Came in to have my iPhone 7 Plus battery changed. The pros: The new battery seems to be working great and the staff was very nice. The cons: Scheduled an appointment online but my appointment was rescheduled shortly after by the store for a slightly inconvenient time for myself but nothing else was readily available so I was stuck with what they rescheduled me with. My phone was in pristine condition when I brought it in, after the repair I have a few nicks on the side where they obviously separated the metal frame from the screen to put in the new battery. The nicks aren’t bad but noticeable since my phone is rose gold and now those spots are silver and the phone is no longer smooth along that edge. Overall it was a good experience.
