I have used Fayette Wrecker several times for tows to and from my businesses and also for personal tows. Towing from the auctions around Atlanta is never easy and they have always helped make the process almost effortless. From north Atlanta to south Georgia, they have provided prompt and reliable service at comparable rates. Sharon is always thorough and professional when helping me set up a tow, and they are extremely considerate and kind people. I recommend them to anyone in need of a tow in or near Fayetteville and the greater Atlanta area.

This is the most absolute unprofessional place ever in the tow truck business. The employee explained to me that they have had people that ordered tows and was not there when their driver arrives? 🤭 How is this an issue you discuss with a brand new customer! Long story short she told me to kick rocks with my 71 year uncle in the car! Never will I nor should you subject yourself or family to these disgusting 🤮 button of the barrel tow service people.

Responded quickly and was very reasonably priced on a Saturday when i was in a pinch. Would definitely recommend them for towing.

I just had the worst experience of working with the lady who answers the phones. I called in requiring about general information. Lady demanded me provide her with a VIN number and she would explain charges. I told her multiple times I only wanted general information. I was basically trying to understanding there billing process for a vehicle that had only been in there possession for less than 12 hours. We were charged for two days of service, processing fees and towing fees of $207.00. When I provider her with the VIN number she said oh the girl who just left I explained it to her and I said yes she doesnt quite understand so that is why Im calling. She refused to give me any information. I asked her okay so provide me your general pricing nothing specific. She refused, so I asked if she provide pricing as she feel the need because there is no logic to how this is charged. She got upset and hung up in my face. I will be reporting this to the local news for them to investigate. Please be cautious with dealing with this company.

I got stuck in my bosses yard called 3 deferment towe services and i it one answered the call guess. Who yep so needless to say I want tje next day and bought a 25 dollar coming and wrenched it out . save my self probley 150 to 200 I would imagine and i my took about15 mins. Am I mad O NO THANK U GOD .. U SAVED ME AGAIN

Fayette Wrecker took advantage of my teenage daughter, towing her car back to their lot after she ask to have it towed to the house. The distance was about 10 miles and they charged her a $25 storage fee on top of the tow, all of this with in one hour of picking the car up, total bill $240, I will never use them again! If you need a tow truck call Alan Brown, same distance $75!!!

Ive used Fayette Wrecker on other occasions, but not so much that anyone there would recognize me. Yesterday I was stranded on the north side of Atlanta. As always anxiety is spiked when you are broke down away from home. I called for a tow back to Fayetteville. They were quick to answer and I paid in full with debit card over the phone. Within minutes after I called, I went back to get something from my car, and I tried to start it once again. Behold, it started. I quickly called to cancel the wrecker. On Monday we called Fayette Wrecker, and they were in the process of refunding our money to our account. If they were dishonest folks they could have kept our money, but they did the right thing for us. We gladly recommend them.

I had a somewhat complicated tow from Atlanta to Fayetteville involving cash to release from Atlanta, written release statement, an imminent hurricane, on a Sunday, etc. Sharon (British accent) made numerous calls back and forth (again, on a Sunday). I started the process with an email Saturday night but assumed they would tow my car either Monday or after the storm passed sometime that week but they were on the phone to me immediately Sunday morning, arranged to get my cash to get it from the tow company in Atlanta and followed through on many details. My car was in Fayetteville very quickly. Delightful to work with!

My E-450 super duty van broke down in Fayetteville this week. I needed a big enough tow truck to bring it to McDonough and this was indeed the right company for us. The initial contact was awesome and the driver was quick to arrive and the service was OUTSTANDING!! They were able to get the truck delivered to our mechanic and was extremely reasonable on price. Our vehicle was towed here after an accident. The woman working the reception desk and answering phones was incredibly unprofessional and rude. We have experience with a number of towing services in Fayette County and without a doubt this service is the worst in all categories. Avoid if at all possible. How they got a contract with the city is beyond me.

Called fayette wrecker after I had a tire blowout on HWY 314. I was 5 miles from my work. I have rheumatoid arthritis and cannot change the tire myself. The wrecker driver showed within 30 minutes of my call and was very professional! My car is a lowered infiniti g35 and most people refuse to even try to attempt to deal with it. The fee was reasonable and the driver was very courteous. He towed me to the tire shop next to my office and was so pleasant. Id definitely recommend their services

What a joke!!

This was the worst experience ever with a recker company. First they would not take my debt card, cash only, I went to the arm next door, the lady locked the doors after we left and once we got say they were closed their operators told us they are supposed to close at 5, we got to the facility at 4:40, we got yelled at by a tow truck driver saying we would not get out car and laughed at us, the Tyrone police dept should be ashamed to contract and their own city cancelled their contract with them PLEASE DONT USE!!!!!

They screwed around with us, purposely leaving out crucial info that changed what would have been a 20 minute ordeal into a four day fiasco!!!! They charge insanely high amounts, on top of their admin fee, poor communication, and then once you finally get there they tell you a totally new story! My son was in an accident within 5 miles from Fayette Wrecker that charge us $289.47 - the Towing fee of $157.00 plus $132.47 of junk fees which includes misc fee of $12.47 (what on earth is a misc fee???), $34.00 storage fee, $39.00 processing fee, 4.5% credit card process charge (you are forced to put the charge on your credit card as they do not take cash or check). This is outrageous.Fayette Wrecker is contract with the Fayette Police department - THEY GET FREE CALLS FROM THE POLICE AND THEY SHAKE YOU DOWN FOR EVERY PENNEY THEY CAN LEGALLY TAKE FROM YOU!The women behind the bullet proof glass was rude and condesending. The gentleman that pickup the car was very nice and thoughtful.Unfotunately I can not say the same for the staff and owner that would charge so much for 1 day of service/storage. UGH - use them at your own risk - watch your wallet they are theives. March 24, 2014
