As a long time user I love this place. Its always clean, they have free soap, a vending if you forgot something or want to buy one of their other funky items and they prices are fair my clothes are clean and smell amazing so Im happy

I am from out of town, doing laundry for a family member in the hospital. I absolutely am in love with this place. Immaculate, the vintage vibe is killing it. The machines take cards, AND are all individually named. So stinking cute. Who owns this place? We should be friends.

I like the fun spin you put on the whole doing laundry experience, by naming all the machines, after all they are robots. Its nice because everything is updated. There are not out of order signs on everything. However the restroom is out of order, I hope that they fix it soon, it is inconvenient. Over all it is nice, there is a bar area to sit, and vending machines. Change machines, and all machines accept cards. There is also a laundry soap vending machine. Also pretty impressive, I only had to buy one dry cycle, and everything was dry. I will be back, lol.

Me, husband and son had a wonderful time On the 24 hour rental we took on Mothers Day. Living so close to Dixon street @ having the bike trail literally right outside our door- we took advantage. It was a great day. We LOVE Sit-in-Spin!!!

My go to if I need to do big comforters or something too big for my machine. Maybe little more expensive than some of the others but worth it. Definitely not as big either but its super clean and very safe feeling. Wash stuff here!

I love this place. It is very well kept and pristine clean! It does not have that musky church or old library book smell that most other laundry mats acquire. The staff is always courteous and kind. Anytime I ever had an issue with a device the staff has always been prompt, and such wonderful people to help resolve the dalliance. This place is the epitome of Amazing Service and Public Relations!

For the prices they charge the free laundry soap doesnt add up to what I would have saved going else where. The washing machines are $4.50 for cold only. If you want hot its an extra $1.50 per machine. The driers are $2.00 a machine and did not dry the clothes. So I paid $4 to dry each load. I will never go here again. What a waste of money. All I can say is thank for screwing a single mom and this is what you have to offer the students from the U of A. Pathetic... I had five loads. Over $30 to wash and $25 to dry. Oh and the machines smell of mildew.

Had to come see it! Beer selection is good, tried the pickled mushrooms which were delicious. Also tried some house pickles which were amazing! Plus we tried the vegetarian version of each slider which were all great too. Comforter washing is hard to do at home, so getting a beer and a snack makes this process easier!

Clean, well maintained, and safe environment. They also have a card you can reload that gives you rewards. Free detergent and WiFi are also a plus. And any issues are quickly remedied through email. Would recommend.

High quality washers and dryers, clean sitting, and encouraging setting.The owner actually came in and cleaned up the place with care. A incredibly kind person. Theres also the Kyya chocolate which is superb.I would go there again in a heartbeat.

I havent checked out the bar restaurant yet, but the laundromat is super clean, and very user-friendly (all sizes both for clean & dry), so I only expect the best from an eating space that looks VERY cute and a simple, good-looking menu that has very cheap yummy items on it. The regular prices of the laundromat are actually made cheaper by the FREE Detergent available on site! I highly recommend anybody to pass by!!

Really liked this place. Unlike any other laundromat I’ve ever been to with many cute features. Unfortunately the prices were quite high. I’ve been in coin laundry’s across the US and never paid so much or a triple loader. Had to use about 8 disinfecting wipes to clean to folding table. There are very few (3) baskets. And some spiders to contend with- that was a first. The last one was in the laundry I was folding fresh from the dryer. I imagine it either dropped in from the ceiling or climbed up from the floor. That was kinda weird. All said, I might go back... not sure. But it is probably the only laundry I’ve been to where everything was working.

Very clean well maintained laundromat.They provide complimentary soap. They take debit and credit cards on the machines.The dryers are supposed to be set up that the top ones give you 29 minutes and the bottom ones give you 31 minutes. Nope. The bottom one that I used gave me 29 minutes. Not that big of a deal, but, it annoyed me. (They corrected this).Overall, the prices were higher than the average laundromat, but the machines are newer and well maintained. The place is clean and well maintained. There was plenty of parking in the back. They provide free complimentary soap. And, above all, it feels safe there. I would recommend this place.

