Very disappointed in new management. Ive been going for over 6 years. The manager couldnt locate my name or address. He inputted the wrong address to send my package and then requested to see my ID before sending my FEDEX package. Wont be returning until staff changes again.

I had a money order white wash from this location and had to report it to the police so be very careful !! At this business location !! I also shipped off a package without a return label and they told me that it was OK and employee looks it up on line as she (supposedly )found the location and shipped it to a bogus location. So be care who u deal with at this location. Employee no I can’t get my item back. This business location are scam artists!!!

Shipped my package to the wrong place then told me that they wouldnt be responsible for their mistake due to their policies which made no sense at all. The overhead manager seems useless as ever. Im out of 160.00 due to someones mistake and they refuse to correct it. Told me to contact the company that they accidently sent my box too then told me to file a claim with ups to hopefully get some of my money back. No apology or attempt to rectify the situation at hand. (Except one woman) Dont ship through this offices. . They will lose your box and act as if its no big deal. Completely incompetent manager with thee worst service I ever experienced.

I was told that they don’t like me asking for separate receipts for UPS/Fedex because it takes too much paper. I need separate ones to put with other paperwork. If you don’t provide receipts then say that. Don’t tell me basically I’m an inconvenience and oh lord it’s costing you soooo much money to provide a receipt like I’m using the whole roll. If you don’t want to provide customer service then don’t have a business. I will make sure to tell everyone NOT to go there for anything because it’s too much for you to handle.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I spent all morning trying to track down a missing $1500 package. I dropped it off last Wednesday, and it had ZERO scans from UPS. UPS officially launched an investigation, and advised me to call Qwik Pack & Ship to see if it was lost there first. So I called, and was advised that the UPS guy doesnt scan the packages in when they receive them but they would check to see if it was there. She would call me back she said. She told me she had about 5 packages waiting to be picked up, and started rushing me off the phone. I asked if she could at least verify my package was over there, she scoffed and gave me attitude. I think I deserve to even know if my package is among the 5, which she said she would call me back (she did not have my phone number) and hung up. I called 5 times over the course of the next hour, and she kept blowing me off. Finally I called at 11am, and she caught a MAJOR attitude with me telling me that the UPS guy was there picking up the package now, and that she had to go. SHE NEVER EVEN VERIFIED MY PACKAGE WAS THERE!!!! She proceeded to lecture me about how it wasnt her fault and that I could come pick it up if I wanted, and how I was not only holding up the UPS guy but also customers. All I wanted was to verify that my package was there. She told me I would see that he scanned it in shortly. When I asked why that was different from what she told me earlier, she pretty much told me that I was catching an attitude and she wasnt going to deal with it and she had to go. When I asked if they would pay to have it overnighted, since this was their fault and was causing me to lose business, she told me that I wasnt the only one losing business, as she was sure she was going to lose mine and hung up. I am beyond livid, and I called the local UPS hub to find out that no trucks have been broken down, and no one has visited that store yet today. So not only have they misplaced my package, that I STILL do not even know if it is still there, but they lied to me. STAY FAR AWAY! I was a regular customer here and always enjoyed the business of the gentleman who is there in the afternoon, but this lady in the morning is beyond rude AND a liar.

I went in to return a box with a shipping label already printed and ready to go. I didn’t have any packing tape at home, so needed it taped at the shop. When I walked in, I was told it was a 50 cent fee to tape it. Weird, but okay. The woman taping my box was having trouble with the tape and was talking to a coworker about it and stated, in front of me, “I love when people come in with their boxes taped and ready to go. It amazes me when people do it and makes me happy”. I was at a loss for words. I paid you for a service, and you’re going to complain about it..in front of me? Needles to say, I’ll be going elsewhere for future packaging needs. It’s rare I do a review online, but felt this needed to be noted.

This is the only place I will EVER use to ship anything. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and show me the best way to ship my package. Im up there at least once a week and they have never disappointed me. They even keep my information on file so it can be pulled up easily and I dont have to recite it every time.

Best service in town! The staff is friendly and very helpful. I will drive from Ciffdale road just to go here because of the customer service. There is even a USPS on Cliffdale that i refuse to go to because the service isnt good and the staff is rude and not helpful at all. But this place rocks! Highly recommend! Great service! Great people that work there! Polite and helpful.

Deeply unsatisfied with the service I received here. The staff team was not much help nor was able to make an effective rebuttal to the situation. One of my packages that got sent here was last seen here, and zero updates since. The package alone is worth thousands, and Im deeply saddened of the situation. I hope their staff takes the matter more seriously, and looks through surveillance cameras.

This is an excellent locally owned shipping store. You can ship most anything here via any method. This is a military town so they wont be surprised at an address you give them. You can also send and receive a fax. You can rent a mailbox as well. Conveniently located in the big Walmart Center at the Cumberland Hoke county line.

I have used this establishment for over 7 years now and I have not been disappointed. I dont know why they have bad reviews, but it is what it is, it really isnt their fault if companies like FedEx, UPS or the regular postal service isnt doing their jobs by scanning in or scanning out packages, because these people are just there to put the labels on for us and get it in the system for pick-up, so really yall should be more concentrate and understanding of stuff like this, with that being said if you are shipping highly valuable merchandise or items, maybe you should go to the UPS shipping place located in the West Wood Shopping Center, I used them once and I didnt like the service I was given, BUT people treat others differently, so it could have just been a misunderstanding on my part or maybe the person just didnt give two craps about how they treated me lol ANYWAY love this place, Ill continue using them for my business !!!

