Wow, unbelievable personnel. They have no problem allowing strange people to loiter and film women while partially exposing themselves. When someone complained, the employee profusely apologized… to the strange man and allowed him to further harass customers. But based on the comments from the “owner” below, I’m not at all surprised the postmaster allows, and even condones this behavior. For your own safety, ladies should definitely go somewhere else.
This USPS location has wonderful staffs! Theyre always so kind and helpful to get what I need.
Horrible customer service. Refuses to give out names because of “social media harassment” and refuses to correct any wrongdoing. Their management refuses to do anything and should all lose their jobs.
They are quick and kind. Sometimes there is a long line. They have self check out.
I had a really uncomfortable and disappointing experience with an employee (middle age-older Asian man) here today. We were trying to ship birthday presents in a medium-large size, medium weight box and were told it was going to cost $70. When I inquired with the man about if it would lower our price if I repacked the items in a smaller box or perhaps shipped it with UPS instead, I was simply trying to ask the opinion of this individual so that my husband and I could figure out the best way to ship birthday presents to family as we are not financially thriving right now and would like to know our options. The response I got was a very smug “I would never tell anyone to go to a competitor. That would be like Sears telling a customer to go to JCPenney.” Huh. In my experience, whether it’s at a hardware store, hair salon, department store, etc I have always had employees kindly direct me to another store if their store can not provide the product or service that I am seeking. Isn’t that considered better customer service than trying to defensively pressure someone into purchasing services that don’t fit their needs? I already use USPS for 99% of my usual shipping needs, in addition to paying for a PO Box, so it’s not like losing this one singular transaction would have truly “lost” the USPS much. Also, it’s not like the $70 was coming out of this mans own wallet, and it was very odd to experience someone with such a lack of understanding and humanity in their dealings.
Ive had a terrible experience claiming for a package supposedly no able to deliver because non founded address not even using the track number provided, that happened back on May so is time that I havent received neither a courtesy phone call. Poor costumer service.
Very happy with all the USPS offices Ive been to! Great customer service.
Very unprofessional customer service I have ever received. As soon I immediately called the facility due to my package not being able to be sent to friend in Seattle is mind boggling. The person whom answered was a male worker, was not very knowledgeable at all. Extremely rude and unhelpful, and hung up. I don’t understand why USPS can hire literate people who will take their jobs seriously. Professionalism goes a long way. Obviously you don’t get that at this location.
Apparently okay with weird men hanging around in their lobby and harassing female customers.
Driver ran over my underground sprinkler system bending sprinkler head after doing a U turn on my lawn! There is a road!!We ( myself and witness) took pictures showing vehicle with damage and placement of vehicle with the tire tracks showing on my lawn to the sprinkler.I spoke to someone who said he would be out but to my knowledge never did, nor have I heard back from them, this was in August of last year! Most of the drivers that fill in keep driving on the sidewalk that is by my gardening area.Worst customer service from Management following through!
Still waiting for our mail man so it must not be our regular mail man again . It’s 7:11 pm still no mil nan always like this when our regular mailman not working .
Great staff here, always friendly, and also fast! The whip through long lines without skipping a beat. I actually LIKE going to the Post Office because the staff is so friendly.
The Staff is Awesome and always friendly and eager to help, but ever since they replaced our mail carrier on route 75, this carrier is rude and not willing to scan any of my business preprinted labels (Packages) upon picking up, instead he waits until his job is done for the day and SOMETIMES scans them or I have to wait until they reach Seattle for them to be scan. Packages should be SCAN upon pick up at resident, my customers need to know where their packages are when clicking tracking #, we should not have to wait until 2-3 days before we see the upload. I even leave him a note to PLEASE scan but he is very insistent and says he does not have to scan them. Now I am having to go to post office everyday for my packages to be scan, its very inconvenient, this is not good customer service form USPS. I have complained numerous times, but still he chooses not to scan my packages upon picking them up. Very disappointed, thank you.
Whenever I go to the post office at Twin Lakes the staff is very friendly and courteous. They are also very knowledgeable. I think they work very hard and care about their jobs and responsibilities that come with it.
These workers are wonderful! Theyre always so kind and helpful to get what I need. Back in Georgia they were so rude, and I dont normally care about the everyday bad mood. I havent had a bad experience at this location for the 10+ times Ive gone. And on top of that with the virus, theyre still so nice, I can only imagine the rude customers they get.
