This is the only man to call about your appliance issues. He is very knowledgeable and helpful to the point he actually talked me through the repair(clogged vent) saving me his fees.Glad I called him. Don’t be hesitant about calling him he isn’t in it just for the money but also helping people.

I dont know if the issue with my washer was simply too common a malfunction to warrant a house call or if the person on the other end of the phone was just feeling generous, but they talked me through my issue, and the leak was fixed at no charge to me. Would recommend.

Highly impressed! Our dryer was squeaking so horribly we couldnt stand it. He came out the day after we called and had it working like new within an hour. No broken pieces or missing screws or damage to the dryer from taking it apart.10/10 would hire him again!

Justin delivered above expectations. We have an older dryer that needs help, and Justin was honest and considerate of me. He could have sold me on repairing the dryer, but instead let me know that he could fix the immediate problem, but it would be a short term fix because of the age of dryer and the manufacturer no longer makes parts. Hes got a customer for life, now. You cannot put a price on integrity.

Justin was prompt and friendly and knowledgeable. He replaced the seal on my daughters front load LG Washer and balanced it to get rid of the shake. The shake came back the next load she did and he came back by and adjusted it again. It’s like a new washer now. Don’t hesitate to call Everything Washer and Dryer.

I called Everything Washer and Dryer today to inquire about a washer repair. Justin was gave excellent advice over the phone to help me quickly determine if the issue was minor and worth repairing or if I should invest in a new washer. He also offered good insight on brands to consider based on repair records. Love that this company would forfeit a service call and say a client time and money.

He told me he couldnt get the washer to work. I had to show him how to run a diagnostic test on my washer. I then had to show him how to run the test, so water would run into the machine. I explained if he pressed start again, that the water would drain. I found this out from youtube before he came. I had to pay $50 for him to tell me it was broken. Youd think someone who fixes washers would know how to run a test like the guy on youtube. Seemed incompetent to me. Would you want to pay $50 after you show the repairman how to run a test??
