Julie was the one who did my nails today and they look AMAZING!! She was super friendly, answered all of my questions and even had a few laughs with me! My first time going here and I was blown away by how amazing my nails came out! Extremely detail oriented this woman is! I’ll definitely be back soon!

If you don’t live in their area I would consider something else because we had an appointment booked for my daughter coming from out of town..well when we got there they told us that they didn’t have enough time …I was so surprised.. also responding to the owners reply because it won’t let me reply I’m just editing Actually I was in the 15 minute time frame you can check the cameras also to verify And there was no other other designs that they showed to offer .. and gotta say I will never even attempt to look at it again .. again thank you for a bad customer service and you have a great night also

As a new time customer, and a day before my vacation, I was nervous how my nails would turn out. But, Joe exceeded my expectations, I love how my nails turned out. she was very nice and professional. After each step she asked if she needed to fix anything before proceeding with the next step which i loved since most techs just go with it. My nails turned out a little longer than Id like but overall very beautiful, great quality work! ($70) definitely coming back.

Natalie did my nails and after so long of trying to find my perfect nail tech in the Tacoma area, I’m so happy I found her at Infinity!! She’s amazing, and took her time to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. A little pricey but worth it in my opinion! They also seem like they’re super busy all day everyday so I recommend booking an appt in advance 😊

I love this nail salon. I go and get manicures pedicures. I use to get nails with acrylic right now I’m doing natural nails with dipping powder and everything is amazing highly recommend them to every girl and every guy out there. Yes a little pricey but worth every penny. I will never go back to any nail salon as long as I live in Federal Way

Terrible customer service. Went in for a fill and waited for over 20 minutes before leaving, because not a single employee approached me and asked what I needed. An employee helped 2 people behind me in line, and then proceeded to look at me, turn around and walk away. Several other employees madeeye contact with me as well but also choseto ignore me. Extremely upset with how they treated me especially since I spent over $100 there 3 weeks ago on a full set and a pedicure. My acrylics were coming apart from the nail not even a couple days after i left. Filing and shaping were terrible. Over priced and poor quality. Not worth the time or money to go there. I regret deciding to give them a second chance. They are not enforcing customers to wear masks either.

My nails are cute and all but they were literally plain nude, the problem is they were $75 that’s a lot for just plain nails and they weren’t even long I’m very disappointed because I didn’t expect this price to be that high, my nails were at least worth $60.

My 1st time going to this Salon and I can say that it is very beautiful inside. I really enjoyed getting my nails done and the work the young man did is a job well done. I really likes the lady who does the waxing personality ( should of got her name).... BUT they are a little expensive! They deserve 5 stars but the price does sting..lol

My girlfriend and I received pedicures over the past weekend. The facility is super clean; the staffs are very nice and professional. The pedicures are great. We will definitely come back. Oh, and they are sure following mask-up protocol very well.

This Place Always Does A Good Job!

From the moment i walked in the door they exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, they offered me my choice of red wine or water. they were so attentive. I am beyond satisfied with Jasons work, i will definitely be coming back!

This place is extremely horrible. My nails are not straight, they are uneven, not the color I asked for. 60$ for absolute trash. In less than 3 days. I have nails coming off. There are some that don’t fit correctly. I’m so disappointed in this place and what I spent. 10/10 WOULD NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Me and three other girls went to get our nails done and they did it so poorly, I’ve been to way better salons in the area, here they didn’t even cut the cuticles and said they would do it after painting, but I dont know how they would do that without ruining the polish. The people are kind of rude. She cut almost all of my nail off leaving a little. I would go somewhere else in the area next time because they do it better elsewhere. When painting the nail they got it around on the skin. All 4 of us did not like the service here and would never return.

First time coming to a different salon after 15 years! Heard great things so decided to check it out. The place is really cute, I love that you go up and sit down at an actual bar! The place is really clean, they have A huge selection of colors and powders and gels. My nail technician, Ricky, took her time, was really gentle, and paid attention to detail. My nails turned out better than they’ve ever looked. My only negative would be that they charged me 12 dollars to remove the rest of my old set (only 5 nails so I think they should have charged me half the price) and they also charged 7 extra dollars for a specific shape which I had never seen before. I only got coffin shape which is nothing crazy. Also gel polish was an additional 15 dollars. It’s definitely a little spendy but you get what you pay for and the experience. If these hold up nicely before it is time for a fill I’ll definitely be going back! Thank you for a great experience overall!

