If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Mercedes and Estrella did an amazing job cleaning our office space. The value they provided along with all they did exceeded our expectations. The baseboards, dusting, mopping... They literally did EVERYTHING! I didnt realize how bad we needed a deep clean until I saw how clean it was after our Molly Maid appointment. Thank you so much! Asia, Gstrella, and Mercedes did a fabulous job cleaning my home for a move out. They carefully cleaned baseboards, door frames, and every window. The move out clean included cleaning behind the fridge and vacuuming out kitchen cabinets. Customer service was also great, if something was missed they offer a 24hr warranty.

I used this service for the first time and plan to have bi-monthly cleanings. The first visit today was fantastic the ladies were polite and worked very quickly to clean the house. Everything looked fantastic. I gave them a five star because the service was excellent the only complaint i do have and it could have been a oversight but... The kitchen floor was swept and looked to be mopped entirely but after looking around the island and near the fridge and stove I am not sure if they mopped this area. Could be they mopped one side and then while it was drying cleaned the stove or countertops and forgot to go back. That is the only negative I could say about the team. Thank you for the five star service ladies.

Although we were unsatisfied with the original cleaning we had received, they do offer a satisfaction guarantee. They were able to come back, with a new and more experienced crew, and reclean to standard. It was so much better and we appreciate the professionalism.

I have used this service a few times and up until now I have always been happy. I decided to hire them to clean on a regular basis. They came today and after they were done I was asked to do a walk through and before I could inspect my entire home they were walking out of the door. I went into the kitchen and my floor had not been mopped nor had the bathrooms. I also noticed that my toilet paper holder and been broken and was on the floor. I called the office and no one answered. I would like for someone from Molly Maid contact me in reference to my concerns.

I have been using the service for the past 4 months, April 2021 - Present. The first three months were great. Last month, July 2021, was subpar.This is not a duplicate review. They have been servicing my apartment in Lake Village in Spring Lake. Last month they provided two new service providers and they did a less than adequate job on the restrooms and average at best job elsewhere.

The crew that came yesterday, did an outstanding job! I am sad that the Cary office had to close, but am glad Fayetteville can serve our needs!Thank you!

Anais and Tierra did basically nothing when they showed up to my rental property to clean, I had to pay another company to do the job again, as I had tenants moving in. Absolutely the worst maid service Ive ever used. Im calling for a refund.Update: When I called for a refund of the over 3oo dollars for a deep clean, they straight up lied to me (or the team lied in their notes) and argued with me, both my roommates were home, and confirmed that the team on site didnt do their job appropriately. I wish I could give lower than a one star review.Second Update: Owner contacted me about the service, Im not sure why though because there wasnt much of conversation that took place. I told her my issues again, she argued with me again and told me a one star review wasnt fair. What isnt fair is that I paid a decent bit of money for my property manager and new tenants to clean up after her maids. My property manager will be making her review with pictures. I still want a refund.

So I contacted molly maid out the blue because I founded our very late notice I would be induced into labor at 37 weeks. They didn’t have anything available until late September which was my original due date. They told me they would call me back to see if they can get someone out before September 4th the date of my induction. I called on Monday August 30th and the same day they called back and told me they had a crew available to help me out. I was so pleased when route 5 went out their way to add me on their schedule. Rashaunda, Aimie and Michael did a great job getting my house up to standard for a baby due in two days. I was overwhelmed with preparing and they truly allowed me to have peace of mind knowing it’s one less thing I have to do. I will use them again in the future.

When you sign up for Molly Maid its their policy to do a deep clean the first time, and the cleaners who came were sweet and helpful and positive while cleaning my apartment. It wasnt very clean when they moved in. However, on the second month, Bridget and Jack came and did a regular monthly clean. Bridget managed to get my shower even cleaner than my deep clean. They found dusts in spots I didnt notice. They got my sink and kitchen even cleaner than before, after using it constantly for a month. If youre looking for a cleaning service, this option might be slightly pricier than others, but its so painless you should go for it.

