Hugely disappointing service. Had items dropped to be packaged and boxed in July 2020. Items where left to be packaged by staff later, as is normal. However, on receipt of box over 300$ in items were removed before boxing.Received poor information from store manager. Took days to find store owner. Staff not allowed to provide contact details, location or any other information on store owner. Finally got in contact with store owner, who gave instructions on what to provide store so claim could be filled. Followed instructions. No response. Multiple emails to try to follow up, no response. Multiple phone calls to store, to be told, the paperwork is here but only the store owner can deal with it. Will remind him. This went on multiple times, through September to December. No response at all from store owner. Finally, a terse email from store owner saying my employees did not steal anything, I cannot help you.Clearly, the tore owner nor manager did not file claim, as they stated they would. Additionally, they have clearly been avoiding communication.$300 worth of items lost, no support, no assistance and complete avoidance.I would not recommend business with any of the three stores owned by this individual. If there is an issue, the support and service is not only not there, their word cannot be trusted.

This place NEVER has their computer system up so that you can print pdfs or anything from a file. I have been here 3 times in the last 6 months and their system is always down. I will NOT be back.

Very poor customer service. I can see why they only have three stars. We were told 5 minutes before closing that we could bring a package in to ship. We unloaded it from the trailer within just a few minutes and proceeded to bring it inside. After we brought it inside he told us we could no longer ship it and needed to take it back out and leave. The employee was extremely rude and unhelpful. The manager should fire whoever was working on Saturday afternoon. It was obvious he was more interested in closing up and leaving than helping a customer 5 minutes before closing. I will not be going back to this UPS location.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here, the one on college not so much. Even if I have to drive an extra 6 minutes, I always go to this UPS store. Great staff here.

Honestly I have had good past experiences with them but around the 17th of January I mailed a package to a friend in Texas and they said it would take 5 days to get there which was fine. My friend texted me today February 25th that she just got her package!!! It’s a bit insane that it took that long to get there. I understand we have had weird weather lately. But it took over a month for it to get to her!

Dropped off USPS package here along with a UPS package on 9/8/2020. UPS package made it to the destination just fine, USPS package never made it into the system. I had a receipt for the UPS package, no receipt for the USPS package. Amazing how one disappeared and one didnt.**EDIT 10-12-2020** After posting this review my missing package was magically found and sent on its way on 10-1-2020.

Very disappointed. I dropped of packages with prepaid shipping shortly after lunch. Instead of going out that day, which they should have, they sat in the back of the store. I asked the gentleman working (who was also working when I dropped them off) why they didn’t go out. His response was that they just didn’t make it on the truck. I asked why not and was told “Sorry, I don’t know. I don’t have anything to do with that.” They need to understand that we are trusting them with packages that deal with our business. It may not be a big deal to them but it certainly is important to us.

Closed without any reason. They open at 8am and it’s 11am now and no one is here. It was icy this morning but it’s clear now. I wasted my time driving here.

If there was an option to give zero stars I would. Had a friend ship a package for to my parents back home. Package arrives and it is the wrong one and mine was shipped somewhere else completely. Myself and the owner of the package I received called to store to get it resolved. Ive been jerked around for a week now with no solution. Been told FOR A WEEK that a manager or the owner would call me with a solution but still nothing. DO NOT USE this unprofessional, unresponsive place of business if at all possible.

Find another place to ship your items. Paid for next day delivery, package arrived at receiver 4 days later and the store wants to give me the run around about getting a refund since it was delivered 3 days late. Probably a combination of inexperience incompetence and the fact that they just dont care.

Terrible delivery service. I had an urgent package that was very expensive delivered to my house. The app said it was guaranteed to be there by 4:15pm it wasn’t there till 5:30pm. I’m furious. Everyone should use FedEx instead.

Shipped out 18 boxes to Amazon but i had problems printing my labels on my thermal printer. They let me load my pdfs there at the store and print them off. Not only that but the guy there, Jesus, helped me sort out which labels went with what boxes. He was very helpful and friendly and i would recommend this ups store to anyone.

A youtuber who Iam a viewer of was treated badly at this place. The UPS employee filmed him with his phone, bossed him around and told him to stop dumpster diving IN GENERAL. The youtuber was as nice as he could have been and said that dumpster diving is legal in the US. To which the UPS employee answered Yeah, but you just dont do that, man. Very unprofessional. The youtuber also said Once you say leave, I leave and left the premises as by request of the UPS employee. It also seemed there were no signs as the UPS employee said You dont need any (no dumpster diving) signs. Also no fences or gates were present and the dumpster was open.

Store hours are 8am-630pm I am here now at 820am. No one is here except for me and 2 others sitting in there car waiting for them to open. Absolutely unacceptable for company to have unreliable employees. People need to get to work. I suggest using a different ups store.

Want to let everyone know that your local UPS store accepts packing peanuts for recycling. Recently received a package that was overstuffed with the styro-foam peanuts and I didnt want them to go into a landfill. Good to know that UPS will reuse them.

Yes, the driver came to the door and on my camera he then takes his knuckles and knocks on the door which no one inside can hear. Why he doesnt have the common sense to push the door bell is beyond me, but now I have to wait for it to be delivered the next day to another facility. What a crock of incompetence!

I came to ship something at 6:05 and they decided to close early today. Their hours are clear on the web and on their door that they close at 6:30, it is frustrating that I was there 25 minutes before closing and it didn’t seem to matter to the employee closing up that they weren’t suppose to be closing yet. Extremely irritating.
