Frank Worland provided me with a 5 star septic inspection yesterday and I’m very thankful. He was the first to uncover my entire system and teach me how to keep it proper. I will be requesting Frank in the future. He did a fantastic job👌

Kyle was awesome! Pumped our septic tank and our house was still not draining but he stuck his hand up the inlet pipe and manually removed a clog!!!Best septic tank pumping service we have ever had!Bravo!!

My toilets and drains were backing up and this being my first owned septic system I didn’t know the problem (figured it needed pumped.) Kyle Lau came out and was VERY informative and showed me that it was a clogged filter and got the system working in no time and went above and beyond by showing and explaining how the whole system worked, I am completely confident in how the system works now because of Kyle! Because of his can do and know how I will be using baker septic for anything regarding my septic.

GOOD SERVICE - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We called last night after an alarm went off on our septic system.... it wasnt an emergency, but I had a call already at 7:45 this morning from someone at the office of Baker Septic, arranging two possible times that someone could come out...... well, shortly after that call, I had a call from Ben to say he was about 20 minutes away. (I was already at work, but Ben obviously knew what he was doing, and didnt need me to linger around and tell him what the problem was!) He took care of emptying out the tank, and called me to explain exactly what he was doing and the condition of our septic system.I appreciate the prompt service from Baker Septic Tank Pumping, and the quality work by Ben. We had sewage backing up into our house and called Baker Septic for an emergency We paid a bit extra because of that, but Kyle came right out to pump our tanks. He was knowledgeable & informative, professional, and also polite & friendly.

Even though they were swamped they fit me in for an emergency. I had to wait for an opening. The technician Rick I believe his name was did an amazing and outstanding job very quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend them for your septic needs.

This business is not the same as it was 20 years ago. They say there is a 24 hour service for emergencies. I called last night at 10:45 PM to schedule an appointment for the morning. I received no call back. I called in the morning stating my toilet and tub were backed up. They told me they could be there in the afternoon and asked if they could come in the morning. They said they could come over. At no time did they say it was an emergency service.The person who came out was an apprentice and had to call someone and could only remove one of the kids last put on by Mt Baker. I asked if he could jet the outflow and he said they were only there to pump. Another change in level of service. Got done and billed me over $500 for a 15 minute job. Said it was 800 gallons when it is a 500 gallon tank. Called the office to talk to the manager who was busy and said they would call. Bad business practice. RIP offs. Avoid this group.

These guys provide awesome customer service.We have a U-Cut Christmas Tree Farm and have been using them for years.This year I spaced and forgot to call them ahead of time. I called them on Black Friday and they had a port-a-potty delivered within 30 minutes! The driver was very courteous and competent. They are top-notch!

I called and they set up my septic inspection immediately. They even included a coupon for $25 off that I was not even aware of. The person who answered the phone was very professional and made it very easy. I like the fact that they are going to call the health department and take care of my 0SS requirement paperwork. Huge dissappointment. I cant possibly say what your experience will be, but I can tell you what might happen if you use Baker septic. They might send inexperienced drivers who might leave a mess on the ground when they unhook from what they are pumping, or they might fail to complete a job and have nothing to say about correcting the unfinished job, they might expect you to pay for the unfinished job first they might ignore your emails-they might do it twice if you send another email. They might tell other callers about your dispute with them, u might just happen to know the other caller, or maybe you dont?! Because they might actually use your name when telling the other callerThey might be operating a business without proper understanding of what customer service actually is.. I cant say for sure...I just know I might start telling people about my experience with them, but Im not sure yet 🤗 Thats all... Good luck

Used Baker for our on-site construction Porta potty. They did a great job! Never had a complaint on cleanliness. Always prompt.

I called them to ask about a rental for some people that were very in need. I really wish I could remember the mans name who helped me, because Ive never had such wonderful customer service. He was kind, understanding, and patient, and those arent even close to as nice and complimentary as the rest Id describe him as. He was a breath of fresh air, he went above and beyond, he followed up exactly when he promised, and was just genuinely a good hearted person. And I can ask some ANNOYING questions! Lol. Ill never use another company for these services ever again. And the bonus? Their process are also the most reasonable, by far! I never thought Id appreciate a septic company as much as I do.

Had a really good experience with these guys! Alex was the one who came out to our house & he explained everything in detail to us and answered any questions we had. He was extremly helpful plus he came earlier than we thought so that was a huge plus!

Had a similar experience to many others. Had a EMERGENCY. We could use NO water. Not to flush, clean, bathe. Called Baker on Monday, the day sewage backed up into our basement tub and toilet. They came out, pumped out the septic and told us there was a bigger problem, possibly a collapsed pipe. They needed a camera to see what was going on. Said they would be out on Wednesday. Two days already without ANY facilities. We waited all day Wednesday ( cuz they dont give an exact time to be there. Its a 4 hour window). We called at 4 and were told by the very ignorant, snappy woman who answered the phone that the camera was broken, and they couldnt come till next week!! They werent going to call us and let us know. We had to call them. Very unprofessional. Would NEVER recommend Baker. They dont care, and when you tell them its an emergency it means nothing. DO NOT RECOMMEND BAKER TO ANYONE.