This is a good business. Had a deep clean completed but it was not great. Gave them another chance to fix what occurred and the second team did a phenomenal job. Bridgets team worked quickly, fixed what what the previous team missed, and was very professional. They worked efficiently and despite me working from home, they were not disruptive. . If i initially had Bridgets team it would be a 5 star easily.

There’s a lot good to say about the job Route 7 did. Roz and Kendra were the ladies on the team. First, I am extremely grateful that they were able to fit us in on such short notice. I needed a deep cleaning of the entire house shortly after bringing my husband home from a lengthy hospital stay. He is immuno-compromised and requires a place that is free of dust and very clean while he continues to recover from his illness.When I had tried to make arrangements originally, this company was booked and I had to go elsewhere. The other company never showed up, so I called Molly Maids again, and they fit me in the same day. That was great. They were earlier than expected, which was also nice. I thought the price they quoted was a little high but expected I was getting a whole house deep clean, so I thought the cost would be worth it.I am very happy with the areas they cleaned - bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms, common areas look great for the most part. But a few things were left undone, and there were some things not done that I thought would be. Some display shelves in the bedroom were still dusty.I have some columns in the house and the bases weren’t cleaned. The living room area rug doesn’t appear to have been vacuumed at all. We have dogs, and white dog hair on a dark blue rug shows up pretty distinctly. None of the throw rugs werevacuumed. The door leading to the garage was dirty, as was the door to the laundry room, and there was a cobweb in the corner between those two spaces.I was also disappointed that they couldn’t do the upstairs at all. Apparently the teams work on a time limit, and they didn’t have time to get to the Finished Room Over the Garage. This is where we spend a majority of our time since we started teleworking during COVID.This is also where my husband will spend much of his time during the day while he recuperates. Had I known the team was going to operate on a time limit, I would have adjusted the cleaning plan to include our bedroom, bathroom, the kitchen, and upstairs, rather than parts of the house that are less frequently used.For the price I paid I had hoped there wouldn’t be a lot left for me to do for cleaning the house, as I am his full-time caregiver, have a full time job, and also have to take care of the household.As it is I will have to do an extensive cleaning of the area of the house where my husband spends a majority of his day. So, a little disappointed overall but still grateful for the work that they did get done.

I was looking around for some help with a deep clean of my home and came across Molly Maid, the website was acting a little weird with scheduling so I decided to give them a call, the initial phone call to set up my appointment was very pleasant and helpful and I was notified of everything that my deep clean would include. 05/03/2021 was the day of my cleaning, Dereka was in contact with me during the day when I had questions and notified me when they were on the way. We requested servicez, and got an appointment for a quote 2 weeks later ( thats very long)... the day of the appointment, I received a phone call at the last minute stating they hve been busy, and could not make the appointment...very disatisfied, needless to say I have timenoff work for the appointment.

Update: they call me 30 min, after I wrote the review, and told me they will come back the next day and fix all the issues, they did it and the manager came by and check on everything, excellent costumer service, I would recommend it!We paid $450 and they didn’t clean the oven, my house was pretty clean and well kept and we always paid for a professional service before we move but it was disappointing, maybe for a standard clean but not for a moving clean!

Very unprofessional, my girlfriend worked hard, n was bully continuely, she was the fastest n most efficient worker, work circle around all her lead workers, n actually got great reviews, for the company, the supervisor had no supervisory skills, n made lead, two losers from NJ, that always had bad reviews, the customers always, had to call in, to say that the NJ team, had to redo houses they supposedly had done I believe my girlfriend, was descriminated, due to her race, I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone

I scheduled a deep clean with Molly Maids because I knew I just did not have that kind of energy or time to do what needed to be done. I was so impressed with the job Louis Britton and his team did. They got in every nook and cranny on the floors and countertops. I just felt like a huge weight was lifted off of my shoulders and my mind. This really meant a lot that they could come in and do this for me and my family. They were organized and thorough.
