I love this nail salon! Any time I go somewhere else (if I am out of town, etc) it doesnt compare. The workers are all punctual, kind, professional and quick. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Highly reccommend!

My favorite place to get my nails done! And it really depends on who you get your nails done from. Richie is super patient, friendly, and very professional. I will not go elsewhere for the quality.

My friend and I went in for Pedicures and Full sets. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The pedicure was nice. But my nails were terrible! They were lumpy and uneven. My friends nails were even worse. We both had to go have them redone a few days later at a different salon. The quality at this salon is terrible and way overpriced.

We were very happy with the attention to detail this place gave us!! Richie and Rainbow are absolutely amazing! Made today the best! 100/100 recommend!!

The BEST manicure, I’ve ever had. My nail tech. was very patient, and knowledgeable. I was getting some nail art on my natural nails and she advised me on the best option, in detail, and didn’t move on untill I was decided (confidently)! I definitely will be returning for my bi-weekly mani.!

Rainbow always takes her time and does a great job on my nails never disappointed .

They were very nice. My nails look amazing she made sure that the nails were as close to perfect as they can get and that the lines are clean that the shape is perfect.I felt bad because I’m a shy person so I wasn’t talking through a lot of it but they were still very nice to me and made sure that my nails looked amazing

Clean, they open earlier than most salons, 9am, so was able to get in first thing in the morning.They took care with the nails and toes.

The customer service here is not the best. Definitely felt uncomfortable while dealing with two of the staff. I usually go to Darling Nails near Southcenter but wanted to try something different. Won’t be coming back. Henry was great but that was it!

Very meticulous staff (in a good way)! I set an appointment over the phone. I also saw them sanitize their tables ans chairs after every customer. Staff were wearing masks and face shields.

Got my gel refill and pedicure from Rami, she was very nice, clean place, good service, love my nails, coming for another refill for sure!

My cousin and I came in to get our nails done, we both got acrylic sets. Pisey did my nails and was very quick to make a beautiful acrylic glitter ombre. Grace did the cleanest pink and white stillettos I have seen. We will be making this a routine now! Great price for the fantastic work done. 👍👍 Side note: if you ever feel like the nail techs are gossiping about you, youll like this salo. Very friendly- no gossip, only noodles.

My experience here has always been beyond wonderful. My nails always come out better than what I imagined. Pichsey is super talented and so are the other ladies there. Clean environment and friendly service. My friends and I all get our nails done here and they never disappoint.

I absolutely love Cladsy Nail. After researching online for a new nail salon in Federal Way and reading reviews, I decided to try Classy Nail. My daughter and I went in to have our nails and feet done. The ladies are super nice and welcoming. The owner did my nails and feet. She is really sweet and asked me if I was happy with her work throughout the process. We left very satisfied and will be going back.

This nail shop does the best brows. I’ve been all over WA for eyebrows, they hooked me up. 5/5 stars forsure!

#1 From the moment the lady sat to give me a pedicure she was going fast.#2 One of the ladies brought her 7 year old son to work which is cool but it becomes an issue when he is being annoying and not listening when I asked him to stop blowing his breath in my granddaughters face. My grandbaby is 5 but it was bothering me that he was doing that so early in the morning.#3 the place was dusty and very uinviting.#4 I got a manicure and pedicure.My nail polish on my hands started peeling the NEXT DAY! I paid $15 for a manicure for what? Even my polish on my toes are questionable.#5 I have never been to a nail salon and leave with ashy legs and feet🙅🏾‍♀️. Not cool. I didnt notice until I left of course.Never going back. I am so disappointed!

They have never failed me anything I ask for this shop can do flawlessly... They go above and beyond for their customers I live and hour and 15 south of the shop and will drive there to get my nails done only shop for me

Called in told me noon showed up and they got to us an hour later and took there time. Besides being slow, they were nice. Did a gel on real nails, Ive had better. and the2 stars for trying.

This is a new nail salon. I got a full set of acrylic nails and loved everything about them! The salon is very clean, friendly, attentive, high quality work. I’ll be going back for a fill this week. Will post photos then.

Had to wait 35 minutes (even though I had a 10 am appointment and arrived at 10am.) Ladies were very friendly but I was also a little disappointed my manicure didnt come with a hand/arm massage. I think this was the first nail salon I have been to that didnt include that...and to me thats the best part! Very small salon, would recommend appointment.

GREAT PLACE!! Pisey has been doing my pedicures for a while now and she is amazing and very thorough. So happy for her that she now owns her own shop and so glad I found her again. Very clean shop and very friendly staff.

Today I took my mom and niece with me for a Mani and Pedi. I have had services many places but Classy Nail Salon is the best by far! They took their time and achieved perfection! I would also like to mention the salon is clean, we will be back.

Pisey & Rany are both amazing. Theyre still new right now. Only been open for a little over a month. Ive gone twice and love the results of my nails both times. The staff is amazing!

Clean, nice staff but sub par nails. 😔I came here 2 weeks ago for a full set of acrylics + gel polish & design (total cost was $62.00 not including tip) No wait to be seen when I arrived on a Saturday at 3pm with no appointment. It took them over 2 hours to complete my nails with 2 different women working on them.I waited 2 weeks to write my review to see if the nails would break or scuff. So I could review the salon in every aspect.After 2 weeks -> no broken nails, some scuffed nails, 1 nail is lifting but all are still on. So that gets a 👍⭐ BUT none of my nails are the same shape, length or thickness. 😢I may be a bit pickier than some women but Ive had my nails done for over 7 years and I know a good nail tech from a bad one.The ladies here are all very nice and the salon was clean... But there was no atmosphere.No tv, no music & my technician couldnt understand me very well so she wasnt talking to me much. It was dead quiet! 😕I love to talk, so silence was awkward for me. Plus you can here the patrons of the business next door, through the walls. (Cuz its in a little shopping mall where all the business share walls.) Still the ladies could have talked more.I wasnt cut or in pain during my nail appointment which every one knows can ruin a great nail place.They tried to their best but I just cant get over my nails not being all the same shape or length. It makes the whole hand look bad when they arent uniform.I got crystals on some of my nails add those held up very well. I didnt lose one crystal. 💯 Pisey put them on & made sure they would stay on.But after she did my gel color, she started filing the sides & tips of all my nails... Scratching off the fabulous colors I chose!! (I chose 3 different colors) and the end result was my new nails being scratched and scuffed on the sides and tips! 😞 I even stopped and asked her WHY she was doing that and she said, to make them look better and that after I put oil on them, you wont be able to see the scratch marks. Lol!!You can very clearly see the scratch marks honey, oil dont fix filed off gel polish. Sorry.Oh! And one nail had air bubbles in the color. Luckily it was a nail with glitter polish - so it was difficult to see if your not looking for it.All in all ~ nice ladies, clean shop and no broken nails. BUT inconsistent shapes, lengths and thickness + lifting nails + air bubbles + scratched up gel polish. I wont be coming back sadly, but happy I tried it for myself to get a true idea of the salon.On to the next salon to find that prefect one!