I visited the nail salon today after 4 months quarantine at home and it was a wonderful experience. When I walked to the front door, the owner greeted me with a big smile. She asked me to wash my hand with sanitizer and used my phone to scan the QR code to fill out a form regarding to my health and if I have contracted Covid 19 or not. Then they measured my temperature. Before my service, they asked me to wash my hand for at least 20 seconds. The nail artist is nice and friendly. I am super happy with the service today overall. During the time I was inside the salon, everyone wore their face mask, practiced social distance and all the nail technicians wear gloves and face shield. They clean up each station very often with Clorox. My nails look pretty and I will definitely come back❤️

Poor customer service, lousy paint job on the pedi

Salon was beautiful, but the quality of my mani & pedi was poor. The water wasnt hot and it was rushed. My nails 🤦🏽‍♀️ I got dip powder. My real nails were buffed too thin and so was the dip after it was applied. My nails cracked and chipped in 4 days. Not worth it for the price.

I got a pedicure today and I haven’t gotten a pedicure in a very long time. The guy who did mine was so gentle and he was super nice. My feet feel so good and I love the bright color neon hot pink I got. If I could give 10 stars I would. When I first walked in I was in shock. It really looks like a bar. I love the chandelier in the front by the desk, I love the actual nail bar look. The place looks amazing

Every other month I would take my daughter and go get our nails done and they did a good job. But yesterday I had my eyebrows done and she left wax on them. Also we had our nails done and they didnt do it right hurt my thumb and made me bleed. This was the last time we were going to be there and I was not pleased at all.

I think its pretty standard to greet customers as they come thru the door, this did not happen here. I stood at the front for at least five minutes before I was greeted, finally was asked what service I wanted and was told to pick out a nail polish. I used the rest room (which had no toilet paper) and came back out and stood for a few more minutes before being directed to sit on a couch to wait (without being told how long the wait would be). I sat on the couch in silence for thirty minutes before getting up to leave. While on my way out I noticed a tech sitting there doing her own nails, she watched me walk out and place my nail polish on the counter as I left. This looked like a nice establishment to get nails done and I was excited to do so since it was a gift, unfortunately left disappointed with the poor customer service.

My appointment was at 2, I came in 15 minutes early. They didnt start doing my nails until 3. I asked for Stilletos. The shape itself was perfect, however the nails were lumpy, they didnt clean up the excess acrylic and some if it is stuck to my cuticles, therefore pulling up my cuticles as they are growing out. One of my nails isnt even glued down completely and I paid $85 for this.I do not recommend. AT ALL.

Love this place! I had booked for all my girlfriends to go get pedis for my birthday and the owner had a bouquet of flowers for me and a plate of cookies and champagne for all my friends! Such a nice owner and staff! Natalie is my fav! :)

I came to this place to get a new acrylic set on. When I went in they never gave me an option to look at colors, I told them I wanted a coffin shape and in the end it came out square. They didnt have me wash my hands after shaving nail off. And they left extra shallac stuck under my nails. All of this for $50. They also charged an extra 3 dollars for oil they put on, not caring to mention that its extra before doing it.

I been going here a few months pedicures are AMAZING!!!full sets are EHH. the lengths they charge by is steep an when you get a full set they dont grind or file the acrylic down so its even, if you get an ombre type of style you can feel the dip between the two colors.nails look great from a distance but up close you can see there was alot of details missed.i asked for medium length lavender ombre an i got what they consider medium but charged for long which isnt what i asked for because i work as a receptionist ..its hard to type with long nailsthe price list on the wall an online does not match the paper they use to ring you out so LOOK AT THE PAPER BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT.. Thats where they sneak extra charges. i walked out paying $40 more then what i was expecting (BEFORE TIP!

