Our office has used several IT services in the area and Ross IT is by far the best. And a special shout out to Tony. They are prompt in responding to our issues and can even handle our somewhat complicated and perhaps even antiquated network. They are reasonable in rates, as well. Highly recommend!

I called Ross IT services after the hurricane on the recommendation of the TWC service rep. I was having internal phone system problems. The owner came in later that same day and had the issue resolved within minutes! As an afterthought I remembered that my wifes PC was working really, really slowly and he asked to have a look.
