I have called Ridapest twice with concerns. The first time was about carpenter bees. The young man was scheduled to come, was punctual, told me what they were and a home remedy for getting rid of them...no charge! The second call was about getting their help with flies. I asked about their treatment, as I am reluctant to be around pesticides. Tim told me the process, how long its effective and the cost. Then he proceeded to tell me about a website where I could order some effective products to use myself...again no charge! AMAZING!!!!

A couple of months ago, we ran in to a pretty impossible situation with Rid-A-Pest and we were prepared to cancel our service. The owner, Tim, called me the next day and made things right when he could have just let us go. I will be a Rid-A-Pest customer as long as they are here. The customer service goes above and beyond. There are many other companies out there that I’m sure offer comparable services, but I would challenge anyone to find one with the commitment to serving and valuing it’s customers.

We had a raccoon that gave birth in our fireplace enclosure. They fit us in during a very busy time and did a great job. Rid-a-pest safely removed momma and babies and re-homed them. I highly recommend them for wild animal removal.

We recently had a couple squirrels living in our walls (thanks to holes made by woodpeckers) and were at a total loss about how to get them out. Ben came out and provided very quick, friendly service, installing a one-way door to remove them humanely, and then providing us with a low-cost solution to seal the holes. I would absolutely recommend this company if youre dealing with squirrels!

My house is being overtaken this spring by wasps and I’ve already been stung! I called rid a pest yesterday and of course everyone has a wasp problem! I thought it could be as long as a week before they had time to come out, but Ben called today and asked if they could stop by and treat my house. These guys show up with ID badges and the best customer service manners I’ve ever seen! Due to Covid19, they wore face masks and gloves. We walked around the outside perimeter of my house and I explained where I see wasp activity. They treated the house in about one hour and said to please call if I have any more trouble with wasps. I can’t tell you how relieved I am. We can now enjoy this beautiful spring weather on our patio with out the annoyance of threatening wasps. Thank you RidAPest! They were also very conscious of social distancing and didn’t ask me to touch or sign anything that they had touched. How great is that?

I have used this company for years for pest issues. They’re accommodating and do a great job on ridding pests. David has been real patient and great to work with, even when I’m being crazy ‘cause I don’t like bugs, but who does? Well, maybe entomologists do. He does an excellent job, and little by little I’m having less and less complaints about bug issues.