I want to take the time to pass on our experience with this company. We had a backed up system, after hours of course, and were told the driver would be at our home at 8am, he called 20 mins. prior to that and showed up before 8am. The driver was the most professional and pleasant person I have come across, I would have thought he was an owner of the company as he showed that much passion to complete the job to the highest standards. In the future when we need services of this nature we will be sure to call Baker Septic, by the way ask for the driver named Craig.

Nice people..I guess....They did the job as far as I can tell, (If they do the job like they communicate they fu*^#d something up).They are more expensive than anybody we have used. The guy that came out was too busy to answer any questions because he was training a new employee, But was almost polite about not having time to answer my questions about This septic system.They did however charge our credit card TWICE...I contacted them by FB and by telephone to ask about the High Bill... Once I gave them payment they did in fact charge the CC two times...I know exactly what happened...&*^@%* took the payment and ^#&(@* Also took the card number....These two must be on separate parts of the planet because Obviously they dont communicate with each other...Ohh Well...We learn and then move on!

I have a vacation rental in Mount Baker, septic backed up on Saturday night, I was on my way to Alaska with people arriving on Monday at my place. Shelley was on-call answered the phone took care of everything. They came out on a Sunday, pumped it out and I am back in Business!!! Cant no of asked for better service!! Price was very good. We got something in the mail from them advertising $25 off. We are selling our house and needed to have our septic pumped so I called them. They firstly advised for them to dig up the septic was $80 however they charged me $100 and then they charged me $475 to have it pumped. I also assumed that would include an inspection since I told them we were moving. After tax it cost me $598 to have it pumped, and come to find out that did not include an inspection. I called to have them come back out and they wanted to charge me another $250 for a total of $848 just to have my septic pumped and inspected. I decided not to go with them and called CUZ septic and they told me that they could have done everything including inspection for under $500. Our new house they paid a total of $575 for the septic and inspection. These people are way overpriced. I decided because they ripped me off I am taking my $250 and having CUZ septic come and do our inspection instead. I will not be using these people again.

They are horrible... We called them to do our inspection and they purposely broke our pump. Then they called and reported us after we didnt call them back and use them to fix what they broke! We called the drain doctor and they came out are were dumb founded by what they did. They tripped our pump so it stopped working and over flowed..

IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD Where do I begin with this company, we had them come out to fix our lift station as it was clogged. They came out 11/14 and said they wouldn’t be able to do anything till the next day which was fine. Well when they never showed up we called them and the lady said they would be able to come out till 11/20 meanwhile we were without showers laundry or dishes so we had to get a hotel. The tech came out 11/20 pulled the pump out and left. That was at 8 am. Around 3 pm that day when we called the company who said they put him on another job, treating us like we weren’t a priority. When the tech finally came back that day he didn’t do anything besides put the pump (that was bad and somehow now clogged with a rock) back in the tank. Horrible customer service, no sense of urgency as they told use on 11/21 the next time they could come out to finish a 2 day job that they stretched out almost 3 weeks was 11/28. On top of that they had originally installed the pump last year and installed the wrong pump to begin with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Attempt 1: I scheduled an inspection and pump, mentioned that the tank previously had to be located since the location is well below ground level. Was assured the location was documented. Technician went to my rental, couldn’t find the tank, turns out it wasn’t documented from the last inspection either. When asked why it was not documented, the employee said, “the last guy out here is probably onto greener pastures, or he’s dead.” I said, “so he died before documenting where my septic tank is?” I kid you not. Had to reschedule.Attempt 2: was told I had to be available to let someone in the house so we could flush a locator down the toilet again. Earliest possible arrival time was 8am. I left Bellingham at 7:15 to be on time, got to my rental at 8. Waited one hour, then two hours...figured this must be like waiting for the cable guy. At the third hour I used my landline and called to see when someone may actually show up (there is no cell service at this area in the county). This is when I was told that I was called on my cell phone to try to reschedule. (Phone log when I returned to service area was 8:22am) When I expressed frustration - I even apologized for being rude - I was told that Baker Septic had a more urgent appointment and that mine got bumped. Also stated they didn’t want to waste their time coming out without all the needed equipment. Wasting my half a day wasn’t a concern for them.Not impressed. Not recommending this company to anyone.

Literally the only company in the area willing to work with you as far as your bill goes. They also price matched a competitor in the area. Very friendly staff.Win, win, win.

My mother has tried them twice. Hands down worst customer service ever. Dont waste your hard earned dollars on this company for septic needs. Scheduling is a joke! Its worse than comcast as they give a 4hr timeframe and cant even make it within that window.
