumbing issues; they are knowledgeable and professional and have great troubleshooting skills that get to the source of the problem quick. I’ve had problems with my furnace not working this past winter. As the previous winter worked perfectly fine. Being I’m have Very little knowledge with these. I tried googling the problems and fixing it myself with no prevail. I put a post on Facebook looking for a knowledgeable, but low cost hvac person. I was referred to Jacobs heating and cooling. Jacob contacted me within a days time and told me to explain my problem. Contacted me on a Monday. Came out Friday looked at my furnace tbroughlly. I order the part the same day. My part came in on a Sunday and even though he didn’t have to came and installed my part for my furnace. He was there for no more than 30 mins. Had the part installed, made sure everything worked. He had my furnace up and running again. I would recommend Jacobs heating & cooling to anyone. He’s very knowledgeable, experienced and affordable!
