This location needs to be more organized and cleaned, other than that, I love Dollar General!

My experience was great. Everything was so clean on my way out, I had to just stop & take a look, the windows & entry way was So clean. The cashiers was so helpful, offering their assistance, if they saw you looking for something.

None of the stores had a big christmas selection.. but I did find something that was very reasonable priced. Its greed up to food. Pandemic shelling supply

Love this neighborhood dollar general. I always get what I need wifi the employees are nice, and hospitable. Definitely gets 5 stars from me. It serves its purpose well!

Fast paced customer service. You can get in and get out with ease.

I only stop here because its close to my house and dont have to leave the neighborhood to grab something quick but this store is a coplete wreck and hazard, the aisles are full of items and toys in the floor the poor cashier is doing the job of 4 other people.. need to hire a whole new staff. RIM RD.

More workers, more stocker,the store is to small for the product in the store all product are not in the same place,where ever there is an open space, its close to home

There are a lot of item that is cheap. I love this store.

Very disorganized and nasty store. Workers are not helpful or friendly when you ask for help to find something. I can’t get a basket through the aisles. Hoping management will clean up the store or hire someone who will. DG says they are proud to be community/neighborhood stores, but from the looks of this place, that’s a lie.

The employees who worked the night shift were helpful, patient, and friendly. The reason I give it 4 stars is because they were out of stock on some of the items I wanted to purchase.

Great deals found just what I needed

The staff are always friendly and they have a surprisingly various stock. It is a great and affordable place for basics and every day necessities, with great deals on seasonal items.

ALWAYS have to move carts, and crates, and stuff out of the way to get by ! Employees are always pleasant. They tried to upgrade, but an upgrade would be to tear down and rebuild

I actually love the new layout! At first I wasn’t too happy that they were remodeling because I had to go out my way 15 minutes to the next nearest dollar general. Now I’m thankful for the remodel. It looks nicer, cleaner, things are organized better and the line/register is set up better. Thanks!

Ran into this particular store to pick up some greeting cards and was shocked! They were doing a reset and stuff was everywhere! An associate lead me to the greeting cards and for the most part its coming together. I dont shop there often, so maybe when I come back it will be better.

This location always has the best selection of things in the city. Staff is nice. The only reason for the 4 rating is that the parking lot is always dirty. I have to park far to avoid stepping on all kinds of things. Other than that I enjoy this store a lot.

SHUT THIS STORE DOWN! Dollar General needs to close this store on Cliffdale until you all can get it clean and organize. It is extremely disorganized and cluttered. I avoid going here even though its walking distance from my home. Went in today to get something and of course I couldnt find it. Instead I ran into one of the many carts in the aisle and almost tripped. It definitely wouldnt been good if I would have gotten hurt SMH.

Management needs training in handling aggressive customers, and also need to know when they need to contact authorities and not be afraid to ask the customer to leave. Customers using profanity, calling women out of there name, threats to cause massive violence on the store and to others

Cant find anything in this incredibly cluttered and in organized location. They just had a complete renovation, didnt help with its regular operations.

Close convience always has what I need, employees are always nice and helping.

Seems a bit cluttered. Inadequate aisle space makes it hard to find what you need at times. They may consider adding seasonal to help stock.

Consider the low prices I even found toothpaste for a bill.

This is my favorite store it is Fayetteville best kept secret. They have everything you need at prices better than Walmart or the other stores

Very disappointed in the customer service. The lines are too long. Theres is never but a couple people in the store working.And the product is never on the shelves.And this is every single Dollar General you try to shop. Im about to give up on one of my favorite stores.And I know a lot of others that feels the same way. Please fix it.

Its quick, convenient, and an easy stop when you need something quick. The store is usually a mess with boxes, and some times the lines are a little long, but the staff is friendly, the prices are decent, and they keep their items stocked.

The changes have been improving the place.

The Employees are Kind, Curtious and will go out of their way to assist you. Especially the Head Manager. It is a hard pull for the people that do work there. I appreciate them Dearly.

Very clean and orderly. Got a pair of shoes for my wife 70% off.

Saturday May 30th at 8:30 pm. The black female who worked the register that night. Took her 5 min to ring me up for one item because she was catching up with old high-school friends and was even exchanging numbers. Very unprofessional but Im not surprised because she was very young, she also didnt apologize.

Fast service easy to find what I needed

The employees are nice and helpful but the store is messy inside and outside. Not very well stocked but a lot of DG are the same way.

This store has gone down. When we first moved in the neighborhood it was very neat and clean. But now is something totally different. It is so hard to walk in this store. The aisles always have something in them so you cant walk or you have to move stuff out the way to get what you need. Its so bad now I dont even want to go there anymore. I am willing to drive 5 to 10 mins out the way to another store than to go in this store. Which is less than 3 mins from my house.

I always have a pleasant shopping experience at the Dollar General. The associates are very helpful and friendly.

Live this store. Checkout can be slow but there is less turnover so the Associates get to know us regulars

Store is just too congested making it appear totally disorganized, carts with supplies sitting in the walkways. I would have rated higher because of the friendly staff but the congestion made it too difficult to move around to shop for the items needed. Couldnt maneuver with a shopping basket of your own. What about safety issues?

I was able to get in get what do wanted and get out relatively quick.

The deals are good because its dollar general bit the staff at this location are so unhelpful they will not do much to help you find an item. The sale items ate always in the back and unable to be got to. I wouldnt be so upset about this vut it has happened several saturdays in a row now. If your going to have sales you should at least stock the items so peiple can get what they come for

Scanner would not work for our totes either hand scanner or on counter. Told politely to go to the other register but the cashier did not make sure we are waited on next; so we had to wait on line again. Just annoying... The store was not tidy; messy, cluttered.
