Have not seen any bugs since the service. Was just the normal quarterly service. Technician was on time, dressed neatly and was polite. Appears to be a good company and service.

First a very professional group of people!!! Next gave a detailed description of the work to be performed at my residence. My service technician (Chris Spivey) walked me through everything that was done and answered any questions I had. The following morning I received a follow up call too see if I had any additional questions. I really appreciated that!!!

We had such a great guy come spray the perimeter of our home. He was very professional and explained what he was doing and what I needed to do as well. The next day I saw the Perot of his work! Definitely recommend this company and service!

Fast, friendly service. This is a new home and the tech made sure to treat outside and inside to help get rid of the creepy crawly things that had made their way inside while the home had been on the market. We have seen great results in just a few days! I especially like that our routine service will not require anyone to be home because we have the built in lines that run through the house that can be accessed from the exterior. This is very convenient.

While the pest services themselves seem well enough, I cannot stand this company. I hate them. They are rude and clearly don’t communicate or leave notes on accounts like LOSE MY NUMBER and stop harassing me. The first “salesman” called me up, told me I don’t know my own address, and then insinuated that me being a “little woman” wouldn’t understand such decisions as pest control. And they call and call and call and knock on my door and basically, I bet that’s how they get rid of bugs! Annoy them to death! I hate this company, I really do.

The technician appeared to be very diligent in the fulfillment of his duties. I was not home to speak with him, but did see him on the cameras. He appeared to be very thorough with clearing pest debris and treating ant hills.

Home Inspection did a great job. Everything that was asked for was done. They were very professional and called ahead to let me know they were on their way. I will continue to use them. I highly recommend their services.

I’m not sure about everything they treated for but the gentleman was kind, courteous, efficient and thorough. He looked for wasp nests and treated the outside of the house as well as the.built-in treatment for inside the house that they can do from the outside. Very happy with the results. They also say they will come back and treat again if you have problems without cost between scheduled paid quarterly visits.

We decided to give this company a try after using another pest control company in the area and being disappointed. Home team was great! Huge improvement. Walked all around the outside of the house, knocked down any cobwebs or hives, sprayed for pests, baited any fire ant mounds and treated the built in pest control on the side of the house. Shortly after they emailed a detailed copy of what was used around the house as well what was done. So far a great experience

Somebody lost their dog because of the negligence of one of your employees. Im sure your company does a pretty decent job, but that employee needs to be dealt with.I wanted to make people aware of this and the heartbreak this person caused. Somebody trusted you, and they paid dearly for it. I dont know how you possibly could, but you need to make that right.

The entire process was simple and fast. From the initial phone call to getting setup with routine pest control and termite coverage, this process was about as easy as it gets. The people on the phone were great and communicated well. The tech’s were friendly and professional. Pricing was about the market standard from what we could see but the service was outstanding. Overall great experience. We will use them for a long time.

Did a great job adapting to doing a no contract business. Great communication via phone and email to collect payment virtually and schedule thier visit. Even followed up after. And of course, no pests!

We’ve been with HomeTeam since buying our home in 2015. They seemed decent in the beginning, Jerry was our original service technician and he was very nice. Then we got a new technician which I can’t really comment on because we haven’t had much interaction with him. We have a big dog in our backyard therefore unless we are aware ahead of time the backyard doesn’t get checked. This service is moderately priced which would be fine but if you want anything other than them walking around the house checking the traps In the ground then be prepared to pay extra. Whenever we have asked them to spray for something (twice now) we get told it will cost more.. because our monthly and quarterly charge that we already pay doesn’t cover those services. We have started looking into other companies to see who can offer the same services without the extra charges.

They are great, they come out and spray outside the houses then spray in the walls. I love how its not sprayed in the house. They take there time and make sure everything is done right. They clear out any spiders if there are any. I highly recommend using them.

Jeff was our technician and he was extremely pleasant and professional. He called the day before to see if the next day would work to come and do our service. If you feel like you have any issues they will do their best to come that day or the next day. We have used Home Team Pest for five years and been very pleased.

A different young man did our service yesterday and was very polite and did a great job of cleaning the porch ceiling.

Have used them since we bought house. Very easy and automated. They have a good scheduling system where tech just comes out without any necessary coordination. The pesticide works, and I do not have any insects. If you notice any issues theyll sound a tech out off schedule for no additional cost to spot treat.

Great customer service and we are bug free! Who could ask for me? The Service person by the name of Jason is awesome!!!! He really took the time to listened to our needs and went above and beyond when spraying the various areas around our home (I have a number of plants, flowers) which meant a lot.