I got my nails done and they lasted a long time. 4 weeks and not one of them broke! However I called ahead for an appointment when I got there they rushed on my feet and told me they would have to cut out some parts of the spa treatment. Which wasn’t a big deal to me I understood if they didn’t think they had the time like they thought. However after my feet it was time to get my full set done. The lady come over right before the other lady was done on my feet and started to take my old acrylics off with a fake nail. Which hurt really bad surprisingly but again I didn’t complain. I asked her to go shorter on my nails and she said its fine it will get shorter once we start.. at the end they were still too long. But I didn’t complain. I got ombré nails, white and pink. I asked for rhinestones on two of my fingers. I simply just wanted two rhystones on each but the last ignored what I asked. She places rhystones on each finger 5 or 6 at each base unlike i wanted. I was aware how much my feet cost but never told the price of my nails. My feet were 40. The lady who did my feet was a pleasure to be around, listened and asked plenty questions on how I wanted my feet done. My nails so simple came out to 120!!! I still gave a tip to each one but I don’t think I’ll be going back to ever get my acrylics done. I once went in and asked for something way more complex and a bit longer and the guy only told me 90. So for something like that to be 120 I felt extremely over charged. The lady who rang me up and the lady who did my acrylics were talking and changed the price a bit I felt she asked her too because it was late . But awell🤷‍♀️ That was my experience

Well the people here is absolutely nice. Im very picky when I comes to where I get my nails done at. Infinity nails had a great atmosphere however Ive never had my nails done where I walked out looking like I needed a fill. Its a little disappointing that I paid over 55 dollars for a plain set to have it looking like I need a fill after leaving the salon. Never going back.

Fantastic addition to the neighborhood! Decor is very modern and clean, the designers did a wonderful job, right down to the details. The uniform jackets and trays that they bring the supplies out on are nice touches that dont go unnoticed. The staff is friendly and prices are reasonable for the level of services provided. The Deluxe Pedi was well worth it, and one of the best pedicures Ive had.

I love the idea how they decorate the nail bar -- its very nice and gorgeous. The owner and the workers are very friendly too. They offered me drink, wine, and snack when I got the Deluxe Pedicure. They put bath bomb, orange, and ginger in the water. I felt like I got my new feet after having the massage. This was the best experience for me, and I totally recommend it.

These ended up being by far the worst set of nails I have ever paid for. I paid $75+ for a full set that were way longer then I wanted. While cutting them they were super long and I told the person who did my nails I wanted them shorter. She bairly cut them and told me thet would be shorter when she was done. They were not. When doing my nails she cut my thumb and did not say anything hoping i would not bring it up... I clearly had a little bit of blood there. On top of the fact that she was very rough... I have got my nails done allot and have never had someone be so rough with me. When I left they were uneven, bubbly and my thumbs were VERY thick. One nail even thicker then the other. I left looking like half of my nails already needed a filled. over the phone they told me I could come back to get them fixed. Due to whats happening and family matters I was unable to make it back. Im very disappointed.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I kindly told the lady that was doing my nails that one hand was way shorter than the other hand and she tried to tell me that was the length that I wanted. They still charged me for the nails and didnt apply the 20% off coupon that was offered on their website!!! The lady that was doing my nails was also, racist and looking at me like I couldnt afford to be there. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS NAIL SALON AND WILL TELL OTHER PEOPLE TO DO THE SAME.

My girlfriend and I got the Deluxe Combo, and it was the best pedicure/manicure we have ever had. They even treated us with complimentary wine. Definitely ask for Julie, her massage was awesome!!

The manager Vee is very friendly and the technicians are professional, friendly and accommodate you the best they can. They also provide tasty wine or champagne.. First time I went there I loved it, I had Vincent do a fill in and he did such a wonderful job. Went back made an appointment with Vincent, I arrived early and a women took the color off my nails, she then asked me if I would mind Tina doing my nails. I agreed even though I wanted Vincent. Tina destroyed my nails. They looked fine inside once I left I noticed they were sloppily painted, 4 days later and one nail completely fell off and 6 others have chips in the gel. I will never return here.

I went to get a full set And my nails came out nice so when it was time for o fill I went back (big mistake) the lady who did my nails was in such a hurry, she filed my nail and prepped it to start adding the acrylic she literally just filled the gap where my nail was grown she did not blend the acrylic evenly to the tip of my nail, she also didn’t even bother to reshape them after a while coffin shape become round so obviously they need to be reshaped I also asked for a 3D flower she said I would have to Waite till the guy was done since he was the only one who knew how to do them I turned over and could tell he was i a bad mood so I said never mind just add a stone on my ring finger so she did I just wanted to get out of there finally it was time to pay $ 79 I was charged for a fill! And it hasn’t even been a week and I already broke two nails because she left them soo thin and the stone already fell off the clear gel is pealing because just like the acrylic she did not apply it evenly I will never be going back again I don’t mind paying a good amount for my nails but when they are done so bad and don’t even last that’s when it becomes a problem

I get dip powder. The pro is that have ALOT of color options. However I couldn’t decide so he picked for me. I’m not picky on color so that was fine. When doing my nails he put black under some not all.... not a huge deal than did one party nail.( I did not ask for this but figured it’s fine I usually get one nail different) when going to pay he charges an additional 12 for the one different color nail. It’s extremely pricey. Lastly not even a week in my top coat is chipping off on every single nail. I will NEVER go back to this place nor will I suggest it to friends. My sisters also got a full set and her nails were so thin and flaired upward. She went and got them taken off someplace else two days later.

