This company always does a great job! I’ve used them a few times now to clear properties that we manage, and I’ve never been the least bit dissatisfied with the service I received. They come out the same day and go above and beyond what is expected of a haul-off company. Their prices are extremely competitive and I won’t be using anyone else from now on! Do not use this business. I called for a garage clean out, they called at 10:40 saying 20 minutes for arrival, I called an hour later and he said they were stuck in traffic. Trailer arrived 2 hours late, one guy only but he did load for about 30 minutes. The other two movers/loaders arrived about 4:00 (after a very heated 3 phone calls arguing with the company) to load the rest of it. Every time I spoke with them I got a different story/scam and buyer beware if you use them. The workers did great but the promptness and shadiness and scamming they tried to do on just getting the job complete was a nightmare. This Masters Degree woman will not be pushed around and I have pictures of it loaded just in case the police need to get involved if they don’t finish, I also waited twice on hold because I was going to report to the police that this company may not do what they say in the end. 7 phone conversations and every time was a different lie.

This company goes out of there way to help you and your specific situation. Very kind people, and affordable work. Henry was very helpful and got someone out to my house same day. If I could give 6 starts I would. Thank you NWA Affordable Hauling, you are my go to!

I called to see if anyone was available to remove some dirt from our backyard. I did not expect an immediate response. Henry picked up when I called, confirmed a same-day appointment, showed up on time, and completed the job for a reasonable price. Excellent work, responsive, and very professional. Highly recommend.

Henry picked up my first load of carpet, padding and moving debris for me in April. He returned today, June 21 to pickup and haul away the remaining old carpet and moving debris. True story of a business that takes professionalism seriously. What should have been a simple job was complicated by third party help. The business (Henry) specifically rectified the situation. He came personally and picked up my items and some extra and refunded my entire cost. I insisted I needed to pay because he was taking several large and heavy items… he refused. He said he couldn’t accept it because the job was not done on time and he needed to make it right. I will use them in the future because even in a bad luck situation they made it work and were extremely professional.

We replaced our floors and the old torn out floors were in the garage. Affordable Hauling came out the same day that I called them (within just a couple of hours) and got it all cleaned up extremely fast. The two guys that came even swept the garage after they picked it up! This is an excellent company that I wouldnt hesitate to use again or recommend to others.

They came to pick up some chairs and a very heavy desk. They were professional, quick and had a great attitude having to hall a heavy desk down a lot of stairs. Definitely would use them again.

It’s in the name!! Think of the financial situation of 2020 and then add being a teacher to it. I had to move from CO to AR and take a second job. I needed some items picked up today and they were absolutely wonderful! There’s a $150 minimum but explaining my circumstances and that I only needed a small pickup done, they worked with me. Real people with real cares. I’d recommend them to anyone needing help with waste removal.
