Last time I was in there was Thursday 9-23-21. One woman had took every dryer in the building. There was a line to dry clothes.. this has happened multi times. How about a limit on washers and dryers so everyone gets a turn.

They close at 10 and it says last load at 8:30 I got there 8min after 8:30 and the lady with glasses turned me away. I even offered to leave early and she said she has to clean okay so u dont close till 10 I had time if I left early that was just straight rude never in my life have I been turned away for 8min. I will not go there nor will friends or family of mine

My favorite laundromat in Fayetteville. Only a few machines are still out of order, most have been fixed. The bathroom, sidewalk area, and other general areas could use some paint and TLC.

I love that the triple load washer is only, $9 and the double loads just $7. Its Always been very clean. The laundry attendant is very personable and just a really sweet person .

Difficult to find a place to park, 1/2 of machines arent working.

This is the cleanest most well-maintained laundromat I have ever come across. There is always an attendant there, cleaning the machines after each use, keeping the floors clean, and being very friendly with all the customers. As an added bonus, they have free Wi-Fi to use while you’re doing your laundry.

This is a nice laundry mat and the owner is such a sweetheart she gave us a great experience when we went.

I found the drop off service to be excellent. My clothes were folded perfectly; like Mom used to do, and well worth the price. I could take my laundry to at least three different locations nearer where I live but Arena Village Laundry is worth my business and hard earned money. I love my laundry ladies and even the owner has greeted me and offered me coffee.Your filthy sheets sound like they should have been rinsed before subjected to the staff at Arena Village. You should be embarrassed.

If I could rate this place a negative I sure would... The attendant was very rude and unprofessional... There were cockroaches crawling on the machines... Disgusting!!

Overcharged me for laundry

Best part is that they still have a few top loading machines, which I prefer, plus they are cheaper bc theyre smaller for small loads. But they clean better. Front loaders barely spin dry, and dryers are turned way down, so it takes a lot of $ and time to dry.

The prices arent that cheap at minimum $2.50 per wash, but they get the job done. The place is clean, and theres always someone working in there if you need change or help with a machine. Several restaurants in the same shopping center for a quick bite. Safe. Not open late.

It is very clean and has a lot of washers and dryers to use. The prices are reasonable as well. The customer service is also very good.

Surprisingly, this place is very hospitable. The owners are amiable and like to have conversations with the customers. The washers and dryers are plentiful, and there is a great size and expense variety.

A clean laundry mat with newer looking machines that does a good job cleaning heavy soiled work clothes. There is an attendant on duty that was helpful when I had trouble with the change machine due to the Dollar bill being old and wadded up

Drop off service was terrible. The attendant was rude and disrespectful to say the least. The laundry attendant got onto me about the sheets I brought in telling me they were disgusting and that she didnt have to deal with it. Yes the sheets were dirty, it had recently rained and my dogs got mud all over them. I told her I didnt realize that she didnt have to do dirty laundry and that I would take them back and that she could have just let me know that nicely. She continued to tell me how gross my laundry was and that she was going to charge me an up charge of $20 extra dollars to do them. I again asked for them back and she refused and said well, Ill do them anyway. I just wanted you to know there is an extra fee I will never go back here. I refuse to give business and my hard earned money to people who dont respect others.

I washed my clothes here for 6 months. And the one time I. Got there at 8:33 pm... They refused to let me use the machine. After she pointed at her clock On top of that.. They increased the price from 6.00 to 9.00 for large machine while cutting back the water they use. Ill never spend another dollar in this greedy ass place. And to the angry little 65 year old woman making 8 bucks an hour, tell your boss hes welcome for you costing him a customer.

These gals wash, dry and fold for a fraction of the price at the dry cleaners. Been taking my laundry here for years, highly recommend them

They have three different kinds of washers that only vary in price. The tubs are basically the same size. No TV. The dryers are weak and the washers barely get the dirt out of your clothes. Go somewhere else
