I’ve been in contact with Evergreen through email the past few weeks to arrange their services for an upcoming trip.They’ve been so helpful and easy to deal with I had to take a minute to share my experience(which I rarely do).In this day and age, it’s been my experience that many companies have completely forgotten about or lost the concept of customer service. It’s been so refreshing to find a company like Evergreen that seems truly dedicated to caring about the customer and my needs. In the last few weeks my family has used Evergreen several times. Yesterday we ran into a hitch when my 92 year old mother missed her plane and had to reroute at the last minute. Kristen was amazing in rearranging our pick up literally 2 hours before it was supposed to happen. I would give them 100 stars if I could!

Evergreen was recommended by a relative who had used their services to get across the border. We were happy with their prompt and professional service to get our daughter from Seattle to BC. Response with office was fast and courteous and they are familiar with the Covid testing and border crossing procedures, so it gave us peace of mind. We needed a ride from Birmingham, through the border into Canada. While other services just said they were fully booked for the necessary date, Evergreen, who was also fully booked didnt just write us off but found the means to accommoate us and at a reasonable price They met us at the airport when we arrived, whisked us through the border and straight to our home. The driver, Ron, was friendly and an excellent driver. Very happy to recommend this company.

On our return from Dallas, we hired Evergreen to take us from Seatac to our home near the border in Canada. When we arrived in Seattle, our Covid tests still hadnt been sent. I tried to contact the lab, but soon realized we would not be able to cross into Canada that night. Plan B was to find a hotel and have Tim, our amazing driver, pick us up the following day when the results came in. What we didnt know was that every hotel, motel and unit between the border and Seattle was fully booked by people looking to escape their hot homes in an unprecedented heat wave lingering over the Pacific Northwest.Panic set in and we resigned ourselves to a night in a park or all-night restaurant. Tim reached out to a few people, one of whom was Cinda, the owner of Evergreen. To say she saved the day would be an understatement. To say she went above and beyond would be an even bigger one. She secured us accommodations, and, when the Covid test results came in at 1:00 AM, made sure Tim would pick us up to get us to the border by 7:30 AM, at which time the test results would no longer be accepted because it was over 72 hours. This type of customer service is rare and I wont use another car service. If you want to experience superior service you will not regret using Evergreen.

Extremely reliable town car service for transport needs between SeaTac, Bellingham and YVR (Vancouver, BC) airports. Very efficient service to use crossing the border.

Our driver, Ron, was waiting for us at Bellingham airport to take us to Vancouver airport so we could fly home to Kelowna. Unfortunately at the border, Health Canada would not allow us to fly so our driver arranged with dispatch to take us all the way - a 4.5 hr drive. Everygreen and our driver went way beyond expectations and we were very thankful for that. Will definitely use again and recommend to others! Thank you.

This was a superb start to 2021!I had not experienced using a car service from Seattle before, and fortunately the recommendations from friends, regarding Evergreen, were truly accurate.I received Clyndas Welcome text notifying me Ron was there waiting for me. She also provided his number. He collected my luggage, and was most welcoming.The vehicle was immaculate! During Covid the additional shield, and masked driver were added comfort. I appreciated his professional attitude, driving, and assistance upon arrival home.I will look forward to using this service again.

This was a seamless, wonderful experience for me and my family for our ride from the Bellingham Airport. We received excellent customer service. First of all, Cynda was very kind and helpful. She reassured us that the car would have two car seats for our little ones and gave us a courtesy call the day before the flight to confirm. Ron was at the airport, with a sign for us so it was very clear where we needed to go. Very clean and roomy SUV - as well as mindful of covid precautions. And then I left my cell phone the car seat (oh no!). Cynda and Ron were so kind enough to drop if back off at our house. Great service and a very reasonable price. Highly recommend these folks and would absolutely call them again.
