They went above and beyond to help me! I blew out a tire and was able to put on my donut, but then my donut went flat! I called this place and the owner Kevin answered the phone after hours and agreed to help rescue me… even after hours on a Friday night! He was super happy, helpful and didn’t price gouge me because it was after hours. (That’s happened before) Overall I’d say the place is definitely a mom and pop shop and they will treat you right and be more than fair in their pricing and dealings. Companies like this are fading way because of big corporate conglomerates so I highly recommend keeping it local and supporting Fergus Tire Center. Great people, great service, and great pricing!

Very friendly and very helpful when we needed new tires for our camper!!

We went here about a little over a year ago while visiting town to get our rear brakes replaced, we had the front brakes replaced elsewhere about 6 months before that. We just had to bring our van in today to get the rotors/brakes checked for shaking and our local mechanic said our rear brakes were completely bald & in terrible condition. That either means Goodyear in Fergus didn’t replace them (yet charged us money and had our van for 6 hrs when we were told 2 hrs) or replaced them with absolutely horrible brake pads. My husband thought the price was kinda low, and clearly, it was. For how much we drive, I wish I had gone elsewhere and paid more for safety.

Called ahead for a quick wiper replacement, sat in the lobby for 30 minutes and they still hadnt touched my van. After talking to the front desk they told me the wipers were being ordered and on their way. Its been an hour and no blades. I could have gone to Walmart and done the work in 5 minutes. Dont recommend.

Good place to get tires repaired they are fast and will fix tires other tire shops wont.

They were so nice and so helpful no runaround and even tho i was a walk in they put my new tires on right away. And driving on wintery roads are now 100% better!

Been here twice and had a bad customer service experience both times. They get the work done and the prices seem reasonable, but I had to wait an hour past when they told me it would be done both times. Even worse, no one told me anything about the delay or even looked at me as I sat in the store. This last time I finally looked outside and saw my car was done, nobody told me anything until I waited at the counter. Really frustrating!

This place was very nice and professional. They did a wonderful job servicing my car.

Got a flat heading back to base in Montana. Good prices and Kevin took care of us. Real down to earth guy, great personality and has jokes for days. Even gave me and my boyfriend a good fishing spot while we waited. Life saver! Thanks

Blew out a tire near Battle Lake! Freezing cold outside, female by myself not dressed to be outside changing a tire. Once I got back on the road I called them and Antonio took care of me!! He genuinely cared! He assured me I wouldnt have to wait all day, went out of his way to find me a good deal on a tv! Was even honest and informed me upon paying that he had actually found me an even better deal right before putting it on. I would have had no idea, he easily could have said nothing. 5 star for sure!!!

Always great service. A couple different times I had van issues that were preventing me from working. They got me in and out quick limiting my down time. I highly recommend.

I usually don’t post reviews, but I have had multiple bad experiences with this business after giving them multiple chances to redeem themselves. I will only share my most recent issue, which is similar to other instances I have had. We called to make an appointment for an oil change and were told it wasn’t necessary and to come in any time. Upon arrival we were told the wait was 45 minutes before they would get the vehicle in. 110 minutes later we inquired on the vehicle and were told it hadn’t been brought back yet and was just being brought back. This directly and negatively impacted what we needed to do in the day. Waiting 45 minutes was too long when you are told no appointment is necessary and to come in anytime. 110 minutes is absolutely unacceptable after you are told it would be 45. Unfortunately, this happened to me before when I did have an appointment and I waited almost 3 hours for an oil change to be done.

They have some experienced guys and some fake inexperienced guys. The employee turn over rate is high. Just be cautious of who works on your car. It could be life and death! Nice owners.

This place is the most honest and trustworthy auto repair service I have ever used. Low overhead=lower prices. Having coffee surrounded by tires is an awesome experience!

Very caring conscientious personnel

We are from out of town and were in Fergus Falls to purchase a van and had taken our work car to pick it up. We knew the tires were getting close to needing replaced on the work car and with the couple inches of snow that had fallen overnight it became evident that we were closer to needing tires than what we had originally thought. We called a few shops in town and Fergus Tire Center not only had the cheapest quoted price but could also get us in right away after our explanation of needing to be in and out and on the road again. J.R. was great and our experience here was nothing short of fantastic! If youre looking for a fair shop with decent people we would highly recommend going here!

Very nice people. I bought tires from them in the past and when I was trying to change my brakes my lug nuts were so tight I could not get them off so I stopped by and they loosen them up for me on the spot for no charge

Jason was my mechanic, was very kind and very honest. They did not try to high ball me in any way. For a female that doesnt know a lot about cars, that is very important!!!However, I was in there for a second repair because of a noise in the front, and the mechanic fixed something in the back and told me that was the noise I was hearing in the front ... When I told the mechanic it had not been fixed, I took him for a drive and the noise was still there... He told me he fixed the issue and the noise Im hearing is not fixable....

Always have done good work when Ive gone there. I think their prices are very reasonable. Never feel like theyre trying to upsell me on something I dont need.

So blessed to run into this place. I was just passing through town on my way to Sioux Falls and it was in a big hurry. Ended up with a nail in my tire. Stopped at Fergus tire and was in and out within 20 minutes And back on the road . Great place great service!

Prices jumped 26 percent in 5 months! When I asked if the pricing was accurate was told, yeah, our prices went up a little. Took over an hour to change oil and we had an appointment. Guy told us that was typical. When I said I was disappointed, he said so what, its not going to bother him. There are other places to get work done. I will find a place where the people are more professional. I would suggest you do the same.

Have been going here for years and have made many recommendations for them. In normal fashion, I went in for an oil change on one of our vehicles. I was informed that with two hours to close, “tires take precedence”. “We’re all backed up with tires; when it snows ‘they’ won’t do oil changes back there.” I accepted the owner’s statement and asked if I could make an appointment. Her response: “no - tires are first; maybe in two weeks.” I was puzzled and slightly dismayed. It is certainly apparent that customer service has declined below one star. I’ll be sure to start rescinding my recommendations to family & friends.

I got two puncture flats while traveling and was in a tough position. Fergus tire center got me in when no one else would. Two guys tag teamed the tires and were done in no time. Reasonable price.

Poorly trained, I asked what tires they could get in a 33x12.50x20 and was told to call back later since this employee didn’t know how to look up that information.

A+. Top Notch. Awesome to do business with. I was on my way to WMSTR when a trailer tire exploded on 94. I pulled over switched on the spare and exited into Fergus falls. The following morning I drove the truck and trailer to Fergus Tire Center where the staff was prompt and courteous. I could see they were swamped with other customers but still managed to switch out my two trailer tires in about 45 mins. The price was fair, the tires were in stock and they were more than great to work with. If you need tires and are in Fergus Falls, MN, DONT BOTHER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE!

Taking my car their tomorrow. Hope they help me better than the people who are over by the mall.

Had alignment done and it was the cheapest around(40 dollars as of March 2017) plus we got a 5 dollar card to the Mexican restaurant next door(very good food there) would recommend Fergus tire to anyone. They also are very attentive to fluids and stuff. Real pros.Update to review august 2017. Called fergus tire to checkup on a lifetime alignment which goodyear tire offers. They jacked thier alignment up to 50 dollars now and i got hung up on so i take my 5 star rating down to a 3 and my business elsewhere. Such a shame theyve changed.
