I have been reluctant to join a mainstream phone service for years, but my experience at this store made me wonder why I haven’t made the switch earlier. Nick was amazing, he met us exactly on the level we needed. He was quick, but informative and was very knowledgeable. We came in with a time crunch and left with a new plan and new phones and peace of mind 45 minutes later. I will honestly continue to go to him for anything else in the future with my new at&t service. Great job Nick, thanks for making us feel welcome.

Theo was very professional and helpful in fixing our phone issues. I highly recommend that you first see him before anyone else. He is also fun to talk to, about almost anything.

We purchased phones on ebay and went to get them turned on there wa an issue but with proting numbers but the manager and the Theo A and Nick B were extremely helpful. It was a long day but they made it worthwhile thank you for great customer service

I came in the store to set up AT&T Fiber service and it has been nothing but a pleasant and professional experience. After setting it up I also had problems with wifi coverage at my house. This is my go to location! Aaron is amazing at his customer service and in his knowledge of the products. I came in to get two new phones and he was very attentive and patient with me. In the times we live in it’s hard to get great customer service so I really appreciate Aaron and his hard work!!!

EDIT: the owner of this store went out of their way to give others give this store fake reviews to make sure mine was not at the top. Sholonda, who claims Aaron was working with an “irate customer” did not hear the way this man talked to me. She was in the complete opposite side of the store and was not apart of this even a little bit. The owner also called me after I had spoke to the person who is in charge of the regions authorized dealers about how inappropriate Aaron was, and asked if I would please take my review down. They’re so desperate to cover up poor reviews but not to fix the problem. I’m pretty positive that 90% of these reviews are completely fake. If I could give them zero stars I would.Do not go to this store. Firstly, this is not to a corporate store. This is an “authorized dealer” and the store manager is a incredibly insufficient in his job. The store manager’s name is Aaron Hakala and he failed to inform me about crucial information regarding my phone bill and added unnecessary phone lines and other items to my bill and now it’s an incredible mess. To top it all off, I am hard of hearing, and while in this store Aaron keeps the volume on a Bluetooth speaker that is on display in the store at FULL VOLUME. When talking to his associate about my issues with my bill, I could not hear her, so I turned the speaker down. He came over and said that I was “killing the vibe of my store”. How childish is this? For Aaron’s final trick - he NEVER wears a mask for more than 30 seconds, it is ALWAYS under his nose, and he HOVERS over client’s. I had to ask him to stay six feet away from me several times. Do not go here. Do not give Aaron your time or money.

OMG! I messed up phone by turning on my VPN button an could not get into my phone apps or the internet! My phone was useless but Aaron H. Really helped me out! And then a lady came in ready to cry about an issue with her phone and he helped her out! That employee was patient, warm, friendly, had an answer and solution and suggestion for ally phone issues. Dont normally post reviews but had to because of Aaron in the store.I was missing an ONT power supply cable at my new home and Aaron was super friendly and upbeat right when I walked in. I explained the situation and he said he unfortunately couldnt get me the physical cable, but could get me setup with Tech Support quicker than I could waiting at home. He was right and I was able to get a technician out the following day to provide me with the one missing cable.He was super chill the whole time and also super friendly!

Sales rep Aaron was very helpful with my chose of phone and monthly afforablity. We had very stimulating conversation about various topics that held my business and personal business interest. Aaron is a great guy and super sales person.

Zero Stars. Horrible Experience from Management.This is my first time dealing with an iPhone and it’s software glitches. I only came to this location because it was recommended and I’m SICK about it. My phone was experiencing glitches and I came to the store to troubleshoot. Instead being helpful, the MANAGER rushed to only offered : buying a new phone(phone has no physical/ water damage,< 1old) OR factory resetting the phone. I asked multiple times did the settings in my phone look correct to restore after the reset and he assured me it did.Making this short: I did the reset and NOTHING restored. ALL of my work documents and contacts are gone with no way computer access during this time to get them back due to COVID. All the Manager, Aaron Hakala, could say is, “ I would have never done a factory reset if a gun was to my head”Not only was the manger eagerly able to sell my father a new cable package while he supposed to be helping me, he also used my credit card information without my permission. I was supposed to be paying a single transaction and he used to set up my fathers cable account which I did not consent to. He told me as we were leaving the store that is a recurring payment( In which Aaron Hakala assured it would not be).I came into the store for HELP but I left SOL! And he just shrugged because hey what is it to him, he made a sale, right! The service I received was horrible and has left me in a EXTREMELY compromising situation that was COMPLETELY avoidable if I received the right council.

Aaron was absolutely amazing today! I broke my iPhone and went in to purchase a new one, and he spent over an hour with me going over my options and ensuring my new iPhone was setup correctly. Since my old iPhone was completely dead, he had to try many different ways to help me verify my iCloud account, all while managing other customers and making sure the store did not exceed its maximum capacity (5 people). I was also really happy to see the mask requirement/social distancing guidelines enforced in the store. Thank you so much, Aaron!!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!AT&T —23062 Woodward~Ferndale —for what I call a simple fix for voicemail after waiting over 45 minutes, advised to call the customer Care line. Jonathan could have advised before I waited 45mins—1!!!!—Since I’m not buying a new phone and I’m not super excited. I just want to simple repair of setting up the voicemail. Called customer care which took another hour and 1/2– several transfers— server hang ups—I finally got my voicemail fixed it only took about approximately three hours for a simple fix.!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

I have never written a google review, not even when I disliked my service. But I was so pleased with the customer service from Erin and Greg, that I decided to take a moment to share my experience. They were friendly, informative, and so very helpful. I purchased a new phone, liquid glass screen protector, a case, and a wirless charger! I almost always purchase my screen protector and case off Amazon. They gave me a great deal, I couldnt resist. With warranty!