I used to go to Qwik Pack (on the corner of raeford rd and gillis hill) every time that I needed to mail something. Not anymore. I brought in gifts to mail off and an item was left out of one of the boxes. When I called in to let them know I was told that it was very unusual and was asked if the recipient just happened to miss the item. I assured him that she hadnt, that she went through the box a few times and the item wasnt in it. I was told that hed get to the bottom of it and call me back. That call never came. I waited a couple of weeks and tried to call back again and no one knew what I was talking about. I talked to a different gentleman that said hed leave word with his second shift manager and that Id hear from him that afternoon. Again, no call. The item never made it to its destination and there have been no offers to reimburse me for the item or even the shipping or packing costs. Im done bothering to contact them now. I shouldnt have to chase them down when theyre the ones that screwed up. A new pack and ship store opened up down the road from me. Ill take my business there instead and instruct my neighbors to do the same.

Can I leave 0 stars ?? So they lose my expensive package. Was personally dropped off and never handed over to usps. So did they steal my package ? It was a high value item and they do not want to help me. Don’t use these people unless you want your stuff stolen and they do nothing about it

Lazy as heck. They didn’t help me at all. Guy in the white shirt (today June 16/18)Just look at me and didn’t help me at all. Had to drop a package off already label and everything. Hopefully another shipping office opens close near me but I’m officially done with my amazon business here. Learn how to get a better staff.Oh I notice The owner clams all of the problems come from the other store. I’m talking about the store on raeford road by WalMart. This is the correct adrress under the review.

Very disappointed in this locations service. I was called at home by Bob, the manager and was told not to ask employees for a receipt because it was a waste of their time. Not sure how he got my phone number but he said he found it in their database. We were told to go to the post office if we were just going to drop off prepaid postage packages. I was told by Bob, the manager, if I wasnt buying postage from them then to take my packages elsewhere. Only giving 1 star because I have to. 8/6/2018In response to qwik pak, I am his wife and was in the store on this day. I was also present when you called my home. There was not an issue until we left and a phone call was placed to our home in reference to us dropping off packages. If it was such an issue, you would have addressed us as the transaction was occurring instead of searching for our phone number to call us on our personal phone. Next time, address the situation as it is happening, in person. He did not demand anything. He asked for a receipt for his records and proof that his items were dropped off. The receipt was not for tracking.

DO NOT USE for a notary. The lady made a mistake on my motorcycle title because she assumed she new how to spell the sellers last name and didnt verify on the front. So now it is going to cost me $150 dollars to get the motorcycle title changed over. Incompetence..

I GOT ROBBED!!! $3 to use their computer in order to print some documents...but they’re so cheap, that they DON’T have Microsoft Office (Excel) so I wasn’t able to print anything. THEY STILL CHARGED ME THE $3!!!!!!!!!

Will never use this place again. I used them to FedEx overnight a package. It in turn took 6 days to get there. I could not file a claim with FedEX since I had technically used the pack and ships account. They would have to do it. After 12 tries to get my money back for the service I did not recieve and not recieving any call backs from the owner I gave up. I am sure they put in the dispute and pocketed the cash I paid them to ship the package.

The worst service EVER....I visited this establishment on the 16th of August to ship a package via Fed Ex. The owner advised me it would cost 24.50 for shipping via Fed Ex. I inquired when will my package arrive. She informed me to turn the map around that was on the counter and look for the color code that matches the destination state. It showed delivery would be Wednesday, August 20th. She had me complete a form and when I inquired about a tracking number she told me she will complete the order later and it would be sent to my email address which she verified prior to collecting my payment.Needless to say my package never arrived AND I never received an email. I searched for the number on the receipt but to no avail so I had to Google the number. When I called and spoke with the owner, I was very surprised at her response and attitude. She advised me the amount I paid was for US postal delivery. I advised her she told me US postal was $3 cheaper and I wanted the package to arrive via Fed Ex. She then said well what do you want me to do? It is already gone. I checked the order and it showed it was delivered in Raeford on the 18th of August. I told her I sent it from Raeford on the 17th and I definitely would not have drove my vehicle to mail something from Raeford to Raeford.I decided to visit the establishment on my lunch break. When she asked me what she could help me with; she was with the only customer in the store at that time. I advised her I wanted more information concerning my shipment to Monument, CO. She said again what do you want me to do? I told you it was sent USPS. I dont have time to argue with you in front of customers. I never spoke to her in a nasty tone during any conversation we had.I just asked her for a confirmation so that I can call for clarification. I have used this establishment several times and so has many of my friends. The owner told me previously that she was a minister and invited me to church. I have talked with her and her daughter several times about grand daughter going to UNCC where my children went.This was the worse experience I have ever had from any company. I am a consumer and I do have a choice where I spend my money. The same service provided I can get 3 miles up the road near Raeford Road Walmart. You will NEVER see another penny of my money nor my friends and family which whom I have shared my experience with.It was your mistake all I wanted was to own it a apologize instead of placing blame. Develop better people skills when a transaction is questioned. Now I could have been nasty but I rather get even and take my business elsewhere.

At this Qwik Pack and Shipping location was kept untiedy, trash on the floor behind the counter that can be seen by the customers, not affiliated with Western Union. Shouldnt be used as a daycare nor a clothing store.

They have lost a $750 package and the only response they can say is “it’s with USPS my guy, they’ve got it my guy” the tracking does not show acceptance and who speaks to a customer like that. Their receipts say they are not liable for lost or stolen packages. What kind of shipping facility says that? They are the absolute worst and very unprofessional. Bring your package anywhere but here.