This location as with others is horrible. Tried picking up a package at the window and no one answered the bell even thought myself and another customer could hear the bell clearly and hear employees in the back. I always get the vibe that I am bothering the individual who is helping me at that paticular moment. As this was the only morning I could stop by to get my package the package will now have to be returned to sender creating a larger problem on my end.Throughly disgusted.
My experience here has been great with some of the staff but the manager the guy manager is one of the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered rolling his eyes and in a very bad attitude the one is star is because of this manager he is the one that needs to take care of the people instead of being a rude and unprofessional person the rest of the staff helpful but him is just horrible need a new manager as soon as possible to have a great experience
Car door got dented in Parking lot and waited over 20 minutes to pick up mail that didn’t get delivered for over a week
Exactly that is the second time the USPS do not delivered my mails, as I am getting it’s image but did not get to my mailbox, very weak staff ever. Since one week I am trying to connect with USPS customer service still am not able to reach them very complicated operation and customer services.
Always friendly and super positive for always being so busy! I mean, what post office isnt busy? Every other post office Ive been to, the employees have no personality and dont ever interact with you! Every time Ive come to this post office, the staff has always been super friendly, fast and efficient!
I’ve never sent packages/letters through USPS before and I was intimidated walking in. To my pleasant surprise, all the employees at the front counter were professional, friendly, kind, efficient, and extremely helpful. The lady was honestly willing to help me figure out which box/rate was best for my situation and she helped with a SMILE and a POSITIVE attitude. You guys rock!
Been going to this post office 3-5 times a week for over 10 yrs. The people that work there are always very nice and friendly and helpful. Thankful to have such nice people working at my local post office :)
Horrible USPS Delivery service, how come no one ever is looking into this.I never receive my business mail, dealing with every entity involved with my business for my mail. This issue started long before the Covid 19, so they can not blame my mail delivery delinquencies on that.I am beyond upset and can not believe that a simple task as delivering my mail is not executed AT ALL.JUST PLAIN HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.USPS at TWIN LAKES GET THIS FIXED. I dont care what you must do maybe fire and hire new professional workers MAYBE.I am submitting an official complaint too.
I recently went here to mail a package. I was reading the board trying to figure out what options are available. When I was asked if needed help. I wish I could remember her name. Am Asian woman who was working was very helpful and really friendly. Got me the best service at the best available price. No complaints
This post office has courteous, pleasant, and efficient postal clerks.
Are there long lines sometimes? Yes.Do you have to wait sometimes? Yes?Even if you are only needing one thing? Yes. Just like everyone else in line who just needs one thing. The women behind the counter are cheerful and helpful and try to be quick. The one who helped me even advised me to change boxes so I didnt pay more. She didnt have to do that. They allow people picking up only (as in not needing to pay anything) to cut in line which makes sense.I wish all post offices were staffed more so the lines were shorter but this post office doesnt deserve the low ratings on here. Be patient people, everyone is working hard.
Every single time I call it says Your party is not available then it pauses and says Were sorry, you can not leave a message - the box is full. There are NO OTHER OPTIONS. So really, what you should say on the recording is: Please hang up the phone and just drive to the Post Office, because we NEVER answer our phone and we NEVER check our messages. We are proficient at losing your packages and delivering them to the wrong locations 90% of the time! Have a great day!
Staff goes out of their way to get lines moving faster, such as a non-counter person grabbing parcels for people only picking up. The are friendly, & explain options well.
I dont get why the reviews are so low. Its a post office! Of course its going to be slow. But rude? No. These are some of the nicest postal agents around. Theyll get you on track and theyre just following procedure. Go around 4pm if you can and theres no line.
Cannot get in contact with this branch. I have called from 9am (when they open) to 10am. Every call goes to an automated message that says they are closed. One time I got a busy signal and another time I heard someone pick up and could hear them breathing. Then they hung up. Ive worked retail at Christmas before. Lines of angry people and phones ringing off the hook. I never once lost my smile, composure, or courtesy, and I sure as hell didnt hang up on a customer! Some people just dont want their jobs huh?
