Weve used them for pool chemicals for years and they are always helpful when I have issues and need help. We recently purchased a hot tub from them and it was installed last week. Customer service is fantastic from the installation crew to the folks working inside the store. This is a family-owned business worth supporting. They are friendly and knowledgable. Id give them 10 stars if Google would let me. :)

First time owners of a pool and we appreciate the helpful knowledgeable staff. We are still on the learning curve of effectively operating our pool, and we will become experts with the assistance of the staff at the Pool and Spa Store.

I don’t leave bad reviews ever, because I know we are all human and that we err. However, when a company blatantly lies and manipulates, it’s grounds for a PSA.I have gotten in touch with The Pool and Spa store to inquire about their above ground pools. We were specifically interested in 32x16 Ovals. We met with one of their sales associates and he went over the different packages and pricing they offer. We agreed on a package and price. We were quoted $9500 for their 16X33 Gold package, and the price included installation, yes I am sure because I asked multiple times to make sure.We then scheduled a site inspection, at which the price increased dramatically due to the excavation needed to level the site. We decided to tackle that excavation ourselves, and communicated that with the manager.We made plans to visit with the sales associate to sign the needed documentation and to make a deposit to hold our place in line for installation, when we arrived, the sales associates document showed an entirely different price than the one we agreed on. Not only did they change the price from $9500 to over $10k they also wanted to charge a $2500 installation fee. They made me feel like I was crazy, that the conversation we have had, didn’t happen!Thank goodness my mother was there at both meeting.I wouldn’t trust this company. I’d rather pay more somewhere else and deal with honest individuals.

Been a long time customer. They opened pool in a light sprinkle Friday. Said they’d have to come back to vacuum; just keep equipment running till then. It’s been covered all winter but still a nasty mess. Stopped up and won’t circulate because of all the grung on the bottom. They didn’t add any chemicals to stop mosquitoes. I did but it’s just sitting there not circulating.

Because of the limited pool service providers in the area we’ve been forced to (reluctantly) give them our business many times. Off the top of my head I can think of at least three incidents where they dropped the ball and parts weren’t ordered and promised deadlines missed. There’s consistently a lack of communication which puts their customers in a vulnerable position. 100% do not recommend.

These guys are always helpful and very knowledgeable about their business.

Dont waste your time with this company. I inquired about a pool in March of 2020 they had informed me that they could not get any more pools due to covid seems to be everyones excuse these days. However they did say they had a 27 round in stock but was missing 2 pieces to complete the pool. I said Ill take it and wait for the missing pieces to arrive. After several phone calls asking when it was that the pieces would be in they continued to say were just waiting for them to be send out. Needless to say I never got the pool and they wasted my time. Here it is February of 2021 and I still have not heard from them about these so called missing pieces. The last call I made to them was in October of 2020. Please shop elsewhere and purchase from someone that will at least return a phone call and keep you informed.

The staff was helpful and informative from day one. Installation crew was excellent and did an amazing job keeping the hole in our new deck for wiring close to the unit and just large enough for the pipe. Installer had great info and tips to get us started and the staff are always quick to answer questions and concerns. So very happy with our spa and the service we have been provided!

The best place in NWA to get a hot tub. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Hands down a 1000 times better than other hot tub places.

They have always been very helpful and prompt. They have fixed leaks in my pool, replaced a jet, installed a new sand filter, and installed a heater. I am also very appreciative that they will work with me to reduce costs. There have been times where I did some of the labor myself (like removing concrete and sand to locate the source of a leak) in order to reduce the overall cost of the project.

Went in for a new spa filter because my spa was not performing like I thought it should. Instead of selling me what I asked for, rep told me my filter was fine and saved me a ton of cash by selling me a filter cleaner...then spent the better part of 15 minutes explaining to me what may be going on with my tub and things I can check myself- regardless of the fact I was making a $10 purchase. Absolutely fantastic example of doing the right thing and having the customers best interests in mind instead of just the money. I’ll absolutely use this place from now on, and when it’s tome to replace my 8 year old spa I WILL be going here. Would and will recommend to anyone.

They were very helpful. I learned that I did not have the proper pump. They took time adjusting mine to work better without trying to sell me another one. Cool!On the way home I turned around, returned to buy the correct pump.I am glad I did!

Extremely helpful, brought in a water sample, they analyzed it, gave us a treatment exactly for our scenario. Always there to help for the next time, I was completely satisfied and appreciative to the staff.

Disappointed. I bought a UV bulb that did not work in my spa. Brought it back and asked them to plug it in the spa that was set up in the showroom to confirm it worked. They refused and said a technician would need to come to my house to diagnose the problem. I have no problem with doing that if I know the bulb worked. No luck. Time to find a new spa service company.

Bought our hot tub here. Easy transaction. Arrived on time. Full crew came to install it and it was up and running!

Spent $40 on chemicals and didnt help one bit.

WE TRY TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE, THEY ARE NOT STOCK UP WITH STUFF YOU NEED FOR YOUR POOL. THEY HAVE TO ORDER IT AND THEY DONT CALL YOU BACK WHEN IT COMES IN. I HAVE CALL 2 TO 3 TIMES ON REDOING THE INSIDE OF MY POOL AND THET TELL ME HE WILL COME ON A THURSDAY TO LOOK AT IT. I HAVE NOT HEAR I WORD FROM THEM AND IT HAS BEEN 3 WEEKS NOW. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. YOU DONT RUN A BUSINESS THAT WAY.
