Usually not the one to make complaints but when it comes to my money and my dog, it’s different. I had an appointment yesterday at 1730, to which they called me at 1430 asking me to bring him in early that they had no other dogs there and could knock him out earlier. I dropped him off at 1450 and was told by the lady at the desk 1- 1 1/2 hours he would be ready. I came back 2 hours later and politely asked how long till he would be ready and was told anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and received rude sarcastic snide comments when i just asked then why was i told to bring him in earlier that nobody was here and told an hour to and hour and a half. The 2 ladies sitting at the back table on their phones told me my dog was sitting in the back WET waiting to be dried (even though he’d been here for 2 hours at this point) that his groomer was working on another dog then i was told to go walk around the store that she “supposes” she could go dry him. 5 minutes later i get him back, his nails looked like whomever did them just didn’t care enough but i let it slide because i was already frustrated enough that I paid 60.00$ for this. When I got him he was still wet (and smelled like water that has sat for awhile), and was shedding worse then before I dropped him off which means the service of a 15 minute brushing was not done. The next morning, I realized that his pads were also not shaved which is included in the package that I paid for as well as wax i cleaned out of his ears myself. This is so disappointing to me because I trust my baby will be taken care of when dropping him off and paying money I work hard for. After quite awhile of bringing my baby here, I think this is where our time with petsmart ends. SUPER SUPER disappointed. Please do better for everyone’s babies!’n💙

They didnt have much of what we wanted in cat toys. But we went last week and adopted a beautiful kitty. She is so sweet. 3 years old she loves face and head rubs

Clean store and friendly people, but the prices at PetSmart have gotten out of control. With so many choices out there, you would think they would try to be more competitive.

I went and got my son a male Betta fish. And the customer service was really great. They were very informative about the type of fish I was getting. They also explained when to clean the tank, and how often to feed him. The type of food to feed him. Everyone was very polite and courteous.

This was the first time I went here and couldnt find an associate to help me. After walking around for 15 minutes, finally went to walmart and found something close to what I was looking for.

We took the babies in to get their names on their tags. It was so awesome the line moved quickly and everything else was easy to find all you have to do is read the signs. Everyone was so polite.

I love pet smart especially this one on Ramsey street. Awesome awesome place to get your Guinea pigs. My daughter got hers from there and she loves her Gilda the Guinea pig

I wont bring my dog back here to be groomed. Paid $83 for trimming I didnt ask for. I can barely recognize my dog. Its uneven and patchy. Absolutely unacceptable

Dont you ever go there if you have a wife and children bent in making your house a dog pound. LOLStill need to work on prices... 🤷🏻‍♂️

After driving 40 minutes to Fayetteville, grooming appointment was cancelled. Sure, I went to the wrong location to start with, but once I was informed of my error by the staff, I called to let them know I was on the way from one location to another and what time GPS said I would arrive. They had absolutely no consideration of how long/far I drove to give them my business.

We have received the very best 🐕‍🦺 of service at PetSmart over the years. And most of it came from the effort of Michelle with Tootie in the grooming department. We thank you so much 😊

About what you expect from every PetSmart. It is right by a huge Walmart. They were out of crickets, but that seems to be a National supply problem because all the pet stores keep running out.

Rude does not cover how this place treats you. I will admit we were a few minutes late, but with in our window. Our groomer berated my wife and explained to us that we were just one customer and not a big loss. I would place lower if it was an option. I will never do business here again instead Ill use blessed oasis they are far nicer, cheaper, and my pet looks better

Wonderful place to shop for all your pet needs. I called and spoke to a knowledgeable associate to determine if the product was in stock. Another associate in the store located it for me and checked me out. Great experience in a clean, friendly store. I will return.

Waiting over 2.5 hours for my food. Orders have been sitting on the floor, they are not controlling who is touching the orders.

We went in looking for a doggy sweater. Did not know what size to get so we showed a photo of our dog to the employee and he helped us pick out the right size. Very friendly stuff. Extremely clean store.

Staff was very helpful. Shelves were very well stocked. Customers pets in the store were well behaved, cant say that about some of the Customers. Cashier was very friendly.

Great service from beginning to the end. Booking online and picking our package was an ease. The staff greeted us with a warm welcome making me feel extremely comfortable with leaving my fur baby for her first ever grooming appointment. I’m very happy with the finished product. My baby smelled good, her ears were squeaky clean and nails neatly trimmed. We will be returning!

Horrible service, and overpriced items. the only reason I’d not give them one star is because they have adoptable pets every Saturday.

As usual Noah is the man he is so helpful and always finds the right products I need was able to check off all of my needs for my pups and my reptiles I love when he is their I always know I will leave happy 😃

By far the best Banfield hospital Ive been to! Petmart is great too, but the hospital set it apart. Make sure to get on a petsmart card rewards account. Just by buying the food each month, I get enough points to buy toys and other items.

