I have to say, as far as IT companies go... they are top notch. However, what sets Team Logic apart from other tech companies is they really go above and beyond. You will always be treated fairly, honestly, and their prices are extremely fair. Plus, these folks REALLY know their stuff. I will not work with ANY other company for my companys IT needs.I have to give special props to their Director of Tech Services, Michael Bishop, who continues to be a knowledgeable person to work with, and has always provided our company with the white-glove service and diligence we need. Our company was having issues with the email server we were using; Michael suggested a cost-effective solution and thus migrated us to Microsoft 365. The whole thing was painless and we had NO company downtime. Thanks for providing a service we can trust!

This IT team is on it. They are quick to respond with my questions and concerns. If problems arrive they work hard to solve it. If i have issues with either my EMR or Billing software that needs support working with the network, their on it quickly. We just finish testing my cloud backup system, and now for the first time i feel relax my data is safe. I would recommend Team Logic IT for your IT support and backups.
