Mike was great! He originally told me he did not have availability, but then let me know as soon as he did. He ended up coming to my apartment and getting my phone screen fixed all within a couple of hours after first contacting him. His prices are about $50 less than the competing phone repair companies in the area, based on my personal research.

He stole our iPad Air 2. We dropped the device off because my child broke a charger off inside the port and then tried to use glue to get it out. He said it would take 20 minutes of June 18th, my boyfriend waited for over 2 hours, and was an hour late to work because Mike kept telling him it was almost done. He was suppose to drop the device off that afternoon, then that evening, then the next day. After going back to his house because he didnt answer the phone, he said the port would need replaced. A week later he says he did the repair but it must have been a bad part. Then hes getting a divorce. Then hes on new meds. Tried going over again today, with multiple cars at his residence he wouldnt open the door. He hasnt answered the phone in a week. Im now filing a police report.

Mobile mikes was very friendly and informative. He also had a very quick response time, most places say available at all hours but will take there time or say they are booked till the next day. Mike was at my place within the hour of speaking to me, at night. He finished the job and still stuck around to troubleshoot some other issues with me. He also gave a warranty for his work. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, best I’ve ever had. I’ll most definitely use him in the future and will highly recommend him.

My wife broke her iPhone and we were looking for one messaged several people about some iPhones. Michael Lopez responded fast about several phones he had that would work with my wife’s carrier and unlocked. We met up with him at ihop in Fayetteville and checked out the phone he brought more than one instead of just handing it to us and leaving he was willing to let us put her sims card in it to make sure it worked and he was telling us a lot of different stuff that they do with phones. We found an iPhone 6 for my wife and talked about a lot of stuff my wife even decided to take her iPhone 6 Plus to Michael to get it fixed. Michael was very understanding and cooperative about everything and did business very well I am definitely recommending him to my friends and family who also need there phones done and he will definitely be the person I go to when something goes wrong with one of my phones. Mike was super responsive, and fit me into his schedule day of, for a repair that blew my mind. His knowledge of micro components, as well as being armed with a steady hand, allowed him to repair the connector on my PS4 controller so that my battery works better than it has since I bought the thing. I gave them my address he was supposed to be here at 8:30 PM never showed will not answer phone calls from my number or my husbands number when he knows my Address won’t respond to text messages won’t call back I would not recommend using him at all they say they come to your house and meet you places well I asked them to come to my house they did not show up and it’s sad because they have my address now and asked for my address but now I don’t know what to do it’s kinda scary when you don’t know what he could do