Honestly I havent even gone yet haha! I plan on going in the next few days but reading the reviews and seeing the owners reaponses just makes me feel so much better! After reading I have learned it may be over priced but I guess that really just depends on how bad you need your laundry done and if you want it done in a nice clean environment 😁 I will post another review after I go but my thoughts from what I have learned so far are that its nice and clean the machines are good and the best part ... Free soap! It may be a little over priced to some people but in the end it all really comes down to are your clothes clean?

I used the “contact us” section on their website to advise I was cheated out of .50 from one of their washers on the day it happened (2 days ago). I have heard nothing. No apology, let me give you what you lost, etc. If that is how they are going to be, I will not be back and I recommend that others do not use them as well. The washers count the coins for you as you insert, but miscalculated 2 days ago. Never had a problem until 2 days ago. Also, the restroom was out of order (per sign on door) when I was there so no telling how long it would be before it is fixed. Not sure if it is the toilet, sink, or both. UPDATE: TO OWNER - I DID NOT LEAVE COINS ON TOP A MACHINE. I READ THE PREVIOUS REVIEW WHERE YOU ARE BEING PRAISED FOR RESOLVING ISSUES WITH DEVICES. WITH ME, THIS IS WHAT I GET FROM YOUR RESPONSE: ITS IM SICK, WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO, AND I DON’T CARE IF YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. NOTHING ABOUT REFUNDING ME OR MAKING THIS ISSUE RIGHT.

This place is the best for all ur washing needs! Whether that be general laundry or bigger items like rugs and comforters its my go to spot. U get complimentary soap and they have a loyalty program as well. There is also wifi and outlets if u wanna sit and wait for ur laundry. It is more expensive than most laundry places but I feel safe there by myself. 🙂

This laundromat discriminated against my husband and I for not wearing masks. We were in there in a Sunday with only ONE other person in the laundromat. That person and my husband and I were on opposite ends of the store maintains social distancing. I even brought in wet wipes to sanitize everything I touched or may have spread droplets on because my medical condition doesn’t allow me for wearing a mask. I have had surgery on my nose because my breathing is so bad. The owner walked in his entire face covered so we couldn’t even see his eyes and demanded we wear masks. My husband politely said no thank you and turned away. He is very embarrassed of his medical condition and gets extreme anxiety when he is confronted so he tries to take the easy road and turn away. This was before the gov passed the mandate (which that mandate does exempt medical conditions). I also have contact dermatitis and wearing masks makes me break out on my face and inside my mouth giving me mouth ulcers. I tried to show the owner that I truly had a medical condition and he was being very rude. He said if we didn’t leave he would call the police. We were in the middle of our laundry so to leave wasn’t possible. He called the police and unfortunately the police made us leave. We asked why is he able to discriminate against us? Again only one other person was in the store, and we were practicing special distancing. The police informed us that any business can refuse service to anyone, and that the business can win the battle, but we are able to go to court and show our proof of our condition and win the war. So this is unfortunately what are doing. We weren’t trying to cause any trouble, just do our laundry in peace, and I was even willing to sanitize after. Some of us truly are unable to wear masks but my husband and I take every other precaution we can to keep others safe. To be treated this way was totally uncalled for. Please keep this in mind when visiting, that discriminating is his policy.

Will make this our regular laundromat. Clean spot, washers and dryers work great, dont need cash, cause it takes cards and its a convenient location. Love the complimentary soap❣ i really like the laundry card.. every $20 you load, you get an additional $1.00.

Very clean, bright and well-maintained laundromat - open 24 hours is a huge plus. Not staffed full-time but workers are friendly when theyre there. $4.50 for cold wash, $5 for warm, $2 to dry. As a renter, I see no reason for me to buy a washer and dryer when Sit n Spin is nearby!

I really love this laundromat and it’s always clean and the Air conditioning is just fabulous... but every time I use my cash app card it only changes me 5$ for the washer and I use the 8$ one soooo..... to the owners of this should fix that . I want to pay the correct amount so you get your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love the fact the machines are in great shape but $9.00 to wash and dry a load of clothes in a larger machine is a bit too high for me.

Was looking forward to using the laundromat. Heard so much good things I was ready to give it a try,just to be depointed to see the signs saying no pods.just couldnt believe that.Thats all I use.dont see the harm in them but its not for me to say..have to find some other place now

Jaime and his family business are top notch. Truly fine place to do laundry, so much that youll often seen photo shoots there. The place is modern, always clean, and with great amenities. The machines are in working order and have payment methods such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, and accept all major credit cards. Ive visited the mat once a week for months and only occasionally see a machine labeled out of order. But it doesnt take long before they are repaired. The business is managed well, the employees are social, and the customer service is excellent.

