They didn’t really know what they were doing. Couldn’t even price out a plan for us. Got irritated with us when we asked for specifics. I’m pretty sure the workers were stoned which is why they couldn’t comprehend anything
I went to this location a few weeks ago to activate my Z fold 3and to upgrade my daughters phone. Dee was extremely professional and patient with our transaction. I had a lot of information on my phone that too way to long. Dee stayed after her shift to make sure my daughter and I were good.
Walked in the door and little Miss ratchet was on her phone, Rep greeted us like welcome wait and enjoy being ignored. Rep truly misrepresented Verizon and she need not work there with that lack of customer service. We only wanted to pay a bill.
I came to this store to get a new phone because mine was stolen. Im not sure of the girls name who was helping me.. She asked for my 4-6 digit pin I assumed she meant my lock screen pin, when I gave her that she said it was incorrect. I asked what she meant by my pin then and she said i dont know the one u made when u got the phone ... okay so I give her that and she proceeds to tell me it didnt work and now I am locked out for an hour. Come to find out she just typed it in wrong because when I went to the verizon store in Royal Oak they informed me it was what I thought all along. She rudely told me to go to a different verizon and maybe they could help. Dont waste your time here and go to the one on 14 and Woodward. So rude!
They straight up lie and take advantage of old people (my parents). Its disgusting. This happened over 10 years. Im writing this review because my friend just went there because it was the closest store. He paid for an iPhone 12 and they gave him the wrong phone. A cheaper model. He is on his way back right now. If you need a new sim card they are great, just dont let the salesperson upsell you.
They listened to my daughter when she said, her phone wasnt keeping a charge and let us know what the price of a new phone would be. The store was very clean and the workers were nice and inviting! Love Verizon!
I bought 2 iPhone 12 mini’s and they froze non stop...I don’t recommend them. I had a iPhone 10 before and upgraded today to the 12 pro. They were nice enough to replace the phone screen for the upgrades for the 2 pros after returning the 2 minis. Robert was a great help and provided great customer service. The staff is friendly and made me feel heard and valued as a customer...I couldn’t ask for more.
If I could give them zero stars I would. They are predatory and say things like you need to pay hundreds of dollars to walk out with a phone. I went in to renew a contract and add a line, the manager was the one assisting me, she said I needed to pay $550 to walk out with two phones, what she failed to mention and did not provide a receipt (she said it would be emailed) is that she was selling us two phone cases, 4 screen protectors, two wireless speakers, 4 chargers and cleaning supplies. We did not ask for any of these things, we did not even know we were getting these things until she handed us two big bags. She was not clear at all on what she was doing, she just kept saying oh you’ll get a discount and these things are free. Well I walked out and realize I was sold all these things and didn’t even have a receipt. The next day I go back to return the products and she says oh I can’t return these items and you got a great deal on them so just keep them she refunded me $120 out of nearly $500 that I spent. Watch I haven’t even received the refund on my card after a week. She keep saying the system wouldn’t accept the returns. I didn’t want to deal with them again but DO NOT go to this store they will try to get you on things that are unnecessary and not even needed. All she keep saying was you’re getting a great deal and you are getting great discounts. They are robbing people.

I contacted this location in regards to employment and the initial answers weren’t friendly at all, then to make matters worse, there was no management on site to address the call or issue and the Guest Service Representative was very short and cold. Not the type of experience that should be showcased especially to one whom is considering employment at the site.It’s should always be your WILLINGNESS to assist the customer at hand with a smile. I could hear the displaced tone in the gentleman prior to ending the conversation. Very disappointed!

The on-site manager and the new trainee were also really great. We appreciate the time you took to help us and to really give us what we need in our service. I do have some sympathy here because I know meeting quotas can be tough sometimes... My brother wanted to port his line on our shared account over to his wifes account (Sprint). The caveat was that I took his upgrade a few months ago and his phone was almost paid off; I wanted to swap lines with the devices to continue paying off the device I have and have him just pay off the small amount he would owe had I not taken his upgrade. It should have been easy, I talked with customer service a week prior to make sure that was possible. He was finally ready and goes into the store and they tell him to just go to Sprint to take care of that. Not knowing any better, he did and now we owe $400 on the next bill for the remainder on the phone on his line rather than spread out over the next 15 months. My wife goes in today, asks if it can be fixed, they say sorry, too late. I call customer service again, which is what we should have done in the first place, they say its not too late, but they would have to block the port. Not knowing what effect this would have on my sister in laws account with Sprint, I declined the block. Ill eat the cost and have a paid-off phone 15 months early. Granted this could have been avoided by different actions on our part, but in both cases, the person in the store provided faulty information. So my takeaway is dont expect quality service unless the person youre dealing with there can benefit from it. There are stores where this isnt the case; unfortunately this one, the one closest to where I live, is not one of them!

This store is not an official Verizon Store. This store is an Authorized retailer/Indirect Store. Store representative gave me misleading information to receive a high commission . Representative did not apply my credit to my account for phones I traded in . Representative lied and gave me multiple charges and said they were free, and charged on my account. Representative approved me for the buy one get one free phone. Never received. She applied both new phones to my account . This store is deceitful and misleading. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Excellent customer service here! Would highly recommend this Verizon store to friends and family. Much better experience than going to the corporate stores - got a better deal and got things resolved immediately. Also was able to get the new iPhone which was on back order until the end of May at other stores.

Ive never been treated with so much courtesy and respect. Brent and his staff were all so polite and helpful. I went in there because of a problem I had with my Droid. I drive down woodward every day for work, and with a store as beautiful as Brents its super easy to find. Brent was able to immediately help me by temporarily giving me a loaner phone FREE of charge. So kind of him. My replacement phone came in only ten days later. Everything was so smooth. Ive been recommending this Verizon to all my friends and family.

Where to begin with my words of praise for Dwayne. I accompanied my visually handicapped brother into the store with multi-needs in his LG phone getting linked to his new iPad, and issues with password etc to delete voicemails. This took a lot of time and patience on his part. Two separate trips to this location, both times Dwayne to the rescue!!He was courteous, knowledgeable & a huge help to me. I’m so grateful for people like this that are genuinely caring & patient. This store is located on Woodward Ave, plenty of parking in rear lot.Also a shout out to “Ki”, very friendly & knowledgeable as well! And Namin, thanks for charger cord help! Thank you to whoever the store manager is, you are blessed with great personnel.

Polite but understaffed. Waited for more than an hour to get help. They also wouldn’t sell a phone outright without buying a plan without putting up a huge fight...this is an issue because I’m on a business account and apparently they won’t help.
I went to the General location on Woodward and I am amazed at the service I received. Karina was Awesome! She helped me with everything I needed! I was going to buy a case some place else cheaper, but decided to pay the $40 bucks just to support them! Thank you!

Came into this location last minute last night a few minutes before close along with two other gentleman now normally most places woul of asked us to come back but Marcell sat us all down and worked out all of our issues diligently and with a smile. This is the second time I have purchased my cell from this store. Service was excellent and the hours are convenient
I stop by and ordered a phone. I had to wait until the following week to pick up the phone (which I explained when I ordered). I show up the following Monday to pick up the phone and the said the sold it to another customer. They stated my only option was to order another phone. I would have to wait another week before I can pick it up. I exercised my second option and left without buying a phone. On my was to the real version store down the street.
