No idea how the person taking the money can be so miserable. First time that I have dropped off and did not know the process. If you dont like your job, you might find another rather than contribute to decreasing the reputation of your employer.

Waste Management is the worse company I have ever done business with. Besides never delivering my can, I had to buy my own and they agreed to service it and not charge me until they delivered me a wm can. They broke the top off my can and then dropped the entire trash can in their garbage truck, when they retrieved it, it was covered in trash and maggots. I was never compensated for my can nor did they ever deliver me a new one so I cancelled service.

Operators do a great job and are helpful, but facility is very lacking. Expensive compared to other counties and I always have to wait well over an hour because there is no system for weighing out. You have to leave and wait in line for the entry scale again, which gets backed up from people waiting to dump in the facility.

Plan on spending the better part of a day for something that should be 30-40 minutes will take 3-4 hours..

Ive dumped trash in 6 different states over the years. This, by far, was the least efficient way of doing it. Ive been in line 2 hours and estimate it will take me 4 hours to finish this task. Trucks parked on the highway.They need to look up Davis County Utahs system and emulate it. They know what theyre doing. Waste Management is twice their cost, too. This place is a joke.Update: It now costs a total of $76/ton to dump here. What a joke.

Hands-down the slowest line of any landfill in the state of Georgia. I’ve experienced multiple occasions where this line freezes for almost up to an hour and doesn’t move at all, and they’ve made it impossible to reach anyone by phone. Go somewhere else.

Tuesday, February 16th. Arrived at 11:00 AM. Gates locked and nosign. Stating reason. a 30 minute phone quest led us to a spokesperson who stated the site was closed due to weather. Sun was shining, no rain, no snow, no ice. Several loaded trucks followed us to the locked gate and had to turn around,

I loaded up my truck Saturday morning and got to the landfill at noon only to find the gates locked. I checked the website for hours of operation before I left and it was published that they would be open. at the very least a sign on your gate explaining why you were closed during normal business hours would have been helpful. On my way in and out of the landfill I noticed lots of other people in the same predicament.

Very crowded and unorganized. There was one African American middle aged gentleman that was nice. The older Caucasian man was very rude.

As expected a littleSlow for the volume self service for the most part but got done what I had to get done

The lady who works in the weigh station is very professional and courteous. The workers in the building were very helpful in getting trucks in and out.

Its convenient. For a regular truck load of branches or bushes IM charged $15 every time and others are charged $5. Theres no Set price. Theres No set price.

They never actually answer the phone when you call, which I did on New Years Eve day to verify they were open. Their website doesnt list NYE day as a holiday so I assumed normal operating hours. I was wrong. They closed at noon.

Always a long line so pack your vehicle accordingly if you think you need to make multiple trips. The close at 4pm so get started early!

Expensive and could care less about the damage they do to your can. Tore mine apart and never responded. Then after cancelling two weeks and the still have not picked it up after three call.

I was with this company for 4 years and paid my bill in entirety for the year, every year but what I got was a lot of stress and aggravation.They would miss picking up my trash week after week. When I call to complain they would apologize and the next week the same thing would happen. They said I had the wrong container ( the one they gave me) and would bring another out. They did and the same thing continued but got worse.I finally had to let them go because it became so much of a hassle. Their phone message says they close at 430 and take the last load at 4. I found Out yesterday that this is not true. Was told at 345 that they were closed already. Asked them about the phone message and couldn’t get a reason why they closed early. More expensive than Newnan and surrounding areas. Notice they don’t respond to the negative reviews only the positive ones 🤔

Theyre quick to help direct you to the proper recycle/waste area & pleasant to deal with.

The people who work there are very professional and do their best to keep things moving. The fees really arent that bad.

They do a great job working with customers. Lines can be long at times.

You have to unload your own truck. Clayton county landfill uses inmates and is a little more expensive. Long lines on Saturday.

Trash will not pick up anything not in can. Pay for recycling service, but have to call multiple times to have recycling picked up. Customer service is good, but there is very poor follow through.

I would appreciate if they would update their trucks so they dont leak and stain the street. This is not the fault of the drivers. Also, I know WM does truck maintenance, but I have learned their equipment is handed down from other states. Its hard to maintain what is worn out. However, I do appreciate that WM has modernized their garbage trucks with the automated arm. They are still using hand-me-down trucks that need excessive maintenance. On the whole, the guys (and if ever any women) who operate them do a great job with what resources are provided them. That includes their maintenance technicians as well. Kudos, keep up the good work, and budget towards providing workers equipment that helps the customers and ultimately the WM corporation!

Garbage on our street was not picked up. We called to get a credit and the woman was extremely hateful. What time did you put the garbage out, was the garbage can blocked, how do I know your neighbors garbage didn’t get picked up, you should have called earlier. Our garbage was out the night before and no house on our street had garbage pickup last week because all the garbage cans were out the night before and are still out there on Tuesday morning. I guess the customer is always wrong until you can prove what you are saying is right. I’m thinking we need another garbage service. Wow soooo rude.

I called WM on 7/27/16, and received awesome customer service! I spoke to a Customer Service Representative by the name of LaRonda. Unfortunately, I did not receive her last name. I was looking for specific information regarding WMs Transfer Stations. She was able to get me in contact with a representative at the Fairburn Transfer Station, which turned out to be a difficult task. She never got frustrated and helped me out tremendously. I hope she receives some sort of recognition for the service she provided.

Horrible customer service. They choose to have an automated system that wont let you speak to anybody either no matter how you answer the prompts. I would give a rating of no stars if I could! You will be better off finding another location to spend money at!!!

Recycling is frequently not picked up at scheduled times. I have to call them to reschedule a later pickup or get a service fee credit, and like today, even though they promised to come, I will have to haul everything back into the garage.
