This place is fabulous. The employees really know what they are doing here. They provide water testing for free and then recommend the chemicals you need for your pool.The only complaint I have is the price of the chemicals, it is on the high side.

Extremely smooth and very transparent sales process on our new Jacuzzi hot tub. Mickey went above and beyond to ensure our best interests were his top concern. Highly recommend, at this point, for sales.

We have had our pool about 3 years and when thet got done with it we noticed there was wrinkles in the bottom of it they said any problems they would fix it well ive told them 3 times and yes there still in the bottom not 1 employees call me about it just not good businss

They have two locations one in Fayetteville and one in Lumberton and if you want to keep your pool running you need to be able to have somebody professionally do you pH and by your pool supplies there

Placed a service order nearly 3 months ago. They did not show up on either of the days they said they would. Eventually got them out. They needed a part that took for ever to get. Since then the weather has not cooperated. Now the weather is clear and the only one who can schedule service is off for aher childs graduation (very happy for her). Unfortunately since she is the only one capable of scheduling, I will get no service today or tomorrow. Maybe fortune and the sun will shine on us for Wednesday

My experience with Parnell has been fantastic. I spoke with them yesterday about having my sand changed in my filter, and made an appointment to have it done next week. They had an opening come up and called me right away. They were here first thing this morning to get my filter squared away. My pool needs some TLC so I will most definitely be returning to Parnell for pool supplies and services.

Lost this long term customer. I bought a $30 pump-to-pool hose about 3 months ago. It has already split and is spewing water. Went back in to explain and show video of what happened. I even asked if they had an upgraded hose to use, which I would have paid the difference on. The guy was courteous and helpful, but when I said I needed another one now. We picked up one and went to the register and was never offered a discount and definitely not a replacement of refund. Trying to refrain from being my normal forward self, so I waited for them to offer something. Nothing. The manager was in his office listening to whole thing, so it wasnt an inexperienced employee no knowing to offer. Its always the little things. Later

Every time I go for my water testing, they greet me with much enthusiasm and respect. The staff is very knowledgeable about all of their pools, spas and equipment. Anytime I need help with anything they are more than eager to assist me. Their classes they have when it is time to open or close your pool have been very helpful to us in maintaining our pool. My weekly or bi-weekly visits are so educational I learn something knew every time. If you are thinking about getting a pool, no one does it better than Parnell. Go TEAM PARNELL!

If I could give you zero stars I would. Your sales guy that helped us was nice, knowledgable and courteous, that is the ONLY reason you got one star. Your lack of customer support and care after the sale is appalling. Two weeks after the install deadline and my pool still isnt complete. Supposedly you ordered the wrong panel for our Radiant pool and was assured that it would be done in 2 days. 2 days later, no one is here, pool still isnt finished and guess what, no one knows when its going to be here. You got an attitude when we reminded you that we were going on vacation the week following the 4th of July. Something we discussed at the sale of the pool AND YOU WROTE DOWN. You got an attitude when I explained to you that Hoke County would not allow ME to pull the permits that YOU had to as the installer. I wouldnt recommend your business to anyone. And lets not even speak about the way your representative talks to the county reps for permits. if he was my employee he would have been fired a long time ago. Bottom line, if youre reading this review, STEER CLEAR OF PARNELL POOLS! I should have listened to my parents and friends when they warned me. Now I am about to have a giant hole in my backyard where my pool SHOULD have been, no pool, and a frustrated wife. Thanks Parnell, you sure know how to do business!

Spent 40k on the pool a year ago and it is still not right. Concrete work was substandard, no supervision of the subcontractors, scratched the pool scraping off dried concrete, uneven coping and many other issues. Hopefully that make it right but I would not recommend them to anyone.

This company scheduled me two separate appointments which required me to take time off work and Doug, President of company was a no show on both occasions. Doug wouldn’t pick up the phone to inform me that he couldn’t make it. I was told later that Doug was busy and I could schedule an appointment for a third time. This guy doesn’t care about customers or their time so please take your business somewhere else. I received the run around and always an excuse.