I 100% agree with Amber. People just need to have a ltitle more patients. But not just with the post office but with everything and you will find that there is a lot less stress and that leads to a longer life. So a win/win for everyone. Thanks
The carrier that delivers to my apartments never delivers my packages. I order something for next day delivery and if it requires him to drop off at my door he just puts a notice in my box saying they attempted delivery. Both days the package was suppose to be delivered I was home all day just to make sure I could receive the package and yet again no package.
I wish I could give them 0 stars. I was suppose to get my package 3 days ago. I literally called them every day to make sure they actually drop it off at the right place this time. And they still didnt. Im just hoping Ill be able to get it in 2 more days. I never get my packages.
I would have to agree with most of the reviews on here.. The ladies there try hard but they are from a slower and more calm human era. An era where time was less valuable and you could just talk with customers for-ever if need be. My encounters with this location have been of Im in a hurry to drop this off and go but the ladies behind the counter talk and talk and blah blah blah blah to the customers. Which is great and all, but everyone else is in a hurry! If they could just see that, this location would be a lot better.
Wish negative stars were possible. Repeated problems with scheduled pickups--apparently the mailman cant find the front door (really, he/she must be too lazy to get out of the vehicle). I have used this service for years in other locations and loved it, but the pick ups here are unreliable. Tried to call as well, but as others have noted no one ever answers the phone.
If I could give a lower star I would, they never answer the phone and absolutely refuse to work with customers with missing/lost/packages that cant be delivered. Every time I get a package from Amazon through them it is constantly marked that my address is incorrect even though it is the full and complete address. They never update the tracking and if you call it seems like they literally ignore the phone.Possibly the most horrible post office Ive ever witnessed.
They have 2 doors but constantly keep one locked. No one answers the service door. They consistently put the previous PO box owners mail in my box. Amazon can keep delivery boxes available 24/7 but USPS cant?
Postal driver hit my mail box and brick pillar it sat on cost me $1500 and they are ignoring my calls . My insurence agent has a friend that works here said its there policy to ignore and hope I go away. TORT CLAME FILLED IN JUNE TOLD BY OFFICE OF ADAM SMITH THAT FEDERAL GOVERNMENT HAS 6 MONTHS TO REPLY 6 MOTHS WAS DECEMBER 5 ON DECEMBER 6 JOEL THE TORT CLAIMS OFFICER CALLS ME (!st time since accedent ) SAYS NEEDS MORE INFO AND TO FAX TO GIVEN NUMBER FAXED 3 TIMES TODAY JUST KEEPS RINGING AND CALLED ONCE NO REPLY. MUST BE NICE TO WORK FOR GOVERNMENT -TAKING MY 1 STAR RATING AWAY YOU GET ZERO WISH TRUMP WOULD SHUT YOU DOWN
Do yourself a favor and get your packages delivered to a family member/friends home in a different city. This branch has lost 2 of my packages in the last 3 weeks. Both times, the carriers confirmed that my package was delivered to my home, but Ive never received them. This has never happened to me in any other city that Ive lived in. I will never trust them to deliver my packages again.
Never delivers packages, just slips. drives past mailboxes for no reason. drivers cause traffic to pile up just driving around not even delivering mail. hours of operation are stupid. you realise the people who get mail have jobs and dont have time to pick up a package that should have been dropped off? is that not what we pay you for? I think when we have to go pickup a package that should have been delivered the post office should pay us back shipping.......
Im not sure if these delivery drivers are aware that when the mail box arrow is up that means theres mail going out. In 4 years us living here our mail never gets picked up but rather left in the mail box sitting so we have to drive to this post office to drop it off
If I could give a 0 I would. People are nice at the front desk but my mail is constantly being lost. It is impossible to get a hold of the desk to have them check for the missing mail. I got a note on my door stating that the mail was to large to fit in the box but when I went to the post office to check it was no where to be found. It has been almost 3 weeks since this note was left on my door and the mail is still not even returned to sender.
2 women working the counter. 12 people in line. All the way to the right, someone picking up a package. After they leave I walk up and ask if I could buy a $2 box and that was it and the young woman says I need to wait in line. Are you kidding me? You cant take 26 seconds to let me buy a $2 box? She tells me I gotta wait. So 20 min later i buy my cardboard box that costs $2. Thanks for the horrible customer service
I access my PO box in the early morning and rarely need counter services. I have always been struck by the gentleman who maintains the lobby and raises the flag every day. He is professional and thorough in his job, repectful and friendly to patrons, and treats the flag with honored tradition. He is a model for anyone in a service profession due to the pride he takes in his work and the good grace with which he performa his duties. Carry on!