Everyone that works here is super nice. I was a little nervous about having a guy do my manicure and pedicure, but Vincent was really gentle and nice. With that being said, my nails did not look professionally done when I left. I had an appointment for 2pm and did not get worked on until 3:15 maybe 3:20. There was still nail polish on the skin around almost all of my finger and toe nails. It looked like I did it on my own ( not in a mean way, because again, they were really nice). I got the normal or lowest coating mani pedi ($35) and they didnt include a basic left massage or any lotion of any kind on my legs, feet, arms, or hands, which I thought was kind of weird. Ive always had that included in any manicure and pedicure. Im giving 3 stars because they were so nice, but if I based it on the actual job, Id give it 1-2 stars.

It has been less then a week and I have one cracked nail and one that broke from me reaching into my purse. The guy changed the shape of my nails, by the time I realized what he was doing it was to late. I asked for ombré and this is not ombré. I only went there cause my coworker raved about it. They had a nice atmosphere and people. But that’s it!! My nails cost way to much and now I either have to cut them all off or pay someone else re due them. Not impressed.

I have very mixed feelings about this place. Half the time I’ve gone here, and I think I’ve been here 4 times now, my nails have turned out really great. But the other half they have not. I get coffin shaped nails and I will say that they are the best that I’ve been to for doing this shape, they actually make them thin enough and I like that. However, my complaints are one that I can’t ever get them to make them as short as I want them, and they charge me to cut them down but won’t cut them as short as I want and they always tell me they will so by the time I need a fill they’re so long I can’t do anything and I’m a hairstylist so it’s hard. My second complaint is I get gel polish and twice now the gel has chipped off, the first two times it stayed really well but the last two times it seems they rushed thru and it’s been chipping. Along with the polish thing, they’ve painted my nails the wrong color 3 times. It’s been close to the colors I picked out on the wall but then when it’s done and I get in the light I’ve realized it’s the wrong color, but I’m not one to go back in and make them redo it, I just deal with it. But twice I chose the colors I chose because of events I was going to and I wanted them to match my outfits. And with how much it costs just for a fill, it’s a little disappointing that they weren’t what I wanted. I’m going to go back and try them again now that I’m starting to learn who to go to and who not to and hopefully I’ll want to change this to a 5 star review, but we shall see! With all that being said it is a beautiful salon, I like that they serve drinks and I think they have amazing customer service. One day I was there and a woman was getting a pedi and her baby was screaming so the receptionist (the one who’s a little bit older than the young one) picked the baby up and walked around with him/her until they stopped crying and played with him/her until the mom was done, and I thought that was going above and beyond. Not a lot of people would do that for a client, so that was very respectable. Oh and I also was just told about the points system thing so I only got credit for one time going there and I’ve spent probably a couple hundred on my nails so far but only got $40 worth of credit for the last time, so that was kind of a bummer as well 🤷🏻‍♀️

My nails were not how I wanted them and fell off within days... took my daughters there and their nails broke like two days after because they were too thin...and their prices are high and nail quality low.

I booked an appointment days in advance. Came in on my scheduled appointment. Spent two hours just working on my manicure. Did a terrible job on my manicure. Manicurist had to redo several nails and they did a terrible job. 7pm they closed and forgot about my scheduled pedicure. Asked if I could come back and did not provide any real resolution. Worst service I have ever had. The girl told me there was nothing she could do for me and that they didnt schedule enough people for their appointments.

It looked really stylish. Bar seats to do ur nails. A fantastic chair massager for pedi. The girls and guys were very friendly did a great job on my hands and feet. I would definitely go back!

I have gone to this salon a few times. They did a great job on my acrylics .However the last time i went in they decided to charge me extra to file down the grow out during my fill. So if i dont want my nails to keep getting longer I have to pay extra every time I get a fill. When I asked the front about it they said they would take care of it this time but i have to pay the extra from now on and there is nothing they can do about it to change. So i said I wouldnt be back because that makes them more expensive than they seem and that I have never heard of such a thing. The girl up front just smiled and shrugged her shoulders at me.