I know where this place is, but I have never visited this establishment. I do not understand why Google is asking me to rate it?

I recently purchased a home with an above ground pool in poor shape. Stopped into Parnell for some advice on getting it up and running for the summer. The staff here has been such a HUGE help during this process. Ive stopped in every few days for samples and more chemicals for the last couple weeks and they all recognize me and my entire pool situation. I feel like they truly care about me and my situation and want me to not only have a good experience with them, but want me to have my pool ready without costing me extra unnecessary money!

Update 1 year later: our liner had to be replaced after only a year. Parnell said it wasnt covered under warranty so they wouldnt fix the issue.. come to find out they installed the liner without making the appropriate drainage updates and sealing the drain with sand in it. Which likely caused the leaking in the first place. I do not recommend this company company your pool repairs..Overall pleased with the installation of our in ground liner. However, the one downside I had with this company was that I was constantly calling them to get updates on installation and other random things that needed to be scheduled. I feel as the customer, you the business should be doing the upmost to make sure I know the timeline and what is going on. I would like to give 3.5 stars.

Very knowledgeable staff. Full on site testing of your water sample from your pool or spa. They dont try and sell you a bunch of chemicals you dont need and they explain to you how to measure and mix what you do need.

Terrible Service. I cant believe they blamed the customer after they built an in ground pool on two different eavements. ABC Troubleshooter did two stories on this business. Do your due diligence and find a company who cares about their service and customers.

On the first week of March my wife and I visited Parnell Pools on Cumberland Rd. in Fayetteville, N. C. to look at their spas. We were greeted by Chris their sales person who showed us several spas and explained the differences between them. He was very knowledgeable about spas and what we could expect from them. We were actually allowed to climb in them to see how they fit us. We decided to purchase one, but they did not have it there. However, Chris showed us a sample of a color they had in their Lumberton location. We really liked the color and decided on it. We purchased the spa and they delivered it the following Friday and set it up. The electrician showed 2 hours later to wire it up and we started filling it with water. By that evening it was warm enough to enjoy. What a relaxing experience even with it being quite chilly outside. Everyone at Parnell Pools & Spas has been very helpful and encouraging. They examined a sample of my water so I would know which chemicals to purchase and how much to add. They made it so simple to maintain. The relaxation we have already experienced almost on a daily basis has be quite refreshing. Thank you to all at Parnell Pools & Spas for helping us to make the best decision for us. We are looking forward to many years of water therapy in our new spa.

Youre better off going to another company like Hallmark Pools. This company gives you the run around and always has an excuse as to why they cannot keep their appointments. Cost is way too high also. After buying a new pump from them we wanted to change the sand in the filter and were quoted 260 in labor alone. Hallmark quoted us 160 with sand included. Parnell Pools is so lame that even when we were willing to throw money their way, they didnt seem to care to be professional enough to keep their appointments let alone contact us to let us know! Customers beware! Look somewhere else for your pool and spa needs.

HAD A GREAT EXPERINCE WITH THE GUYS AT PARNELL POOLS...I HAD WORKED WITH ANOTHER POOL COMPANY FOR 8 MONTHS TRYING TO GET PARTS NEEDED TO SET UP ABOVE GROUND POOL,, EMAILED THESE GUYS AND WITHIN 3 HOURS I GOT A RESPONSE BACK ! THE VERY NEXT DAY THEY HAD THE PARTS ORDERED AND ON THE WAY !!! THEY ARE GOING TO ALLOW MY FAMILY TO HAVE A GREAT SUMMER ENJOYING THE POOL ...HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND IM GOING TO DRIVE 2 PLUS HOURS TO JUST SHAKE THERE HAND ON A GREAT JOB !!!

For 2 years I was buying chemicals for the pool in the place they have in Lumberton and the truth last year they had staff that half the appraisal that was not qualified because on several occasions I asked them questions about the chemicals and they only told me the computer was not Tell me that information this year I decided to buy the chemicals in Fayetteville and in that place there is a person that if you are able to work there explains you step by step and gives you opinions on what is best to check the water in your parnell pool fayetteville I give it 5 stars