The mailbox receptacle was destroyed by a hit-and-run driver. Since then, I cannot get my mail. I rented a PO box, and yet my mail is not being placed in it, despite my going to the post office, speaking with the supervisor and completing a change of address form to forward all mail to the PO box. I took off time from work to set up the PO box rental and talk with them, all to no avail. Now all of my mail, including packages, is being returned to sender. And I will need to pay for return shipping and second shipping costs to get what I ordered. Now I am told there is a 10 day lag time to have the mail placed in my PO box. My tax dollars at work.............
No wonder the USPS is losing business left and right to FEDEX, UPS, Amazon Prime; the USPS is HORRIBLE.CUSTOMER SERIVE: POORHOURS OF OP: POORSERVICE: POORPRICES: POORnothing about the USPS is beneificial or helpful. It is making itself obsolete and they need to get their ship together.
They have a long line, and they have only maximum of 2 staffs who take averagely 10+ minutes on a customer. I lost two packages that appeared to have delivered to my mailbox as per tracking, but nothing was there. I went there to open a claim, they wrote down my contact information and promised to call me back by the end of the day. I waited for 3 days, no phone calls. I called them, and no one answered and their voice mail box is full. AND, I tried to open a claim online but the website doesnt work!!! Even one star is too much for them. Additionally, I agree with Ricardo Benin, the deliverer is too lazy to even stop by and knock on the door. We were home, because we knew the package was arriving in that day. They just leave a note and leave. Perhaps those people should leave the company if they hate their jobs. Im getting really tired of your customer service. If I still dont hear anything about my packages, I will go through further actions as this is pilferage from USPS.
Literally never had a problem with the post office, I can only imagine that those who did probably arent patient and lazy and dont know how to write their address correctly. I ship internationally and locally and have yet to have a problem. It can be slow at times but that is only because a lot of people go in to mail packages and is to be expected.
Just tried to log into my usps online account. Didnt accept my name or password. When I clicked on forgot, it sent me to create a new account. Then it said I already had an account. Tried again 2 more times. Website is horrible.
They never deliver my mail on time and stuff my mailbox instead with trash. Ive had packages that have been delayed for days with no reason given, and their hours make it impossible to come in and do anything myselfOther times the mailman/woman will not even attempt to knock on the door, they will walk up then leave.
I absolutely HATE this branch!!! No one is helpful, you can never get a hold of anyone and their mailmen are incompetent. I can understand 1 or 2 mishaps but not 10. They are constantly putting mail in the wrong mailboxs, not providing keys to you or placing them in incorrect lockers. We have lost hundreds of dollars to be told i feel bad for you basically an oh well. I should not have to feel like i can not order anything at all because the mailmen does not do their job. This is VERY frustrating.
HORRIBLE service. They failed to deliver 2 packages but marked them both as delivered. One was left in some locker which I know nothing of, they sent me on a wild goose chase trying to get my package and guess what? I havent gotten either of them. They dont answer their phones and just gives you their times of operation when you call. They should vhange then to Whenever we feel like taking calls - 5 p.m On top of this they never tell you where your package is and just just tell you itll come soon or its close to that area.worst service ever would give them negative stars if I could.
Im sitting outside in the parking lot at 7:07 am waiting for the doors to open on 11/04/16. I have watched three customers try the doors that were supposed to open at 7:00 am but they are still locked!I simply wanted to drop off a package to be shipped and I am going to be late getting home from my graveyard shift because it is now 7:15 and the doors remain locked.I continue to watch customer after customer try the door, check their watches and then leave. Im sure the other customers are on their way to work and dont have the luxury of waiting like I do but it is still frustrating to have to wait. Finally, at almost 7:20 I can see a custodian inside but he has yet to go near the door. I have knocked on the door, the custodian looked at me and then walked away.......it took another 5 minutes for someone to finally unlock the door.
