I have confidence in the quality of service provided by Ms. Leak. She is always professional, knowledgeable, and patient during each encounter. She has assisted me on several occasions when I come into H&R block. She recognized me when I entered the office even whilst wearing a face covering. The customer service provided has exceeded my expectations. Ms. Leaks knowledge and exceptional service gives me confidence in allowing H&R block to prepare my taxes.

H&R Block will not be getting any more of my money. Why pay someone to do your taxes when you can do them yourself and its free !! They will mess your refund up then when you call them they say, I dont know.

I love the team at the Owen Drive location in Fayetteville. They are always helping each other and the clients to get the best results on their returns.

Great Expert; Fantastic Service!!

Our visit was at the Owen Drive office and our first impression was not great at all. The young lady at the front desk with the long dark hair is totally RUDE! She has NO customer service skills. She stayed on her phone the entire time we were in the office. She is extremely unprofessional and according to the preparer, she is the Assistant Office Manager. She is definitely not management material and needs to be trained in customer service. I would give the front desk 0 stars if possible. On the upside, Ms Powell is very knowledgeable, extremely polite and accommodating. Ms Powell deserves 5 stars.

They work for the IRS so be careful and keep in mind they will share your information with other H&R blocks and they will report you to the IRS to be audited. That is one of the ways the IRS looks into your finances.

My tax preparer was Mr. Howard Lloyd and he was really on top of his game. He was fast and efficient. I would highly recommend him and this h&r block location.

Terrible service. The lady seemed like she doesnt know what shes doing. Ive never owed any money to the state. This place ended up screwing me over. I had to pay the North Carolina Department of Revenue $593 and then the lady had the nerve to tell me that I still had to pay the $200 fee. Will never go to this place again.