Would be nice if there was a bell or something on the doors to let you know someone has entered .but its a clean place

This place is FABULOUS! Super cute, great vibe. Very impressed with the level of customer service I witnessed. It was a Monday, during a disastrous dogbed incident (NOT MINE) that was potentially damaging to the machines—even so, the staff member there was patient & gracious & helpful. Now my day AND my clothes are brighter!

Coin changer was out of service, the laundry card you can get was out of order but never said it till it took my money and then told me to go get my refund but no one was there to get a refund from and the bathroom was out of order but i do like your dryers they work better than the ones on mlk

Cute little sock-hop themed laundry mat with like-new machines in various sizes. Prices are comparable with local laundries and they even offer free ecofriendly soap! When we went it was quite the happening place, but we did not have to wait or fight for a machine. We did two large loads in approximately 2hrs (wash and dry time), and we were free to mill about and/or leave our load to run. I especially enjoyed the back vending machine with various supplies and kitschy souvenir enamel pins! Our experience was 💯, so we will always use Sit and Spin for our laundry needs. P.S. The owner is very responsive online so dont be afraid to ask questions!

Okay, so you know how most laundromats look like the offsets of a Mad Max set? Well, not this one. Sit & Spin is lively and clean inside with a lovely 50s vibe. All of the washing and drying units have names, adding a level of whimsy to the atmosphere. The gender neutral bathrooms and free soap are a lovely touch of inclusivity. And, to top it all off, the restaurant attached makes some of the best sliders and donuts Ive ever had. This is such a wonderful establishment that makes your visit to the laundromat enjoyable.

I only stopped in for the food- and it was so yummy! We tried the Boss Burger, the So Cal special burger, the soak salad, and some donuts! All of the food was great, and prepared well- and its all so cheap! I would recommend buying two sliders since they are small (like any slider). The donuts were great and tasted fresh and homemade! Loved the restaurant and cant wait to come back!

This was the first laundromat I’ve been to and it exceeded my expectations. It was extremely clean and all of the washers and dryers worked. The place was very visually appealing. The people there were extremely nice and the place even has free WiFi. All in all for me it was a great experience and I recommend anyone that needs a laundromat to go here!!!

Best laundromat in town! I come here weekly, and it’s always very clean and well maintained. The location is perfect—right next to campus and downtown—with Leverett Lounge right next door! Plus, the owners are wonderful and are very quick to respond if you ever have a problem.

A fantastic place to spend time doing laundry! I have been doing my laundry here weekly for atleast a year. Sit and Spin is always clean and it’s such a nice place to get work done with their free WIFI while my loads are spinning. For those days I want to treat myself, there are snacks in the vending machines and some fun local goods as well! This place is just cheerful and fun to spend time at and makes my chores feel more like a treat than a burden. The machines take card or cash which is wonderful and there’s FREE Eco’s detergent. It’s seriously saved me some bucks and storage space by not buying detergent for the last year. Everyone is always so friendly here! I highly recommend doing your next laundry load at Sit and Spin.

It was very cold, around 40*. The heat kicked on, so the thermostat must have been set at the lowest setting. Cool setting and free Wifi, but most expensive I’ve been to. I can dry clothes for $1.25 at most laundromats, but they require a minimum of $2.00. This is after $6 wash, that’s typically $4. Ouch!

It’s very clean and pretty inside but a little pricy. $4.50 for a regular load on COLD! Each setting has a different price so a “very soiled” load on hot costs $6! Dryers are $2 for half an hour. And the “free soap” was empty so...... and no one seems to be working here just plenty of security cameras. 🙄 this place is not great.

Nice and clean but honestly that is the most Ive ever paid to do wash. 7$ plus a load .. Im in my late 30s and have never paid that much to wash a load. I wont ever be back.

Clean, fast and convenient. The washers were large enough to fit my california king comforter. They earth friendly soap with fabric softener was cherry on top. Thats worth the $7 washer fee.

Great place to wash, clean an the machines where in great working order. They offer free soap there to wash your clothes with. They are a bit more expensive to wash and dry but it may be that the offer free soap. Something free its always free you might find you pay for it in the long run.