Im pretty disappointed with my local post office. The landscaping is looking decent for USPS standards lately, although the buildings glass roof could use some pressure washing for a polished appearance. I came here last week to drop off a stack of letters, and to purchase Global Forever Stamps. Surprise, theyre sold out. Just as they are, every single year, for the past quinquennium. Lines here during the holiday season are always long, stretching into the lobby, and wait times average anywhere from fifteen-twenty minutes. I really do hope things improve here, soon.
Now that Amazon offers Sunday deliveries I would have thought I would actually get deliveries on Sunday. The last six items I was supposed to get delivered on Sunday have never been delivered. These items did not require a signature so they could have left them in our work mail box. Instead the person who delivers on Sunday says we are closed when we obviously are not and drives by without attempting delivery. Have talked to a manager about the half dozen times this has happened, they always apologize and tell me they will fix it. Thus far the same thing keeps happening.
They keep delivering my mail to the wrong people and i keep recieving other peoples mails even my neighbors mail. This is not expectable, please get this under control, there is important mail, I need to know this is safely being delivered to my house.
My suggestion is NOT to open a postal box at this location. My important mail is getting lost or delivered late resulting in disconnection notices and threat of foreclosure not to mention late fees. I hope this isnt the shades of things to come from our Federal public servants.
Bad service from substitute carrier, she wouldnt stop to bring package to our house for signing, to lazy to stop to see if anyone was home, which we were, she left notice in mailbox saying we are not home. I caught up with her in other neighborhood to get my package, she said they dont have to come to the door for a signature. I requested signature for my delivery, so whats the point of offering that service, if they are to lazy to even stop at the house. My son was outside, trying to get her attention, and she just kept going. DISAPPOINTING...
Love the staff at this location. Always extremely helpful and cheerful
What do these people expect? Ive never had a issue with USPS. This location is friendly and helpful; apparently there are a lot of impatient, unappreciative and overly demanding people who want everything right now. There is such a thing as bad customers who take out their problems on people.
Worst post office ever. I swear it feels like they steal my stuff. Ive had on several occasions not received multiple packages anf i get notifications that they were delivered. I have NEVER been able to reach a person on the phone. I cant wait until Amazon starts delivering mail. USPS is useless.
I dont understand why this branch has a phone number listed if their not going to answer. My husband and I were waiting for a package from USCIS to be delivered to my parents home. We waited a month and no package. After contacting USCIS they gave us a tracking number and the tracking number said the package was delivered but nothing was been received (the documents inside are very important and its highly unlikely that it was misplaced because weve been waiting 2 years to get to this point). My husband waited on the national line for an hour for them to send the Twin lakes branch a message to contact my husband. I missed the call and received a voicemail from Raj? but he sounded like calling us was incredibly inconvenient and left the same phone number listed on there website for us to call them back at. HOW DO WE CALL THEM BACK WHEN THEY DONT PICK UP THE PHONE????? and there voicemail is full. I would never bother with this post office if our package wasnt so important. All we needed to know was if the package was dropped off at the wrong house or returned. My husband and I relocated to a different part of Washington making things even more difficult. Before I have to pay $455 to replace the package sent from USCIS, I would at least like to know everything was done to locate it. I dont think thats too much to ask.
Automated voice service is useless. I just need to speak with a representative.
We never get our mail before 6 pm. Some times we dont get our mail at all.
Carrier on my route refuses to pick up my mail retrieval card, its been 4 days. Called this post office repeatedly with no answer and full voicemail box. Id give them an F-
Packages tracked say delivered but no packages. Attempt to call the office an hour after they open and just get a machine telling me the hours. This is why private companies are crushing the USPS.
Ive almost never encountered a wait line. They lock the doors at night and weekends, due to vandalism issues, which is inconvenient, especially since Im used to 24/7 access elsewhere.
Ive been here for 20 years or so since they opened and Im always treated courteously and always prompt to resolve any issue and to provide me with the best service that Ive had so Im very pleased overalland yes things do get lost occasionally and things do happen and thats true with every company that Ive ever dealt with my whole 56 years lol
I was tracking my package delivery online and it said that it was delivered on 7/31/15 at 10:26 a.m. It was NOT! I waited to see if it would show up the next day, as in the past my mail would arrive the following day vs the day when it said it did. Still no signs of my package. I stoped by the post office on 8/3/15 (due to weekend) and was told that the mail lady that is on our route is very diligent, only to be told a few minutes later that it was someone else delivering that day. I was told that there was a key placed into my mailbox with a white tag on it. There was no key in my box. With a white tag on it, its difficult to miss. The worker took my info saying theyd get back to me later. No call. Today I called myself, the man who answered took my info said theyd call back. Still no call. And still no package. IF they did put a key, then it was someone elses mailbox, as this has happened in the past. Its frustrating though at how passive they are in this situation.
