They are GD and fair have been going here for services.... transmissions changes filters oil tire pressure ect. they tell you whats needed or what can wait even had a issues with my car instead of having it towed they pushed it across the street where I received excellent serve ...(Im there because one guy gives excellent service) if he goes Im gone PEROIDT...

Been going here for a few years now. Different vehicles but the guys who work there get you in and out. And they always tell you if you need to take care of other things on your vehicle.

They always tell me what else is needed and are always so nice and friendly. I have been going only here for my oil changes for the years and dont foresee going anywhere else

I’m a bit disappointed in the service lately. I’m sure that my family has been using this service for over ten years. I was totally frustrated today when I paid for high performance oil and received a regular sticker. It wasn’t totally receiving the sticker that bothered me but it being the second time that this has happened there (different vehicles) and the attendant’s attitude and telling me it’s not a big deal. Yes it is a big deal. That sticker helps me gage when to return for service and since my money and how I manage matters to me, it is a big deal. Why would a money conscious consumer want to return 2,000 miles early? You are not going to tell me that I’m not due, come back in 2,000 more miles. Just a bit frustrated and feeling like the lady being taken advantage of. -Oh, forgot to mention that recommendation including a new air filter that I was told to NEVER let anyone talk me into a new because it’s the kind that last a life time. When I questioned him on that, he stated oh you have xyz brand? Well you need to go to autozone or O’Reillys to get a cleaning kit, you still have to clean it. The issue is, why did you attempt to sale me an air filter? -Reading my own review, it’s definitely time to move on. I try to build relationships and use the same vendors but at the point where I don’t see value, I move on.
