Moved to the area about 6 months ago and went here for my most recent oil change after being continuously pressured to get various upsell services at the oil change center closest to my house. I truly appreciated how thorough and genuine my technician, Todd, was. He checked all my air filters and my lights, which have not always been checked at other oil change centers. Glad to have found somewhere close by and that I can be happy to support and not have to go to begrudgingly just because it is convenient. Thank you!!

These guys truly care about their community and the people around them. I was stuck at a median last week and they helped me get out - In a situation where I was unsure of what to do next and they, they really acted quickly in their problem solving and helped me with no questions asked. These men are truly the salt of the earth and I felt like I was among my own brothers, uncles, and friends when they did help me.Thank you, Moe, Marcus, Michael and others who were there to assist me that day! This place is excellent. Very professional, efficient and fast. 3 bays open on a Saturday afternoon.Marcus was my technician and he was great. Knowledgeable and polite.I was hesitant to take our new Audi here but the dealer was backed up and I’m glad I did.They did a full synthetic and price was very reasonable especially for an Audi where you don’t drain the oil from the bottom but have to pump it out from the top. He showed me the new oil filter being installed and wasn’t pushy like many places are. Will definitely be returning for both our vehicles.

This is a wonderful place to go! I am a female and the manager has helped me on several occassions with our vehicles.They has always been fair to me, and they have never tried to over charge me, or tell me that I needed something that I did not need. This place always always gives excellent customer service. Every employee is very kind that Ive interacted with over the course of 2 years, and is never pushy. Ive always felt like theyre being honest and fair in price. The manager was the most recent person Ive interacted with there and this gentleman went above and beyond! I got almost every service you can get there and he got it done in about 30 minutes flat. Its been a pleasure coming here and I highly recommend this place.

This might be the only oil change place that I have ever been to that was honest with me and didnt try to sell me anything I dont need. I have a few vehicles that I work on so I consider myself more knowledgeable than most and I am happy going to these guys for a quick oil change.

Ive only been here twice and both tknw my experience was the same: pull up, someone guides me in front of a door to wait, I wait an absurd amount of time then end out driving somewhere else. Maybe Ive just had bad timing but I cant justify waiting 20 minutes in line when another place would have me right in and all the work completed faster than that.

Fast, polite, and didnt try to sell me more than I was there for. Very much appreciate that kind of service, which Ive found to be pretty rare.

Very helpful staff who explained why/when you should get maintenance for various parts of your car.

Recommended services I did not need. I had another issue with my car, they dismissed it, I broke down on my way home. The autozone down the street was more helpful. My low tire pressure light was on as well and they didnt fill my tires.

Attendant was not wearing a mask. When I asked him to wear one, he scoffed and went to look for one, but was unable to find a mask, so I left.

They do a nice job checking everything, and not too pushy on the upsells. Fyi full synthetic with the basic oil filter is $70.20.

I was nervous driving over that hole but when he gave me a thumbs up and flashed the nicest smile I knew I was in the right place. Courteous, thorough and the price is right. I dont live in the area, but, this is my go to center, this is my second car that theyve taken care of. And its more than just an oil change center. You dont even have to get out of your car if you so choose, or you can sit in the lobby and have a cup of coffee. I always recommend them to others, Im just that pleased with the services I receive and there wonderful staff. Give them a call in advance, theyre always happy to answer any questions you may have.

They offer free oil....?Unfortunately, this is a place where they advertise the price of the oil change, and theyll still charge you the full price regardless of you bring in your own oil and filter to save money. To me thatd suggest that we should bring in some gallon jugs of our own and collect the oil they offer for free.The service was nice, but they focus heavily on the up charge. Buyer bewareP. S. They also attempt to bring you back in all the sooner with inaccurate estimates of when to come in for your next change.

I just had my fuel system clean on my DeVille, They done a Great job & the service was Great too.

Specifically called with year make and model of my car and asked for a price... was told it should be a basic oil change 19.99 and if my car required more than the 5qts of oil that it would be $25... and if it was a special filter that it might be $4 more... when I got my bill it was $38 and change...of course my car took more than the oil that was included in the change... (yeah right) So the extra quart of oil was $8 not $5 and oil filter was $8 not $4won’t be going back! ... be upfront and honest about your pricing!!