1) They never pick up the phone during hours and the line is not even busy.2) They never deliver my mail.. My tracking says that they tried when THEY DID NOT. I stayed home ALL DAY because there were important packages that I had multiple times and THEY DO NOT FREAKING DELIVER MY MAIL.3) The workers there work super slowly so the line is almost always backup when picking up something or mailing in person. And NO I never have the wrong address for my deliveries because they get to me one way or another. Its not like my tracking says that they were unable to deliver because the address was wrong. THEY JUST DONT COME TO MY HOUSE TO ACTUALLY DELIVER. And no I am not being impatient. If my tracking says that it is out for delivery then of course I am expecting it to be dropped off THAT DAY. I SHOULDNT BE EXPECTING IT TO SAY attempt made because IT OBVIOUSLY WASNT.I would give them zero stars if I could
My mail man messes with my mail after filing a complaint on him. He doesnt ATTEMPT to deliver. He wont step a foot out of his car. Dude your a friken Mailman. When I go to check online on my package It states a notice was left. There NEVER has been a notice. Get out your cart. There is nothing in the way. Your lazy. Get another job. Id rate a 0 if I could
This is ridiculous! Our mail was not delivered at all yesterday though all the businesses around us received their mail after 5pm also not a good thing since our boxes have been broken into. When I called the post office to inquire the mail box was full and there is no way to leave a message. The funny thing is we just received a survey from the USPS regarding service. Its terrible!
Never answer the phone and/or mailbox is always full. Yeah. So pointless to leave a message. And a big OMG to Eric Hardy for being rude and oblivious to others.
Please please please install more self- service machines! It is always busy and downright awful during Christmas!
You would think during the Month of December they would put extra staff on especially on a Saturday! Most people work week days and cant get to the post office!
Improvements are visable. The ladies working this day before Thanksgiving were very fast; even working with another customer as I wrote out information for my order.
My packages are tracked and are stated as delivered to front office and I go to talk to my apartment manager and receptionist a few min after my package has been marked deliveref and they inform me that there has been no package or mail services recieved. This has happened several times and the packages that are marked as delivered are delivered days after the time marked delivered.
We live close to the post office in a (relatively) new development and they continue to misplace our mail, even though YOU PUT IT IN ONE GIANT BOX WITH THE ADDRESS TAPED TO THE INSIDE!! Please read the address. If anything, please just compare the address on the envelop, package, baggy, waste-of-space coupon junk, Netflix envelop to the damn addy IN THE MAILBOX. It aint rocket surgery folks...
Average service for a post office. Terrible service if it were any other business but of course thats true of every post office. I have never been to a post office that had enough people at the counter at any time.
Always late, dont like the service. My check has been 5 days late now cuz of this postal service.
I think the staff is very professional and although sometimes the line is long, they manage to speed up the process by filtering the line.
I tracked my package and it says delivered, but I haven’t seen it. I’ve called to see if the office knows anything but nobody picks up the phone.
Never had much issue with this Post Office except for the longgggg lines
Worst Post Office Ive ever had !Yea, as far as packages go....I found my a 3 month old Missing Package in the Neighbors Bushes. Now, another one has gone MIA
Slow service. No employees. Cold
Horrible service from delivery man. When you go to the post office, the line is long with not a lot of help.
Thick ladies working there extremely slow so I just package and print labels at home then drop off.
Receive mail late..get mail on sundays? Package was delivered ripped open with a rubber band around it to close it back up...
Fix the handle on the damn drop off box, fix your doors and hire people that can at least pretend to care.
I keep getting everyone elses mail.
They arent bad.
Super friendly and helpful.
Dont expect them to actually deliver your stuff.
The worst post office ever! They have never answered their phone!!!!! And my mail is never delivered on time and they will say they tried to deliver my packages and dont! And they will skip our mailbox for days at a time, we will go like 3 days with no mail!!
Great staff
Lost my package
Do you even Trac?
Polite
Okay
