I made an appointment to apply for WIC and when I showed up today (Friday), the lady at the front told me that they were closed for the day and were in a meeting. She told me to come back on Monday….. which is 5 days before my due date (I’m pregnant)! That is a huge inconvenience and very unprofessional of them to not call and notify me that I would need to change my appointment. I also work full time, so how do they expect me to show up Monday to apply? I could even go into labor before Monday gets here… I’m very disappointed with my experience.

If you dont like dealing with the public change your job. The receptionist there at 15:30 on 2/5/2020 was extremely rude. Okay I didnt have my documents but I came there on a whim after dss suggested I do so. So if it werent for that I would have came prepared. I was nothing but polite and received attitude in return. And then when she schedules the appointment she asks me what time do I want to come in and I say 10am and she says 7:15am. But on the paper she wrote down 10am. So I honestly dont know whats going on. Maybe she is having a bad day. But thats not my problem. If I treat you respectfully why am I disrespected as a result?

They act like they dont want to deal with you. They talk too fast to where you cant understand them and they make you feel rushed. The nutritionists are nice and friendly.

They didnt pick up the phone about a question that needed to be answered for changing formula.

This is the slowest place I ever went to. I had a appointment at 8am and it is 10am now. I havent even been seen and there is no where to even sit at. The employees are walking around talking and laughing with each other. I understand if I was a walk in but Im not. They need to do something about this place or get new or more employees for this place.

They are giving good service and the waiting time is resonable. I understand the long waiting time since there are a lot of customers. However, some of staff members are not nice

Takes forever in the lobby. You get the hang of it though.The staff probably dont like their jobs, except for one male nurse who was always smiling. Lol.They do have a nursing moms room in the back, but you have to ask for it.Cartoons are always on tv which is considerate for young kids who have to come with you.

I personally dont see what everyone is talking about there very sweet an respectful had a wonderful time coming wonderful program an helpful with tips about pregnancy

Some days are better than others as far as the waiting period, but over all the staff is wonderful, friendly, and professional.

They must have overbooked appointments today...I arrived at 9:50 for my 10:00 appointment. I finally left the office at 11:30. I usually dont have that long of a wait, but today was ridiculous.

Very nice and friendly staff. They helped us out a lot. The staff didnt mind my kiddos running arouund and being kids. They are super helpful and we were in and out (for a new account) in about 40mins. They only negative I have is that they habe zero toys or things for the kids to do on the waiting area... or any area. ): you HAVE to bring you kids, but they dont even supply a couple of toys :/

I always get quick service no matter how many people are in the waiting area. In general I am in and out in about 30-45 minutes.

The staff are really nice, but what’s irritating is every time I need to call to either make and appointment or whatever they never call back or answer their phones when I’ve called numerous times.

Nice, courteous staff. In and out. A lot more efficient than other WIC offices Ive been in.

Everytime I would go with my friend, the receptionist would all have rotten attitudes. Its as though though they wanted the paycheck but not put in the work. And forget about trying to call them

HORRIBLE! Would not see my children and I because it was time for them to leave. Their computers were down for 2 days! Inconvenience to my kids and myself! They couldve at least issued vouchers to me to get through the weekend for powered milk.. i then come today and they want to be rude about THE TIME! I will be reporting this! I dont care if you close in 15 minutes! SO MUCH FOR WOMAN..INFANTS AND CHILDREN!

Unprofessional. I have called several times and left voicemails to have my calls returned but they never did call me .in addition, they schedule way too many at a time, you practically have to cancel everything for the day.
