I have now bought two wigs from April, and I love them both. First was about four months ago, beautiful and really full. It looks as good now as the day I got it. Second wig I got yesterday which was exactly what I wanted. Cant wait to wear it out! I know I will be going back here for more wigs.

April Jones seem to be a smart business woman but I guess I was wrong. Ordered a wig in August, received it a month later with bald spots. Returned the wig for repairs, and that took 2 more months. Because she was so willing to correct the problem, I gave her 150.00 deposit on another wig after receiving the repaired wig. After several texts and calls to the shop, and she never replied. And her stylist is a scam also. April said her stylist would do the installation for 50.00, she curled the hair and that was it and she charged me 75.00 for a installation she didnt do.Why a business would rather steal $150.00 than make another $600.00 I dont know.Women Hair Closet in Ferndale have very poor business ethics. Dont waste your time

I was really glad to find this wig shop. Others were overpriced, weak quality and they were not very knowledgeable of their products. April educated me on the different routes I could take as far as units and was very helpful with suggestions for color and textures that would fit me. I am very pleased with the quality of the hair, I love my wig and I will be returning for more styles.

In response to the bad reviews. First of all I don’t know who Gblock boy is. So I am done with that. I never received a phone call from this person. If you call me I will fix all problems with your hair piece. And for Corliss custom wigs take 2 to 4 weeks to come in the Wig did not have bald spots in it. I sent out to 3 ventilators and 2 of them said there was not a place To add hair and the third ventilator said it was a part in the wig and she would fill it in. This cost me 100 dollars I paid it. I also did a custom color on the wig at no additional charge to her.If she needs anything additional she can call me I am always willing to help my customers even if I don’t make a profit on the sale.

This place is a real scam. If you don’t wanna loose your money don’t go there. I scheduled an appointment with April Jones. She was real nice and understanding the first time. She told me she will order me a frontal coarse hair piece. I also wanted to get sewed in to my hair by her stylist. When I went to get it done, she handed the piece over to her stylist without showing it to me. It sounded suspicious to me but didn’t say anything. The piece was supposed to be a custom made with the measurements she took, but the stylist ended up cutting it to so many pieces to cover my scalp. The piece felt so light and didn’t have much hair. I could clearly see the lace but she kept telling me I feel that way because I’m not used to it. At home when I took it off, the piece was almost hairless!!! April told me to take the piece to her. When I went to her she told me she will order a new piece for me with no cost. A week after she wouldn’t respond to my messages or my calls!! She even blocked my phone number!! I don’t know if she did this because I’m not black or she does this so often. I would never recommend her to anyone and I really wish she looses all her money she can’t trick people like that and stay in business. If anyone has an advice for me please respond to this

When I arrived at womens hair closet I had a full hour consultation with the owner. Where I learned all about wigs and different wig caps and different types of hair. I learned which hair best matched my texture.MY arrived about 2 weeks later. My wig is really top notch. There is no shedding no tangles. I dont have to do any thing to this hair just shake and goI will be returning for more wigs