Cleanest in Fayetteville. Has great washers and HUGE dryers that use coins or cards for time. I swiped my card too many times the first time I used the dryers and was cheerfully refunded. I recommend Sit and Spin highly!!!

This place is a rio off. O never fove bad reviews, but the firat time i went it kept taking my quarters and i showed the guy that was working and hewasnt helpful at all. I showed him what it was doing and put MORE money in the machine and he just looked at me and said he didnt know. Well, I went back and gave it another shot, but this time I took my debit card, and it was still asking for more money. The lady that was also doing laundry explained to me it cost more to do your laundry in hot water, or if you pushed heavy soil ( it clearly stated on machine how much each machine was, depending on how bug). I couldnt believe it!!!! Then, I went to dry and used my card and it was declined, so i used a different one. When I checked my balance on first card SIT AND SPIN charged my card I used the first time...yph know the one that was declined!!! NEVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN.

Nice place but hella expensive! Wanda machine has bent latch so it doesnt close easily. 5.50 for a regular load with hot water seems a bit excessive. Wish they had smaller washers to cut down on price so I dont have to wash bras and towels together. Nice concept but misses the mark of a few key laundry components. My items came out really wet... for 5.50 I expect that spin to get it bone dry. Wont be back! Changed the 2 star review to a 1 star as there was metal on my white top from the dryer... cheap expensive!

24hr facility with free soap available. $2.00 for 30 minutes on the dryer. No small wash machines. Smallest is a triple loader for $4.50. There are 3 $7.00 machines and 1 $10.00 machine.The place is really really clean. And if I would have arrived earlier there is actually a small restaurant attached that I am assuming may serve some alcoholic beverages due to the fact that there are a few signs that read No alcohol beyond this point and are posted right by doors.Also forgot to mention that all machines and dryers take credit/debit cards as well quarters.I give this facility 5 stars for the convenience, free soap, taking cards and cleaniness overall.

This is a neat place to do some laundry and have a nice little meal and if you fancy you can have a beer. Even if you arent doing laundry a cool place to grab a bit and have hang.

Sad to say but this is our last coming here and now we will have to find a new laundry mat I have paid out over 15 dollars on your dryers to just have my clothes still wet I even, broke the loads up to help with drying issues.. you need to service your dryers better or people will start thinking you provide mediocre drying to bleed people of their money.

Small washers, unlike a previous review do not be fooled, I could barely fit a full load of laundry that would usually fit in a standard top loading washer. Upcharged me 50 cents a load for using my card. No note to warn my about this and only found out once I looked at my bank account. Left a note with the manager a week ago and still no reply. Would not recommend going here.

I really miss the sit n spin restaurant but the lounge that has replaced it is very nice. The laundromat offers free eco friendly laundry detergent, which is great!Theres a great vending machine with dryer balls, laundry bags, snacks, and more.Overall, my favorite laundromat in Fayetteville.

After this I have seen countless pictures of OTHER LOCAL BUSINESSES sitting in the carts, rolling around, and I will not name who, but they were allowed? After we apologized nicely then were kicked out. I have pictures if the owner would like to respond to that instead seeing as though they fee the need to play favorites since they’re a local business of they’re own. The women who works there was nothing but helpful, nice and respectful when we were trying to take photo. We were told just to stay off washers and out of them, which we respectfully told her no problem and thank you. However, the older male who works there is nothing short of a jacka**. We stood on a stool, he came out and told us to stop or leave. We kindly apologized and then he walked around for one minute then told us our stuff was everywhere and wr were not the only ones in there and to get out. Rudely. Our stuff was on one table not taking up the whole thing, we were in a corner out of the way, and there was ONE other person. Will be making a phone call until I get the women to complain about him and will be telling people to steer clear of this place until he is gone.

Terrible. Be ready to get bamboozled, $4.50 to wash one load, then after you put your money in it charges you $1 more to use hot water, and then even more if you choose not not do a “light” wash! $10 to wash and dry one load, and I didn’t even have enough money to do more than a light wash! Plus, no a/c in the laundromat, just fans. I’m tired of places like this that nickel and dime you every step of the way. Also tired of owners replying saying they’re sorry it was a bad experience! Shame on this place! I won’t be back, and you shouldn’t either unless you literally want to pay $10 to wash and dry one load! Ridiculous!
