Im paying $250 a month to advertise my carpet cleaning business. I had very little return in the first 2 months, ZERO returns now. No phone calls or anything from their so called advertising. This was a total waste of my money. I signed a contract and now I want to kick myself in the rear over and over again....

This company is horrible. I cancelled service (not under contract) with them over 6 months ago in writing and on the phone with a rep. Dex continues to bill me. Attempting to discuss the matter with their representatives has been fruitless. Run around is all I have gotten from them and they pass the buck to someone else. Nothing ever gets resolved.