I have been here twice in three days and so impressed with the phenomenal service! Seriously these guys are amazing (particularly Gene), but all the guys I came into contact with were seriously so great. Ive never had more than a mediocre experience getting my oil changed anywhere but the employees at this location went above and beyond to get my car fixed up for me! My oil filter was corroded and hadnt been changed in so long a piece of the shaft had literally broken off. Gene walked me through exactly what was wrong and even went so far as to look up exactly which part I needed. I came back two days later with the part and these guys put it in for, lets say, a price that couldnt be beat! Like honestly I was so beyond impressed with the customer service at this location. They also gave me a better price on getting my oil changed than any other place I called in the Royal Oak/Ferndale/Clawson area. I LOVE that this place is drive through so I didnt have to drag my kids in and out of the car. Seriously the prices are great, they do not try to up-sell you AT ALL, there was hardly any wait, and the employees are THE BEST! They are caring, honest people who went above and beyond to help me out and I am truly grateful. This is the ONLY place I will ever go to and will recommend it to everyone I know!

Great, easy place to get a quick oil change. Like all these places it can be expensive but they tell you the price up front and you can easily decide if you want the service or not. Theyre still less expensive then some other oil change places down 9 mile. None of the guys here are pushy sales people and I love that. They tell you what they think you should get, the cost, and the amount of time it will take if you decide to do it. No pressure. Theyll even put on windshield wipers that you didnt buy from them. I had a pair sitting in the back of my car and they offered to put them on when I told them about it.

Excellent service. The guys performing the oil change and standard checks called them out loud, confirming that every step had been taken. They did not push me to get services I did not need, and showed me the parts they replaced (oil filter) and didnt replace (air filter) and why. Four out of five stars only because the 10 minute oil change took about 20 minutes. Not a big deal, but an expectation was set and not met. Recommended.

Larry was absolutely fantastic! Very thorough, very polite, and got us in and out in no time. The basic oil change is only $19.99, and its worth the extra $10 to come here instead of the shady place next door. If you need an oil change, or a belt replaced, this is the place to come.

I had a great experience with these guys... I originally went to a dealership to get my free oil change and was over by basically 10 miles that prevented me from being eligible for the offer. Needless to say I was completely frustrated! After reading reviews, I came here and the guys were more than courteous, understanding, and considerate! Took care of my car and my less than lady-like attitude upon my arrival. I would definitely recommend them and will be returning to them in the future!!! Thanks guys! :-)

I think I finally found my oil change place! They are fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. I knew my oil was low, but I didnt say anything to them. No gouging -- just an honest recommendation.

Warning! Beware of Ferndale Oil Change Center 651 E 9 mile. They flushed my radiator & refilled it with water instead of coolant! A few days after the ‘service’ my radiator hose blew & boiling scalding CLEAR water was shooting out. It is completely clear. After I got it fixed I took the pictures over to Ferndale Oil Change & the crook told me ‘You had a bad hose.’ I told him it was boiling water & showed him the pictures. He said ‘Um... your system was dirty & broke down the coolant back into water.’ I asked him if wine ever turns back to water. Coolant is gold or green. I told him I even tasted it. He refused to reimburse me & said I could have a ‘free’ oil change. Why? So they can put brake fluid in my engine & top off my washer fluid with 5W-30? That place is a scam. Please share so people don’t get swindled there.

Great place for a good oil change. Ive taken my car here a few times already and they always check all lights and fluids. Even saw them helping an older couple fix their handle that helps them get into and out of the car. You wont regret coming here.

Fast frienly service. Did not charge me extra to remove skid plate to change filter. Asked me about add ons but not pushy.

The staff are friendly and the prices aren’t too bad, but the ‘washer fluid’ they used to top off my car must be water, because if it’s below 20 degrees, my washer fluid freezes and I can’t clean my windshield, and that also means that I can’t see out of my windshield whenever there’s salt on the roads. They probably do it to save money, but it comes at the expense of their customers’ safety. It’s worth the extra money to take your car somewhere that doesn’t cut corners.

I usually change my oil myself on my 07 ford fusion But i came here 07/12/2019 at 11:10 am. I had a trip to go on up north for the weekend so i said what the heck. Its now 07/16/2019 7:22 pm. My power steering went completly out while driving home from work. I stopped in at a gas station to check the fluid and the cap was never tightened down. I think these guys were to worried about trying to sell me things i didnt need. Like engine flushes and air filter light bulbs etc. To be focused on there task at hand i will no longer recomend this place. And will be doing all my vehicle maintainance on my own from now on
