I have had a dedicated server with AIT for close to 3 years now and I have had great service. Their customer support has always been able to help me with any issues, or at least direct me to the right area if it is not in their control. I have not had any problems with spamming, or other issues. As a web designer, I host several hundreds of domains and have no complaints from my clients. If I did, I would leave AIT in a heartbeat because its my livelihood. So far, I am very happy with them.

We have been using them for two plus years and they are wonderful. Their uptime is great and the support cant be beat. Jennifer and Will handle all of our support and they are the best.We have two dedicated servers with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a hosting company. Spammers. The servers are used to SPAM all over the world. This company is giving services to criminals,, scammers, frauds. Most phishing emails are generated from this company servers only. All servers are blacklisted and having bad reputation.

Be very careful with this companys trial offers!!!! They offer $1 trial, however, they will give you server access around 2 days later (I am not sure why it takes so long), Their next transaction will start from the day you sign up, instead of you receive your server details. Make sure you cancel your PayPal connection to this horrible company well in advance.I got charged for the second month. Ok, my bad not disconnecting it earlier, but they deleted the server before my paid period finishes.Stay away from this company, try another one!!!!

I have been with AIT for 15 years now. Almost never had any problem, but the times when I have had a site down, I get immediate assistance and the problem is set right. Thank you AIT.

I went to AIT to take my ICND1 and ICND2, I was greeted the moment I walked in and was treated very politely. Sign in was quick and the testing center was quiet.

I have worked with several web hosting companies for over a decade. I have been with AIT for about 5 months. Within that timeframe, my webpage has come down three times. I have never had this problem with other hosting companies.Today, my page is once again -- down. No warning and no email from AIT. Although the staff is very nice when I talk to them, most are not capable of giving straightforward answers.I am seeking another web hosting service in North Carolina. Any suggestions?