Dont get caught up in the pretty lights and complimentary drinks. I was not impressed with the outcome of my nails. I got gel because I thought they would last longer than they actually did. Paying $60 for a gel mani and normal pedi is higher than what Ive paid for a small family nail salon. Instantly the tips of my nails began to fade because the paint wasnt applied to the tips in the first place. I dont do a lot of work with my hands so it is ridiculous that the paint is already looking like this.Also, I felt very rushed when I was trying to pick out my color. It was like I was there and picked out whatever was closest to my hand at the time.I will say the staff was nice but I wont be returning to get my nails redone.

The nails themself looked great, but the technician was not gentle at all. She cut my fingers about 6 times, even after I complained. Highly overrated, will not be coming back here again.

My nails were poorly done, placed no towel on the working table, the nails technician never concentrated... was my first time there hoping she was just tired.

I give 5 stars because the customer service is great! The shop is very clean and classy... and i love the job that one particular nail tech does .. However, every one can not do nails. acrylic anyways.. every time ANYONE other then Loc (hope im spelling that right) has done my nails i was super dissatisfied. the shape was horrible.. i even had nails that were way off as far as length, some nails were obviously crooked and i had to tell the nail tech to fix other wise it would not have been done.. Also my nails seem to break super easy when done by others. I will definitely make appointments in the future so that i can be seen by Loc.. other wise ill have to find a back up shop. i have been going long enough to know that i wont be satisfied with anyone elses work.

It was my first time at this nail bar (and my last) and OMG I was very dissatisfied with the work that was done.... I got a acrylic full set with regular color and the gentlemen who did my nails was not sure of what he was doing. My nails were uneven length, very thick and one of them was cricked. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend to anyone. It’s also very pricey. :(

I went in for an Ombré Full Set today, and I can I honestly say this is the first time I have been this disappointed with the results I received. To start off, I felt I was greeted in a cold manner, and the gentleman that did my nails was equally as cold. I tried to overlook it being that it was later in the day, thinking perhaps it was a busy day for them & perhaps they were just a bit tired. As far as my nails, the end result is highly disappointing; my nails are too thick, some slightly miss-shaped, and a bit too long despite discussing the length. To top it off, my nails don’t look very Ombré! What frustrated me even further was the fact that several other nail associates (including a woman that appeared to be a manager) walked by to check this gentleman’s work, and it was clear that they knew he wasn’t doing things correctly. I have been getting my nails done for 10+ years, and was very excited to try this salon out, as I heard great things. It’s very unfortunate that for the amount of money I paid, my experience wasn’t nearly as great. I don’t think I will be going again. 😫

Great customer service and great staff. I came in today after having a bad experience at another nail salon and they too great care of me . Natalie and Annie both helped me the manager I didnt catch her name were all so helpful thank you ladies Ill see you all soon.

Im giving them two stars due to their friendliness and beautiful set up however, the tallent is not there . The first time I went the guy made one hand really thick and the other kind of thin and not all the nails were pollished all the way. It was just sloppy and they charged me $75. The second time I went I just wanted a regular full set nothing fancy and I needed a take down on one hand .They charged me $57.... Not only did the lady basically ripped my nail off and caused me to bleed she also did something to my pinky idk what but its been hurting ever since I left and also she did a better job then the guy last time the Polish and shape is still sloppy and they m seed up my natural nails. They are over priced and sloppy PERIOD.

I must say that for a nail salon, they nailed it (excuse the pun)....but they are a bit pricey. Well worth it if you got money to spend, but if you are pinching every penny then its best to ask for a gift card!!

Nice on the inside but the employees are rude. I was a walk in and asked if they had time to go shellac on my nails and it seemed like they did not want to take me because I did not have an appointment. While Im waiting she come and tells me that if I dont get a manicure and I just get the shellac colors they are not going to guarantee that the shellac will stay on. I have had shellac polish on my nail with out a manicure many times before and they have lasted me 2 + weeks. Anyways they guys did my nails and the next day the shellac was falling off and peeling already!

The actual manager is very sweet fixed this issue so I will take back my review. I still stand by my comment about V. who is at the front, shes not very nice but I feel like the service made up for vs attitude.