I found doggy bow ties for $5, and a toy for my dog thats an egg shaped plush meant to be torn up, to reveal a different plush squeaky toy inside (I got the dinosaur one 🥰)

PERFECT PLACE. I love how all of the people are so nice and I love how all the animals have a nice place to stay in perfect place to get stuff for your pets or to adopt a pet I love this girl right here if I had the money I would totally get her her fur coat is so pretty. I hope she gets a good home I hope the other pets get a home too.

I havent been in petsmart in years. I have a new bundle of joy and had to find kittens formula. They have isles of cat supplys. I wish I got her name but she helped me find what I needed to care for a 3week year old kitten. She genuinely wanting to help me. Gave it a 4 rating cause there was only 1 cashier was too busy cutting boxes to notice I was waiting to check out 😄

I adopted my new kitty here. The process was streamlined. All my questions were answered. I received a voucher with coupons to use for purchases for my new baby and got immediate help with any questions. Very impressive staff. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.

We went to pick up a pet that we were adopting. It is a standard big box store. I liked that the pet adoption was in the back and had outside space.

Pretty good selection of goldfish. I usually purchase around 75, tonight I got 175 for my ducks to dive for!

I think they should put pets for adoption on their website. I loved playing with the cats up for adoption in store but cant view which cats are still available unless I go in.

This place is awesome to get cat,dog food, etc. And it has some pretty good animals

They offered a hour potty training class and said I would receive all the necessary tools to potty train my dog. The instructor was nice but nothing was accomplished or learned that I couldn’t learn on YouTube . After about 10 mins, we were staring at each other and I was hoping for more. I would have just benefited from meeting the employee on an aisle and just getting the exact same info from them there. Not worth the time or money.

Not enough items on shelf. Need good help. And finally why not have at least senior citizens discount. Moreover the fish tanks are dirty and dead fish are in the tanks just floating. Then to top that there are no people working in the fish area.

The cashier was terrible! She was ignoring us because she was talking on her walkie and when we asked for a bag for our items she snatched up the dog food and slammed it into the bag while rolling her eyes and then proceeded to keep her eyes shut with a twisted face all because she didnt want to do her job! We will NOT be going back there again, what terrible customer service!

They always have everything I need for my furbaby, and staffs are always nice, friendly and helpful with our needs. I highly recommend petsmart! I love their services.

Got our bearded dragon today, with 40 gal tank, decorations and food. Got everything we came for, just felt like its not very welcoming. Im not sure why, but for places for pets, it can have better PR. Its basically get and find our own stuff. Needed to keep going around to find the person we bought the dragon from.

Always a good place to get supplies for pets and see happy faces of pups walking around the store.

100 percent worthless, Ive never heard of someone having issues getting a small dog out of the kennel. Didnt even try, needless to say wont go back.

Be careful buying small animals here. I purchased and was sold two female guinea pigs, and now have one pregnant guinea pig because one was obviously not a female. Will never be using this store again.

Great variety of items for all pets. I was looking for a variety of chinchilla toys and items and was pleasantly surprised to finally find some! The sales throughout the store were also enticing. Very clean store and great selection overall!

I went to the Care center for a bath for the cats meow. Even though Bella was not able to get this done, Rosie still smells wonderful. The nice place to send your family. So friendly and helpful and professional.

I was able to adopt my dog from here. Her name is Baby Girl.

Petsmart always seems to irritate me. What is the purpose of setting an appointment if one you are never going to honor it by being on time and two being extremely lazy about your job when you know your customer is waiting. I am sorry but if I make an 8 am appointment when your doors open I actually expect you to be ready to receive me and provide the service I requested. Waiting 20 minutes is just plain rude. That is why appointments are made!

I have a German shepherd, so a TON of shedding. I recently, yesterday, took my dog to get nails and a grooming, including bath. When I came in I was told my dog wouldnt stay still for the nails to be clipped, which I can believe. She smelled clean and was still damp from the bath. When she dried I noticed there was still a lot of fur coming off, so I took a brush to her. In 10 min. on just her left hind quarter, I pulled enough fur off her to literally make a small dog. I will be looking for a new groomer after this.

Selection of items was good...... they opened registers as needed to keep wait time to a minimum.

Much better than the Skibo location. I didnt have to search for an employee and they had what I needed in stock.

I would give 5 stars but its hard to find an associate who isnt busy to help me. And the feeder fish are never ready to sale when I come.

They were all so friendly! I brought my bedazzled dog in and they just fell in love!! Thank you guys for being so sweet! Not sure who the lady was showing me the collars or the young lady at the register helping me pick out dog tags but you guys were lovely!!!
